Randomly went here and got a random therapist'... Priya. Turned out to be one of the best massages I have ever had. Her attention to pain points and ability to adapt her technique to address areas specific to me was amazing. It was so good I've gone back 4 times over a 2 month period. Each time, despite, the new high expectations, the service was first class. I've also worked with Tara who uses a different style but is of equal high quality. read more

Purchased a couple massage and it did not feel like it was a Thai massage at all. Just fyi, these ladies speaks and understands English. The masseuse that I had notice lots of tension and knots on my upper shoulder/shoulder blade area and I have emphasized that I needed more pressure because I literally could not feel a thing she is doing to me. She said OK but still just lightly rubbing my back. It seems my masseuse did not want to use her hands to build pressure on my back and press on my tension so I gave up repeating myself several times. Keep in mind that I'm a small petite person. The person who gave me a massage should not be in this field. And...Idk how someone can put oil on your head for a head massage and then leave you with greasy hair. Oil should not be put on your scalp unless it's requested. I been to a lot of massage places, I never experience this. When I looked in the mirror, I was like what the hell! If you enjoy someone rubbing oil all over your body the whole time, this place is for you. I will not recommend this place if you want to release stress/tension from a long hard week with aches and pain. Please go somewhere else. read more

I rarely put reviews as you can tell - but I'm completely shocked. I purchased my son a Groupon for a sports massage. My son is 17 years old - he gets a massage and as he is leaving the workers stop him and prevent him from leaving demanding a tip from him. My son is a super sweet kid and got nervous so he called me. He said they will not let me leave until I Venmo them a tip. I asked to speak to the person at the desk and I said I'm sorry but I paid for the service $75 on Groupon, I will speak with my son and if he decides to leave a tip depending on the service, he will send one over. The person then said no - you have to send tip on Venmo or he cannot leave. Tip not included in Groupon, etc. etc. I said this is insane. You're going to let my son leave or I'm going to call the police. At that point, she gave him the phone back and told him he could leave. My jaw is literally dropped - the audacity! Little scam artists. This experience totally made me sick as I've never dealt with something like that before. We will never return and it's a shame because he said they did a decent job and he wants to start getting massages on a weekly basis. They just lost a regular customer! read more

Your business has helped me for three years and I have been a loyal customer. I am extremely disappointed by how I have been treated recently. I had scheduled a massage 12/29/2022 with my usual masseuse, Eva, via their messaging system. Upon arriving, I was given a different masseuse. It was a mistake on your end that I was given the wrong masseuse and I tipped based on service. Upon leaving, I was told that I must give a tip of $14 dollars, which I complied to. I later messaged the business about this incident and they were apologetic. I tried to make another appointment on 2/8/2023 and was told the masseuses were on vacation for 1-2months, then told to have a good day. I messaged from a different phone number shortly after and was able to make an appointment. You cannot be demanding tips from customers and then lying and ignoring customers that have been so loyal. Future customers should also be aware of these business practices. read more

Fantastic experience. The Groupon deal of a 65 minute full body massage for $45 brought me in, and I'm so thankful for it. Richard took my call for an appointment, and was extremely courteous and understanding when I had to call day-of for a 30 minutes delay / reschedule, which they accommodated with no issue. Foot Station is a tranquil and comfortable neighborhood spa with such friendly, warm service. The value for the expert service is fantastic. As opposed to some other massage places I discovered through Groupon, I felt safe and completely comfortable the entire time. Selina was an excellent masseuse - this was honestly the best massage I've had in years! I may have finally found my go-to masseuse. Highly recommend! read more

Had a one-hour massage. The list price is $55 but I was forced to give a $20 tip like the customer below. I gave the guy at reception a $20 note and asked for $8 change. He refused to give me any change and insisted $20 is the "standard" tip amount. Massage was mediocre. The masseuse put his elbow on my back which made me very uncomfortable. read more

Making a reservation was real easy. Started right on time and Jenny did an amazing job. She made sure to check throughout that the strength she was using was okay and took care of all my sports ailments. Definitely would recommend her read more

I'm editing to add at the end of the fifth day after my massage my shoulder is still twitching. I'm going to have to call the doctor tomorrow. Definitely going to bring them the bill if I have to go in. This is insane. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! read more

I've been coming here since about 2019, and I apologize for not giving a review sooner. These experts are absolutely fantastic. I live across town, but will always travel here! Their Swedish massage is SO relaxing, and their deep tissue masseuses are really helping me with some lingering back pain! read more

The staff was super nice and worked with me for scheduling. Me and friend did a couples massage for 60 minutes and it was incredibly relaxing. They were really good about utilizing the pressure that I wanted and a very enjoyable experience and offered me water after. read more

My husband and I decided to go for a couples message before Valentine's day. We loved it! Really great service. When you first walked in, you're required to take off your shoes. They provide you clean slippers. They offer you water and tea before and after the service. I had scheduled an appointment. The day of the message, I recieved a call from the front desk that the couple before us arrived late. If we can arrive a 10 minutes later from our schedule time. My husband and I were ok with this. It was really generous of them to call ahead of time and not have us wait. Most places don't call. read more

