Came in during the Pandemic(COVID-19) Maura was sooo very helpful and even informed me that Sunglass hut has a sister store.They had a wide slection of designer frames. We went searching for my husband some sunglasses. I was pleased with how many we liked. I will definitely be returning to look for myself. read more

A tiny little shop in the Pearland Town Center. As the name implies, they sell sunglasses. Since I'm a bargain hunter, I'm not really their target consumer as their brand-name sunglasses are fairly pricey. The names they carry, off the top of my head: Oakley, Revo, Ray-Ban, Armani, Prada, Coach, Tory Burch, Burberry, and a new one, Tiffany. Prices range from about $70 (clearance) to over $400 (Tiffany). If you're looking for high-end sunglasses, this is the place. For me, I prefer to get my sunnies at TJ Maxx or Marshall's, where you can get name-brand ones for way cheaper. read more

I frequent Sunglass Hut in my neighborhood but found myself in Pearland needing a pair. I found this shop in a cute little shopping center in pearland. It was small but had a large variety to shop from. Katie welcomed me into the store and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me find the perfect pair! I love my new Ray-Bans and I would definitely visit this store again. read more

I decided it was time to quit buying $5 knock off aviators and invest in the real thing. I was helped by Abraham who was wonderful. He talked me through the selection, and had a good balance of assisting me when I had questions, while also giving me time alone to try on all the pairs of sunglasses. I would highly recommend this store! read more

Only took them out of the box once from when purchased to try on. Was told me they couldn't change them because they were "damaged" when I told them that's how they were sold to me they said their employee of many years of experience would never sell a pair of damaged frame glasses and always show the customer the glasses before putting them in the bag (which they didn't). They also have a small section with discounted sunglasses so sometimes you can find some pretty decent pairs there. I don't mind spending $$$ on sunglasses when I know they're going to last. The nice thing about the Sunglass Hut is that they will tighten and/or fix your sunglasses when your big 'ol melon head has loosened them up! They also have the program where, if you damage your sunglasses, you can trade them in on a new pair and get a discount on the new pair. So that helps if you happen to be pinching pennies!

Honestly, I wish we had waited for the first gentleman. The second representative, a larger gentleman, came over to help us, but the experience was completely different. My fiancé was trying to ask questions and have a conversation about the products, but he came across as very rude and standoffish. It genuinely felt like he didn't want to help us. Customer service plays a HUGE role in whether or not I spend my money in said establishment. We left without making a purchase. Hopefully, future customers receive the same level of service we experienced from the first representative, because he made a great first impression.

CustomEyes Pearland was highly rated so I decided to give them a try. Scheduling was pretty easy. I went online and requested an appointment and was called back in a fair amount of time to finish. Their office is located right off 288 and Broadway, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I arrived early as requested and there was still a bit of a wait even after my appointment. We started off with all the usual tests prior to seeing the doctor. Times have changed when it comes to yearly exams. There is alot of new tests they recommend which also comes with more out of pocket expenses. I found the front desk and others to be straight business without the service with a smile. It's not a must, but it does make you feel a little more welcome. I saw Dr. May on my visit and she was a pleasure to see. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She ordered a few trials for my contacts and sent my on my way. After that is where I felt service went downhill. I have high astigmatism and I knew there would be a wait, but it was almost 3 weeks without a call from the office. I called once and they said they would get back to me and they didn't. The next time I called about a week later, they said one of the two trials were there and waiting to be picked up. How was I supposed to know that without a call. The same thing happened with my second trial. I just found it odd that I had to reach out every time. Needless to say, though I liked the doctor I saw, the overall customer service left alot to be desired. I didn't even end up using my yearly benefits here. I'm glad many people have liked the service here, but I will keep searching.

However, I went back a few days ago since my vision did not seem quite right with my new progressive glasses, my very first pair of glasses ever. After explaining several times that something wasn't right, I kept getting push back and was told that I simply need to get used to wearing my glasses. Finally, they told me I could take new measurements, after going back and forth. We took the new measurements and it turns out, adjustments to the measurements and the prescription needed to be made. I should not have had to press the staff like that to make sure my measurements and prescriptions were correct.

I have been to several different Sunglass Hut and i have many Ray-ban glasses. The customer service from other stores were good. This particular store in pearland has store personnel named SHARON RODRIGUEZ .she mistreats you as if you are working for her or is her mercy to get a SUNGLASS. She do not know how to behave to anyone. She makes her own judgements before even she listen to you. I had take one of my glasses to get it checked. she insisted that i broke the glass and brought it her.
