Irene is absolutely amazing! Revive in general is a lovely calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had a gift card from a friend. I booked online and that was a good and seamless experience. My massage therapist was a quiet, skillful person named Rushi. He was very thorough and asked appropriate questions for my comfort. I highly highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing experience!! read more

Been coming here for years-Mario gives a great massage, the vibe is calming and staff is generally nice. However be aware that even though they ask you to cancel your appointment if you're not feeling well, they will still charge you the full amount of your session unless you cancel 24 hrs in advance, something to be aware of if you have a sudden onset of an illness like gastro distress from food you may have just eaten, for example. No consideration is given whatsoever for your loyalty or patronage over the years. I like to support local businesses but will be looking elsewhere for massage services. read more

My wife and I have been to several places for a massage in chicago. There have been some good ones, but this was my favorite. I cant say enough about how amazing my massage was. My wife said her was perfect as well. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. read more

Very good nice relaxing place It's good to get a massage once in awhile. To relieve some stress

One of the best medi-spa's around! I have been receiving treatments (BBL, MOXI, massage) at this spa for approximately five years, and I strongly recommend it. The machines used here are top-notch, and I have always received the results discussed during the consultation. In contrast, my experiences at other "chain" medi-spas have been disappointing--dealing with sub-par machines breaking down and technicians doing the bare minimum to get by. Never again. I highly recommend this place! read more

I have been coming to Revive for years. The place is outstanding. Jim does amazing facials. Also, I've had some great massages and the massage waiting space is fun! Paul is far and away the best massage therapist there is! read more

Nice facilities and nice clean relaxing rooms. Jessica was awesome! It was a fantastic massage. I've only had 3 massages in my life, but it was easily my best one. She was very nice and I had a seriously relaxing experience. I would recommend Jessica highly. She did exactly what I was hoping for in a massage. She used just the right pressure and I felt so good leaving Revive. read more

Love the vibe of this place, very mellow and peaceful. I've gotten both 90- and 60-minute massages from Josh and have loved each and every one of them. Josh checked in with me throughout the massage (but not too often) about pressure and comfort. I'll be returning monthly for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend, great experience! read more

Strong and purposeful touch. Talented and intuitive to what I needed. She was fluid and smooth and as soon as I was done with a 90 minute massage I signed up for a future appointment. Jessica was amazing! read more

My appointment with Jim definitely exceeded my expectations! The spa is so clean and modern that You're instantly at ease when you walk in. Jim was very patient and listened to my skin care routine and took the time to review the Diamondglow facial I was going to receive. Overall, I had a really great experience. Jim was so kind and I felt like I walked out of there knowing the next steps to better manage my skin care routine! read more

Got a facial for Valentine's Day that I was able to take advantage of. Jessica did a great job. Very clean environment, great mood and great people. First time at Revive but will go back like my wife and daughter. read more

Revive Message Therapy & SPA is about as good as it gets when it comes to spa services. After searching for many years, I found this beautiful place in Andersonville. This place is just gorgeous - clean, relaxing, and convenient. The enthusiasm Jim and his staff have for their vocation is unmatched. Revive's response to COVID has been phenomenal, going above and beyond to make sure clients feel safe and protected from risks. From massage to facials and everything in between, if you're looking for a place to relax and restore, this is the only option (in my opinion). read more

I was excited they provide Cosmetic Botox appointments when my boyfriend bought me a $200 gift card for Christmas, because my company already pays for massage through our Chiropractic benefit. They even set me up for an appointment for the following week when I called. Unfortunately that wasn't accurate because they called me back the next day to say the doctor isn't accepting new patients and it could be 2 months before I made it through their waitlist. The website mentions calling if a new patient, not that the service is currently an indefinite waitlist. read more

From the moment I walked in I felt a peace. Very nice ambiance and mellow staff. Sara was my masseuse and she was very welcoming and kind. My 90 minute massage was excellent. Sara made sure throughout the massage to ask if I was comfortable and whether the pressure was to my liking. Overall, great experience! read more

I enthusiastically recommend Revive. Jim resolved the cosmetic issues that were bothering me (i.e., skin texture and redness), significantly improving the appearance of my skin. I've also had massages at Revive with Paul, Delores, and Irene in the past year. Each of them different, each of them superb. read more