This place is an oasis that has done wonders for my shoulder. I never knew how tense my back was until my masseuse worked through the knots. Their prices are very, very reasonable for their 65 min and 90 min offerings. The music is very zen and you will completely zone out! It's a great neighborhood business with a beautiful waiting room. I need to come back more often! You gotta treat yourself once in a while :) read more

Full disclosure, I'm a sucker for these less expensive/several people, clothed in a room kind of massage place. I've gone to VIP feel feet spa probably at least a dozen times in the past few years. I passed this place on the way to the dentist, and came back a few days later to check it out. They do a really good job with ambiance. It feels a bit like an oasis. It's clean, calm, and they're all very friendly. My masseur even introduced himself to me before my massage, which surprised me. I've been having some shoulder pain so I was in desperate need of a massage, and it was definitely a solid experience. $45 for an hour. It wasn't the omg-most amazing-have to go back tomorrow kind of massage, but it was definitely good enough, and the environment made it overall a really enjoyable experience. See ya later, toxins. read more

I will keep it short and sweet: -Book an appointment -Show up (and be greeted with a warm smile and a clean environment) -Relax and let them do what they do best (give an awesome Massage) I'm glad to have given them a try, because I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, cleanliness, and know-how. They massage and stretch you in a very detailed manner and you walk out with a renewed feeling. The massage itself was probably the best I've received in a very long time. read more

I'm really amazed by the professionalism, expertise, and second mile service that this establishments provides! Well done! June helped me from start to finish book the right appointment for me and my beau. We're Two Tense Texans who needed a Tender Touch (try saying that 5 times fast) and we got it! Upon arrival, we were immediately instructed to take off our shoes and slip on some very comfortable slides. I almost bought them from them they were so comfortable! We were also given a warm and delicious chrysanthemums tea to relieve it nerves as this was our first couples massage. June made sure to ask out preferences to ensure a comfortable environment and successful massage. Our masseuses worked diligently to press out our kinks and I must say, I felt as my back was nonexistent. There wasn't a pain, and still hasn't been, at all! The facility is clean and smells amazing. I was so relaxed. I really hate this place isn't local but we'll be sure to stop in whenever we're in Chicago! read more

If this was just for the massage I'd probably give it 3 stars. The massage started off with a really nice woman but then 5 minutes in a man came in and replaced her which was not the best. The massage was fine but definitely a little weird at certain points (strange massage techniques). The part that absolutely ruined this for me though was the payment. Steven (my massage therapist) made this one of the most uncomfortable interactions I've ever had. He checked me out and before I could even pay he said you must give cash as a tip. I was going to anyway but when I asked him for change for the $20 he said no you just give me the $20. When I pushed back and said I'm sorry I'm only giving $15 (which is over 20%!) he said no just give me the $20. At this point it got really weird and I said do you have change and he flat out just said no. He pointed to a sign and said I must tip him $20. I'm sorry but you can't demand a tip. So incredibly uncomfortable and SO aggressive. It was also late at night and I seemed to be the only one in the place which made the whole situation that must worse. read more

GREAT PLACE. No really this place is amazing. I'm a huuuuuge fan of massages and I like the deep ones that really work into your muscles and get all that crap out that you feel like you've been harboring since forever. I used a groupon and went with my boyfriend and it was about $70 (something like that..I can't remember the price I brought it back in February and finally used it this month oops) for a 75 minute massage. They let you pick how hard/deep you want it to be and I chose the hardest one haha The place is clean and they play soft music to let you relax. They get to WORK- the foot massage was amazing. Like they pressed into a part of my foot that was something I didn't even know was there? Like was it a muscle? I have no idea. But it felt great. They also massage your neck and your head and just wow I felt the tension leaving my body. The staff works hard and it's a hard job for a living because they are constantly using their hands. They are polite and respectful and good at what they do, so please don't forget to tip them at the end. Also- just fyi- if you're doing the full body massage they ask you to take off your shirt and bra and I was lying there topless on my stomach on the bed. I was okay with this and like I said even though the person giving me a massage was a male I still felt comfortable and he was respectful. Also asked if I was okay and made sure he wasn't pressing too hurt to a point where it hurt. Loved it so much, am considering going here once a month. read more

