The office staff and the Doctors were great. They saw me right away and took care of my eyes.

I'm new to the area and needed to find a new optometrist, and I'm glad I chose Eye Connection. The location is very convenient, and they were able to book me in within the hour of when I contacted them. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were transparent about the costs of services and products and they will take the time to work with you to find the most sensible option you are comfortable with. I left the appointment learning more about my eye health than I ever had with previous doctors. I would recommend Dr. Tran and his team if you are looking for high quality service. read more

Best Place Ever for glasses! Everyone is very friendly, professional and kind. I will always go here for my eye care needs.

I have been going here for years, and the quality of the service has always been consistent. I'm always seen very promptly and they're considerate of your time at every visit. I've never been obnoxiously sold glasses that were way out of my budget or didn't fit my plan and always leave the office satisfied with my frame choice. I am happy to have my eye care in the hands of this staff! Thank you all so much. read more

Dr. Chung and her staff are the absolute BEST! I've been going there for years and have always felt very well taken care of. The staff is always professional and really listen to their patients needs. I've had a few visions issues recently and Dr. Chung has helped me out and walked me through correcting the issue in an informative and caring way. Love that I have Dr. Chung taking care of me and staying on top of my eye health! Bonus ~ My glasses game is always on point because they help me pick the cutest glasses! Highly recommend Dr. Chung to all my friends! read more

Dr. Tran is awesome! He's super nice and understanding. It is easy to make appointments and you get a seen very quickly almost no waiting time at all. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I've been using them for the last 10+ years and would not want to change to use anyone else. I've had consultation else where (due to living location kind of far) before and I regret it! Other place just kept trying to pressure you to purchase with them even after you indicated you'll think about it, not very pleasant. At Eye Connection they always work with you and wants what's best for you without any pressure. My family uses them as well since they are so great! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an optometrist! read more

Dr Tran and his staff are amazing! Great customer service. Friendly, great with kids! We hadn't been to the eye doc in 2 years. Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful and patient. During these crazy covid days people can be fearful but they are VERY CLEAN. They wipe everything down after each client. read more

~ I am a woman of a certain age, so my glasses are like...air to me! That said, when I broke my back up, back up pair of glasses, I was gasping for air! I went to my insurance web site to locate an eye doc and was thrilled to see an office that was less than 2 miles from my home. I was even more ecstatic when I was able to get an appointment same day ~ Dr. Chung and her staff are extremely professional, have the most up to date equipment ~ yay! No painful dilation of the pupils, but rather a neat computerized scan thing that showed every detail of my eyes!! Dr. Chung was also very patient and explained exactly what my options were... Just under an hour later, I was breathing again... read more

You should advertise on your website or any of your social platforms that you're not accepting walk-in customers. I only needed to buy frames and lenses. Thanks for the waste of time. read more

Dr. Tran, Dr. Chung and staff are all wonderful. We have seen both doctors over a few years and we are always so pleased with their attentiveness and ability to explain everything in detail. The staff is great - easy to get a convenient appointment time with our crazy schedules and so accommodating to even tighten glasses we bought years ago. I can't say enough about this office! read more

Excellent staff. Ver friendly and very thorough. Dr. Tran was excellent and was quick to refer me to a retina specialist since his exam uncovered some minor abnormalities which he wanted further tested. His staff made the appointment for me with the specialist. Would highly recommend Eye Connection since they were the best I have worked with. read more

As always, I had a pleasant experience with Eye Connection. I am always greeted as soon as I enter through the door. The staff is very prompt to attending to my appointment. I was taken to the back within 5 minutes. The young lady who took the pictures of my eyes was very pleasant. She was very patient as I had difficulty keeping my eyes open during the process. We completed this process and I moved on to the next step which was the exam room. She completed another step of the process with me. Shortly thereafter, the doctor was prompt to come in. He was ever so pleasant and courteous. He explained everything that took place so far. Afterwards, he proceeded with my eye exam. I have to mention again that he is very pleasant. Upon completion, he explained everything that was going on with my eyes and a course of action. Everything was straight to the point and easy to understand. I was then fitted for some new glasses due to my worsened vision. The check-out process was smooth and pleasant. This was an overall exceptional experience. I would recommend Eye Connection to anyone who is need of a quality and professional eye doctor. read more

After getting some nasty debris stuck in my eye that wouldn't flush out with water, I made a few phone calls to local eye doctors in Sienna looking for a short-notice appointment. Eye Connection was the most responsive and willing to squeeze me in for my very, very minor emergency. I was seen almost immediately by a very friendly staff. Dr Tran was awesome and I'll definitely return. read more

I have been going here for years and have been seen by both Dr. Chung and Dr. Tran. Both are fantastic. They genuinely care and follow up. Wait times are always minimal and all the front desk staff (Jessica, Ashley, Taryn) is friendly and able to help. I've stopped in to get adjustments on glasses and they've accommodated me as a walk in. I highly recommend Eye connection for any contact/glasses/eye exam needs. read more

Hands down the best eye doctor I have ever been to ! My family has been going to Dr. Tran for years. I don't trust anyone else for my eye exams or contacts. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to any of my friends and family. We just moved here from CA and I was searching for a new eye doctor. I've worn contacts for over 20 years. I am so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely sweet the office staff is whenever I come in for an appointment. They are great with dealing with insurance and making sure everything is covered and very good at letting you know of any out of pocket costs. Dr. Tran is super friendly and just so warm and welcoming. He was able to get me fitted into the best contacts ever- I can see things now that I didn't even realize I was missing. When I told him about my stepmom needing cataract surgery, he even called around and got information for us about her surgeon. He really goes step above and treats his patients like family. I am very pleased that I made an appointment with him and now have recommended several friends and family to him and they love him as well! read more

Absolutely love this place! So clean and professional inside, nice staff and great doctors that don't treat you like they are in a hurry for next costomer! My husband, daughter and I all go here! read more

If you live near the area try this place out before considering any other! They have the friendliest staff and the best service around. They are very knowledgable and are kind and easy going. I did my research before heading out of course. I called around to every optometrist around me for pricing. This one of the the ONLY places where I was given straight answers without being rude if I had more questions and not only that but the price was better than the competition plus the reviews they had on Yelp helped me make my choice. Also, if you have medical insurance but no vision plan they are a specialist and you might be able to use your insurance so that is a plus. Very professional and last but not least, they had me in and out with their comprehensive vision exam in about 30 mins. No dilation needed! What more is there to say. read more
