Adrianna was so kind to agree to send a mobile van with a volunteer for my event, along with a furry friend. On the morning of the event, Ms. Ashleigh arrived with the sweetest and most laid-back pup, Maverick. The students were Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st graders. They LOVED this station! Ms. Ashleigh talked about her job as a groomer and showed tools to the students. She modeled how she used the tools on a dog and she let the students pet Maverick. She answered questions and was so engaging and friendly with the classes. It was so amazing to have Reese's Pet Sitting as a part of our Careers on Wheels. Interesting how this company has different names for reviews on Yelp vs Google. We have been using the same groomer for years. Due to health conditions of a family member she has been unable to continue. We called Reese's luxury mobile groomer because of the reviews. What we didn't know was it's a franchise with 12-15 different groomers. The groomer who showed up was friendly and polite. We spoke of what kind of cut and even showed her pictures, she agreed that she could do the same (nothing really fancy just a trim) She took my first pup and when she returned her I didn't even recognize her. Never seen her look so ashamed and upset. Before giving her the second pup, my male pup, we spoke more firmly, showed more pictures. She agreed to do what was in the picture. When she brought back my male, I was just furious. He looked just as bad shaved all his hair down nothing like we had discussed. He cried all day long. I don't know what she did to him. Here is what I have come to the conclusion of. This was possibly a new, inexperienced and poorly trained groomer. She only knows how to shave it all off. She was rough with my little boy and he let us know all day he was not happy by crying all day and wanted to be held. Neither of them have ever had an issue with our previous groomer. The fact that I paid almost 400.00 to have something my father used to pay the barber to give me in the summer time to make the most of his money is sadly not what I asked for. I could have taken a pair of clippers and shaved until there was no hair for about 30.00 the cost of said clippers. Maybe they have some good groomers maybe this young lady will be a good groomer one day. When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, they offered me 30.00 credit towards another possibly horrible experience. No attempt to communicate nothing just a pathetic text message. No thanks, this is what I would expect from a low end grooming company. Interesting they do not have one single bad review, hmmm. The owner seems quick to attack anyone who shares their anything less than glowing review experience. I do hear you can have those bad reviews removed if you pay the right company. If you want an extremely expensive company that doesn't care about you or your animals to come out, give Reese's luxury mobile grooming a call. This was the first time we've gotten our dog groomed. I scheduled and appointment via messages and they were able to fit him in the next day. Our doggie can be super anxious and scared around new people so we were a little hesitant to what the groomer would be able to do. However, she was able to clip his nails (something we haven't been able to do) clean his ears/ teeth and give him a nice bath! Our groomer (Ashleigh) sent us pictures throughout the process. She was super welcoming but also calm and gentle which helped our boy feel a little safer. The total was about 167 after taxes (not including tip). I've been using Reese's mobile grooming since February of this year and have been impressed with the groomers and quality of work. However, my last grooming session my puppy came back with blood and irritation around his eyes. When I asked about what happened I was told that it was irritation caused from cleaning his tear stains which was puzzling since that has never happened with any groomers or when we clean his face weekly since he is a white Maltese dog. When I expressed my concerns to a manager everything seemed to be okay and I planned to continue using them the following month as I had booked them for the next 3 months. When the time came around for my next appt I heard nothing from the company and when I wrote them there was no response. Which means they ghosted me for something they did? Before this incident I recommended them to all my dog friends but being ghosted for inquiring what happened to my furbaby is unacceptable and I had to leave a review to let others know of my experience. read more

Today was my first time using the luxury mobile dog grooming service and first time with Reese's. After today I can definitely say I will be a new regular with this group. I got immediate responses with any questions and received texts when Jacquelyn was on her way and when she arrived. My little shih tzu is old and partially blind so she usually comes back high strung and stressed from traditional groomers but she was relaxed and comfortable when she was finished. They are pricey but are worth every penny. They come to your home which I loved!! My fur babies have separation anxiety and before I even brought that up the groomer asked me if I would like her for her to take them both at the same time. I loved the fact that while the groomer was taking care of my pets she sent me pictures to update me to let me know they were ok. This was my first time using them so I was a little nervous and I found those pictures to be comforting and cute. They are professional and my pups loved the groomer. And they come to you. They are the most professional, loving, kind people who come to your house and offer so many different treatments during the groom to pamper and make your little fur baby even more beautiful than normal. They send pictures to your phone throughout the appointment to keep you posted, which I like because you always want to know how it's going behind the scenes. :) My yorkie has seen Elise now for several months and he feels so at ease around her and she is so sweet I feel like she's a friend instead of my dog's groomer. Despite giving short notice (resulting in many competitors being fully booked for the Christmas weekend), RPS were able to accommodate me, met me at my apartment, and spent some time in my apartment a few days before the weekend, both to meet our cat, as well as to listen attentively for any requests we had. Moreover, RPS was very good at communicating, corresponding via text, call, email, and their website/app; when the sitter stopped by, they took several pictures of our cat to provide extra assurances that all was well. Stephanie stopped by to meet the pets before my trip so she could learn how we do things. I have a large Old English Sheepdog, a cat and a bunny - each with their own unique needs. Stephanie was in contact with me daily about the pets and even sent photos and videos. Most importantly, she figured out why my OES wasn't eating as much a week prior to the trip. She watched and saw how my 14 year old's back legs would slip as she bent to eat (she has arthritis).