It's been awhile since I wrote a review, but I would say that the *best massage I've EVER had* would warrant such an occasion. I found Foot Station because they were selling on Groupon and before I bought, I wanted to see if they were available that day. Thankfully they had an afternoon opening for a 90 minute massage with body treatment and reflexology. I arrived a few minutes early, paid for my session, swapped my shoes for some slippers, and then was brought back into one of the rooms. The room I was in has space for three people, so if you're doing a couples massage or bringing friends, you can have your own space. Note: a sign (which I missed until after) indicates that cameras are in operation. This is likely for both the safety of the massage therapist and just to keep everything above board. My masseuse was Eva, and I kid you not - this was the best massage I've ever had. And I've probably had a hundred+ in my lifetime. She worked on my face/head/shoulders first, then worked on my legs and feet (you start with your feet in a hot bath, btw). Most of my tension was in my back and this is where she was just fantastic. She worked all of the knots from the base of the spine up to the shoulders and used warmed massage oil - and it was simply heaven. I will DEFINITELY be back for more massages here - and I encourage you to do the same! **If you're contemplating coming here, call and ask if they will give you the $65 promo (Groupon) price straight up. Saves them money that they don't have to pay to Groupon and puts more money in their pockets. They may not be able to do this, but it's worth a shot - and Richard at the front desk was super helpful** read more

This place is amazing. Went this weekend with my husband, it was clean and quiet, very relaxing. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They did combination massages on both of us in the same room, catering the massage to what each of us wanted. I've been getting massages for years in Chicago and this was by far the best experience yet. I can't wait to go back! read more

This place was great. My niece and I went for a Thai massage and both Eva and Grace were very accommodating. Grace is a small woman, but is strong! She was able to get a lot of knots out. I have been here four times and tried three different types of massage. I have always gotten a really great massage with wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend coming here! read more

Had a wonderful visit! Foot station is really clean, the staff is kind and professional (I recommend Tommy), and my massage was heavenly! I also appreciate that he took the time to work on my quads, where I am super tight. I did not wake up the next day feeling as though I had the crap beat out of me the night before. Also you have the option to remove your top (your individual bed is curtained off) when you flip onto your stomach. Yes please, work those knots with your magical hands and let me drift off into my abyss. I visited as a walk-in; however, I think it's best to call head as they were booked. Definitely recommend visiting! read more

Great massage but same as many others, was awkwardly forced to tip well over 20%. I've never felt so uncomfortable during a checkout process. I will not be going back here. If a 30% tip is required, it should be built into the price versus humiliating your customer base. read more

I walked in with so much back pain and after an hour massage I'm definitely feeling relief. I highly recommend Amy - Thank you so much! It's important to point out that the rooms are clean, private and they cover you with a full sheet and not a small towel like other places in the area. Very kind staff and the masseuse definitely gave a lot of attention to the stiff muscles and pain areas. read more

This review is long over due. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over two years and have watched it change ownership. June the current owner is wonderful and is always accommodating. I LOVE foot station. The staff are friendly and responsive. They provide great attention to detail and listen to you. This was the best massage I've ever had and I go a lot. My boyfriend and I went yesterday for their Groupon couples special and it was amazing. Very clean rooms- we had a private one. Everyone was so nice and tailored it to you. Make sure to ask for the Groupon rate but then Venmo them that amount or pay in cash since Groupon takes a huge cut. Make sure to leave a nice tip too!! Thank you!!! read more

I will be maybe come back and want to explain the one star. I received the 90 minute package of body and foot massage. I was a tension nightmare in my neck and shoulders and the masseur did a great job of digging in hard and working out the knots. Everyone was nice. The place is decorated very lovely. The price is fantastic!!!!!. Here's the one star reason : the staff have security cameras in every room and watch the services from a split screen at the front desk. There was a small sign on the wall of the treatment room that I saw as I was leaving indicating that security cameras were in use. In the dim light and without my glasses (as I was getting ready for a massage and was asked to remove them of course,) I never saw it. You are verbally suggested to take off your top for the back massage. Of course. I don't have any issues with nudity during a massage. It's a therapeutic treatment on your skin and I'm usually almost naked for a full body massage. But I've never had anyone able to watch a monitor in the front lobby, visible to anyone at the side of or behind the desk including all staff and any clients waiting in the lobby or returning from their services to pay , be able to see me topless as I undress for the massage or redress when it was over on a camera. It was such a violation as I went to the lobby to pay only to see what the young man behind the desk sees, full shots of treatment rooms including massage tables. I'd like to hear from management about this. If you'd like a foot massage it's a fabulous deal. If you don't mind the cameras it's a fabulous deal. read more

I get Massage regularly, at least once ever other week. I have to say, by far, this is one of the best massages. They offer Thai massage, deep tissue and Swedish. I really enjoyed my 90 minutes Thai bodywork. She listened to my feedback, and absolutely crushed the Knots in my back. My back and legs were thoroughly stretched also. It was the perfect care that my body needed. read more

I booked a last minute massage because I have totally let my body go with the pandemic and working from home. Eva was incredible! She worked out muscles and knots I did not even know I had. I could feel the energy and tension release from my body. She stretched me in ways no one has and was much needed! I needed someone to really dig in and she did, along with also making it relaxing. I have never had a massage so thorough to get every part of my body. I highly recommend Eva!!! read more

Bought a Groupon for a massage for two and was not expecting a whole lot. This place really surprised us! It was one of the best massages we've received. The masseuse was very attentive to our needs, removed my knots, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. The environment is an acquired taste though.
