Astigmatism in the eye that Dr M treated is also worse than the other eye. A friend says there he has messed up her treatment as well, but don it know the details. My insurer VSP has a $ 10 copay for eye prescriptions and they do not cover retinal screening. EE is in-network for VSP. Front Office insisted the screening and fee is mandatory. As a matter of principle I refused to walk away and insisted on speaking to the OD. After a long argument I was given a form where I acknowledged having refused retinal screening and got my prescription done. SO choose to skip this place or be ready for a fight to get your $ 39 waived by the good Doctor! Oh yes - he did tell me that if I asked nicely (!) they can easily waive the $ 39 fee. But then you need to complete the long argument with the Front Office first to reach the OD... well .... you choose :-)
