Since I'm a bargain hunter, I'm not really their target consumer as their brand-name sunglasses are fairly pricey. The names they carry, off the top of my head: Oakley, Revo, Ray-Ban, Armani, Prada, Coach, Tory Burch, Burberry, and a new one, Tiffany. Prices range from about $70 (clearance) to over $400 (Tiffany). If you're looking for high-end sunglasses, this is the place. For me, I prefer to get my sunnies at TJ Maxx or Marshall's, where you can get name-brand ones for way cheaper.

I was in Pearland at the time and I called around to a few places to see about a quick fix and finally LensCrafters said they could do it. I walked in and Rashawn greeted us. I explained my situation and he said it was no problem and to give him a few mins. About 2 mins later he came back and handed me my glasses fixed and wearable again. She said she had never heard of that brand or a name that sounded similar. I told her I literally just tried it on, and she looked at me like I had two heads and said well if you can find it and stalked off. I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. And now in our professional jobs or in the past would never treat someone like this. In a matter of 15-20 minutes I was so put off by humanity. It's awful that this is the only local off saks store. The staff was not pushy in trying to sell me new sunglasses, and I was able to quickly order replacement lenses. They called when the new ones arrived, and they popped them right in. They also gave some pointers on how to extend the life of my new lenses.