I booked a massage for the first time here after finding this spa thru web surfing. I read the reviews of the therapists and saw that they did CBD massages and so I decided to give it a try. I saw that Piotr (Peter) had high ratings for deep tissue massage, and my goal is to find someone who can do a really thorough and deep massage on my neck and shoulders and lower back. So I booked with Piotr, and also booked my partner a massage with another therapist, Laura. As a first time client at a spa (that is priced above the going rate for massages), I expected the royal treatment. I did not at all receive that. Upon arrival the front desk person barely made eye contact with us and after asking our names, then instructed us to have a seat. No offer to help ourselves to water (tho the fridge was right there) no offer for tea. Piotr came and got me by calling my name and then quickly spun around assuming I would know to follow him. When we entered the massage room there was no introduction, no how are you doing, what brings you in, etc. He asked do you have any problem areas? (Which let me know he didn't see the information I submitted to book the appt) I told him, then he spun out of the room. He returned and begun the massage; with no oil or lotion. I waited a bit because I thought maybe his technique is to start without it (for some reason). Nope, about 15 minutes in, I had to stop him and ASK him if he can use massage oil?!? What massage school has ever trained a masseuse to massage WITHOUT MASSAGE OIL?? Then it just gets worse. When he was done working on my back, he just slapped the CBD cream on my back, no massage with it. Then he left the room saying he had to go wash his hands!! He was gone about 3 minutes- of my overpriced massage time- Unheard of!!! Where is that done? Apparently at this place! Then he gave a very weak leg and foot massage, a super weak shoulder massage while I was on my back, and then ended by saying "nice to meet you, you will be sore tomorrow, drink water" and he left the room. Never in my life have I had such a subpar experience with a masseuse. I truly wish I could get back the $190 I wasted on that falsely advertised CBD massage. I'm deeply disappointed in my experience, tho my partner had a great experience with Laura. read more

Oh. My. Lord. Irene was an exceptional masseuse. From the moment I walked in, she created a calm aura. Her technique was SO relaxing - and absolutely phenomenal for working out all of the stress tension I've had the last few months. Sometimes you feel like your muscles aren't really being worked out - Irene was not like that at all! She got deep, but made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I rebooked in a few weeks for 90 minutes, and I'm sending my husband in next week. Love Irene!! read more

Had my very first prenatal massage! Irene was absolutely amazing with me. Just when I thought prenatal massage being so gentle can't really do much to relieve the pain, the spots she did were so powerful. She was gentle yet took care of my upper back, neck and shoulder tension. You get massaged laying on the side, with a pillow between your legs for back support. Best experience ever and found myself fast asleep half way through! read more

I had a prenatal massage with Irene and it was WONDERFUL. She did many check-ins to make sure I was feeling comfortable, that the pressure was right, and that I was feeling good. The massage was extremely relaxing- she did an excellent job on all areas and especially the problem areas on my back. She also gave me helpful tips for home. The facility was very clean and all appropriate measures were taken for COVID- all staff wearing masks, hand sanitizers available, touchless check out, etc. Street parking was very easy. I will definitely be going back for another massage! read more

I have gone to various practitioners at Revive since they opened and always receive terrific service and leave feeling refreshed. I especially like that I can book as-needed, as services are a treat and my work/life/family schedule makes it hard for me to commit to a regular routine. Since late-2022, I have repeatedly seen Josh and he is phenomenal. I unfortunately have recurrent back and hip issues, and Josh not only helps relieve my pain, but provides me with advice on how to take better care of myself between appointments. I adore him, and am so glad he joined the Revive team! read more

My Restless Leg Syndrome was flaring up horribly. I booked a 90 minute massage with Laura. She did a fantastic job working on all the areas where I was feeling tension & I finally slept all night without waking up because of the RLS. She is so professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! read more

It's hard finding good massage therapists however I have never had a bad one at revive. There are multiple therapist, each has a different technique. They are all good but you might want to try a few till you find the right one for you. The facility is clean and the check in process is easy with a very friendly front desk person. This is my go to place for a massage. read more

It's been years - thanks COVID - since I've had a massage. Taking a sick day, I had one choice - Adam. I'm not comfortable with males massaging me and Adam seemed to intuatively understand my emotional discomfort(s). It took ME awhile into my 90 minute massage for me to relax. Will I return? Hell yes. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to book my next visit. DUH - if you ask, you already know the answer. That's professionalism. read more

