Not a great experience. The place smells really sour when you walk in, like bad Indian food. I was really disappointed in my massage. The woman kept trying to talk to me but didn't speak English very well, so I couldn't understand what she was saying. She burned my back with stones that were much too hot, and her fingernails were scratching me for the whole massage, it was unpleasant. It was also not a smooth massage at all, it was really choppy and did not flow well. I've never been in a massage where I was waiting for it to end - until now. read more

We even were able to shower off afterwards. My one critique would be that my husband and I's massage therapists had to leave at one point to tend to the front desk (very quick maybe 2 minutes). First, let me say this is the only YELP review I've ever written... As an athlete and someone who works 70+ hours a week, massages are few and far between. High stress and tension creates for many trigger points and stiffness. Due to my lack of time, on those rare occasions when I can get a massage, I have high expectations. Several people recommended this massage place. It's close to my house so I wanted to give it a try. After spending several months in Asia I have found it hard to find massages that compare. Reflexion spa did not disappoint. A day later I am still sore (in a good way!) I knew it was going to be good when I saw two bars on the ceiling over the massage table. She started with back walking and did several different techniques including hot stones. She tried her best to get the massive knots out of my back. Best massages ever! Nora is great and Jade is so kind and welcoming. She always remembers customers names and makes them feel at home. Very relaxing atmosphere and extremely clean! I have been coming to Reflexion Spa for about six months - have used most of the therapists and each one is better than the last. The therapists are the most professional I have ever worked with and there is never an uncomfortable feeling. EVERY therapist I have used here puts 100% effort into a therapeutic massage. I honestly cannot believe how hard they work to give you the best massage possible. There is no cookie cutter approach used here - each session is different based on your situation that day. They always seem to find the tights spots or the sore spots even if you do not point them out. It is so much better of an experience than going to one of those chain massage salons. The owners and managing partners are very involved as well. They keep the place spotless and they really care about training their team and great customer service. That's nice to see. If you want the best professional massage you've ever gotten by the hardest working therapists, then I'd give Reflexion a try. I really have never been disappointed - and I highly doubt you will be either. If you're looking for something other than a true massage, this is probably the wrong place. I had a 60 minutes Tiu Na (Chinese deep tissue) which really hit the spot. I swore that Jenny walked on my back in the beginning of the session and that felt like Heaven. The rest was just as good! By far the worst massage I've ever had. As a LMT I know industry standards and this business is terrible I walked in and was brought directly to a room by the receptionist without meeting my therapist. I was told to get undressed and cover myself with a towel, which is completely unethical and unprofessional. I felt so exposed the whole 90 mn. There was no consultation with my "therapist" who I believe is not trained in massage therapy at all. She was on the table several times, which is so invasive for a Swedish massage. The massage was rough, stressful and sometimes painful. She ended 10 mn early and did care how I was feeling. Do not go here! read more

I searched on Yelp for the best massage/spa near my house. I saw RS with many reviews and Jennys name was mentioned a lot so I called and asked for 90 minutes with Jenny. I have had hundreds of massages in my life. Jenny was off the charts amazing. She popped right up on the table and walked on my back and massaged all over (I think) with her toe. It was the most incredible thing ever. She then proceeded to give me probably the best Deep Tissue massage I have ever had. I have been going for a couple months, first twice weekly and now weekly for acupuncture treatments. Lower back/sciatica pain and well, lot's of other aches and pains. Never had acupuncture before and always wanted to try it. Tsu Wen uses the needles and then does "bodywork".. I felt terrible for a couple of days, very tired, just worn out.. but also like healing was taking place.. I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here frequently for almost a year now for deep tissue massages. I've had massages with Jade, Tlawil, Jenny, Ivy and most recently Lily. They are all great. Be sure to tell them the areas you want to focus on and you will leave a very relaxed person. Often times the deep tissue massage here comes with a back walk, hot stones and lots of hot towels at the end. All for a special $55 for 1 hour on Tuesdays and Saturdays for ladies. My fiancée is also a regular. They have specials for couples, too. Definitely worth a try for those who are looking for a relaxing time as well real deep tissue massages. read more

Indeed this place is a warrior's retreat! I never had acupuncture before and was a little intimidated, but the technician did an amazing job and it relieved the tight, burning muscles in my upper back. Then I received what is their version of a therapeutic massage. All I can say is that, having been to several places for massages, this place by far was the best at relieving my sore and achy back and left me leaving totally rejuvenated! The place is nice and clean and staff friendly enough. My low score is a function of the quality of the massage. If you aren't that particular about massages then this place is probably okay. I had high hopes given all the good reviews but in my opinion the quality of the massage was only a 2 or 3 of 5. I found it odd that no one asked me about any injuries or meds like they usually do or what in particular I wanted. They just started massaging and I had this weird sense that the woman wasn't actually trained. Her pressure points were unlike the ones the massage therapists I've seen in the past who I've known were well trained selected. I was in a hurry though and needed a massage for my neck pain in short order. My neck felt better but not as good as it has in the past when I've gone to other therapists. If you're not picky about massages it's fine but I won't go back. read more
