I can't say enough positive things about this place. As I am new to having to wear glasses, I quickly learned that I had a face that is difficult to fit. On top of that, I am also rather picky about what I wear. I searched for weeks after I got my prescription trying to find something, anything that would work, with no luck. I found Factory Eyeglass Outlet online and got to their store as soon as I could. From the moment I walked in the door, D.A. made me feel welcomed and heard. He put me at ease after patiently listening to me explain my challenges that I had encountered. He assuredly and genuinely responded with, "we got you, you won't leave today without finding something that will not only work but that you'll love". And that's exactly what happened. When I went to pick up my new glasses, it was Alex that was there. His attention to detail and the knowledge he possessed were impressive. He was able to customize and adjust both pairs of the glasses that I bought and was insistent that I not leave until I was completely comfortable and then if I had any additional questions or concerns to not hesitate to call. These guys are the real deal. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I have already sent a few friends their way and will continue to do so, confidently knowing that they'll be well taken care. read more

Excellent customer service and a wide variety of frames to choose from. They really went the extra mile helping find the right fit for me.

When my not-quite toddler grabbed my glasses and damaged them, it was already past time for a new pair. I was dreading going into the mall as I did last time for glasses. So, I went to a few places and finally came here last. They had the best selection by far of all the local places I went to. I was expecting a smaller selection because the store looks small from the outside, but it was the opposite and there were tons to choose from. They were very easy to work with and got me in and out quick. read more

Such a great store! If you are looking for glasses and sunglasses with great quality, great customer service and great prices this is be place for you. Alex owns the store and it's a local business! I got brand name Ray Ban Glasses for cheaper than what the eye doctor quoted me with insurance. He has a million options and very unique styles. I can't stress enough how much I recommend this place to everyone looking for glasses! I never wore my old glasses because I didn't like how the lenses were. I explained this to Alex and when I got my glasses from him in, he made these perfect! Definitely going back for some more pairs! Great job! read more

If they had 10 stars I would give it to them! This is NOT chain store with the same old lens options. It is a family business and Alex was born into it. He helped his father from childhood and is familiar with lenses from the backside. This means he knows how to give you what you want, even when it's not on the menu! My story goes like this. I was tired of wearing, or should I say juggling, my "readers" so I decided to get a cute pair of bifocals that I could wear all the time.(I wore bifocals for two decades in the 80s and 90s when my sight was perfect but I needed them only to help keep my eyes from straining while doing computer work.) The only type that seems to be available now from any of the chain stores are "Progressives." OMG. I ordered a $500 pair from Sears optical. Upon their arrival I couldn't believe the distortion. I honestly cannot believe anyone would wear these! As I said, I have worn bifocals before and peripheral distortion didn't exist. I literally had a tiny spot in the middle to look through. Seriously? Peripheral vision makes up 59% of our vision! So with my fingers crossed, I went to see Alex. He had done glasses for my daughter a couple of years back. He heard my frustration. I wanted no magnification all the way across the top and magnification all the way across the bottom. That way there is 0 distortion, simply magnification. We discussed an old school way of doing bifocals called the Executive. And it's exactly as I described. And it's perfect! Throughout my day I'm looking through the top and when I have to read the fine print at the grocery store, I'm looking through the bottom. They are darling glasses with Zeiss lenses. (Zeiss is a German company that has made the finest optics in the world since 1846 when they started with microscopes. I know them from their very exclusive camera lens optics.) Try finding Zeiss at the chain stores - which by the way are ALL owned by the same company, did you know? No wonder they all offer the same exact services. I really appreciate that Alex knows the craft and how to make what you want, not just what some corporate office says he can do. He saved me! I had been everywhere and NO ONE offered anything but yukky distorted Progressives! I'm here to tell you there are options and alternatives. You don't have to settle. But Alex is the only person with enough knowledge and background to be able to give them to you. read more

I am especially pleased with my new glasses. Alex took the time to explain the different types of lens and coatings that would enhance the prescription for the glasses. With my new glasses, objects appear sharper, colors are more vivid and I experience no glare on my computer screen, as well as substantially decreased glare outdoors. And, I certainly have less eye strain. Great service and fine workmanship! - Frank M. read more

What a gem to find! I can't believe I've wasted my time at chains before. The minute I walked through the door, I believe it was Alex, complimented me on my glasses by the name of their manufacturer. That's like saying, "Nice David Yurman you are wearing". I think he was also thinking, you'd look better in Cartier or the eyeglass equivalent. I was impressed by how my eyeglasses will be suited just for me and impressed by the quality of service. Plus I love it's a small business and not a big chain. be shopping here from now on. Picked up my beautiful glasses today. Just as predicted. Thanks again, Alex! read more