Had horrible shoulder pain all week, woke up and Revive got me in for a same day appt with Bill. It was my first time there and what a treat! Bill was attentive to my pain, checked in with me on pressure and throughout the massage to see if there were specific areas that felt tight or needed additional attention. The small details were also much appreciated. A cozy massage bed, nice head support, a hot towel with aromatherapy at the end of the massage. read more

Maddie was amazing! I called on Sunday and I was able to get 2 facial appointments for my husband and I. Our overall experience was great, quite and relaxing. My facial made me feel like a new person! It was my husbands first facial and I think he is hooked! read more

I am so happy that I went to Revive! I told the technician, Madeline, that it was my first time getting a facial and I was hesitant about the process. Madeline made me feel so comfortable and assured me that she would explain every product and step if need be. I loved every second of my facial! I was incredibly relaxed and my skin felt hydrated! I didn't realize how dull my skin looked until Madeline gave me a facial. My skin was gloooooooowing! I felt like a new woman. They'll be seeing me soon. I love my results! Madeline was amazing! read more

I got both a prenatal massage and an oxygen facial. The facial was amazing, the prenatal massage was not good. I'm giving it 4 stars because I've gotten a regular massage here before and it was really good, otherwise I probably would have given it three. They don't have a prenatal massage table and had I known that I wouldn't have gotten one here. Laying on your side just doesn't allow for the same comfort, relaxation and pressure. The masseuse didn't ask if the pressure was okay, I had to tell her halfway through to apply more. And she only did my back and legs (I asked her not to touch my hips) - no arms, chest, neck, or head - and my feet were barely touched. Honestly I was really disappointed, especially since I'm 32 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to and needing it. For the facial, I can't recommend it enough. This was my first oxygen facial. I had Jim and he was great at explaining everything, was gentle and listened to my concerns. I left feeling like it genuinely worked and my skin looked and felt really good. I would definitely come back for another one. read more

The facilities are pristine, comfortable, and nicely designed. Josh R.'s massage was excellent. He's professional and friendly. I left feeling relaxed and my muscle soreness after a tough workout was magically gone. Dry glad this spot is in the neighborhood. read more

Went back this weekend and saw Bill Underwood. Same instructions. Really massage through me to the floor and he did. Needed heavy work on shoulders and thighs and he did just that. Even worked out a knot i didnt know was there that was affecting my bench press. This was the 90 min Swedish and it was great. Thanks Bill! Went back for our anniversary. My wife got Sara Busch for a Swedish Massage. I got Jake Birdsong for a deep tissue massage. We both did 60 minutes. We both wish we had gotten 90 because we loved every second of the 60 minutes we had! I asked Jake to really lean in and he did not disappoint. Left feeling excellent and can't wait to book another massage! read more

I just left Revive after a prenatal massage with Abby. I'm due on Friday and went in to relax and pamper myself before I never have the luxury again. Abby was amazing. She was very communicative with me and asked me questions before starting and explained what she was doing during my massage. The massage itself relaxed me and made me feel better than I've felt in a while. The salon itself was gorgeous. Extremely clean and had a relaxing vibe. Parking wasn't an issue either as there isn't too much around the salon. So I was able to park right in front. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to Revive and telling fellow preggos to go see Abby. She's magic! I can't wait to go back. read more

Today was my second time going to Revive and I would absolutely recommend it! The first time I had a facial with Madeline who was just the nicest person and amazing at her work! She recommended products for me because I was interested in a face routine to help with my skin and after commenting on how much I loved her playlist, she brought over a post it to the receptionist that had the name of internet radio station she was listening to so that I could check it out. Then I went to see Sara for a 90 minute massage who took time to understand my needs and preferences for one of the absolute best massages that I have ever had. I saw Sara again today for the second time and again had one of the most amazing massages. She really focuses on you and what you need and is truly fantastic and talented. Thank you Revive for an amazing experience, I'll be back again! read more

Jake was incredible! I got a 90-minute hot stone massage and Jake asked if he could incorporate more of his hands of he needed to work through a specific area. He was attentive, a true professional, and I will be back! The rooms are great too! Not too bright, great music, and heated massage table if you wish. Easy parking too! read more
