As always, I had a pleasant experience with Eye Connection. I am always greeted as soon as I enter through the door. The staff is very prompt to attending to my appointment. I was taken to the back within 5 minutes. The young lady who took the pictures of my eyes was very pleasant. She was very patient as I had difficulty keeping my eyes open during the process. We completed this process and I moved on to the next step which was the exam room. She completed another step of the process with me. Shortly thereafter, the doctor was prompt to come in. He was ever so pleasant and courteous. He explained everything that took place so far. Afterwards, he proceeded with my eye exam. I have to mention again that he is very pleasant. Upon completion, he explained everything that was going on with my eyes and a course of action. Everything was straight to the point and easy to understand. I was then fitted for some new glasses due to my worsened vision. The check-out process was smooth and pleasant. This was an overall exceptional experience. My wife and I love the Eye Connection we have been going to them for a couple years now! We retired here in 2009 and at first went to a different eye doctor in Sugarland, the staff could never get our coordination of benefits correct on each visit it was a pain trying to explain it to them. Before we switched to this office we gave them our providers and had them call and then called back and they got the benefits correct and we have never had a problem since. I also have had glaucoma for years and it was wonderful to find that Dr. Tran has so much experience in this area and he is also careful to make sure I have the right brand of drops for my eyes. Another plus, Dr. Tran always remembers our names which is amazing to us. On eye glass purchase my wife gets lots of compliments on her frames. I have seen both Dr. Tran and Chung and always receive excellent care. There is plenty of convenient parking, visits are prompt, and all staff is very friendly and professional. During this last visit I questioned my "contacts fit and follow up copay" and Dr. Tran politely explained I had always paid that copay in the past, and the staff pulled up my benefits to clearly explain my copays that were due. As always, I really appreciated their professionalism when going out of their way to explain my insurance benefits and copays.
