This restaurant is amazing especially for their prices! We got a wrap and a plate plus some falafel on the side, everything is superb. Staff is very personable and kind as well. We will be coming back often!

Great spot for lunch! Everything made fresh. Locally owned! Wife and I both had the gyro over rice bowl and loved it!

the food and service was amazing, you go in and order immediately at the cashier and they bring the food out to you. the interior of the restaurant is nice as well. we got the vegetarian plate and the falafel over rice and it was really good! the falafels were a little salty though.

Chicken Shawarma with every homemade sauce for the crispy fries and wrap to be devoured in!

The Grand Opening banner with Mediterranean was a perfect signal to STOP! The aromas and the sights of the Shawarma on display made my tastebuds water. I immediately met the owner Sam who was so gracious during his lunch rush to step out to me as I relayed exactly what flavors and decisions I was about to make. I wanted the Chicken Shawarma and he recommended the Platter as it came with seasonally crispy fries to dip in all the homemade sauces. The wrap was flavored with traditional garlic mayo, house made brined pickles and the ohh soo tender chicken being cooked on the expansive spit/skewer. They have a fundraiser information box to support all local community businesses, school and more! I recommend to order and eat in to dine in the aromas of the Mediterranean as I did. The food was extremely hot when it arrived. I will always select Reem Mediterranean Grill over Penn Station, Subway, and any chain that has generic bread and wraps. Reem's options are endless with cook to order salads, wraps and meals creating an experience of flavor with homemade ingredients which is priceless!!

I recently tried this new spot on 96th St. you order at the counter and can eat in the restaurant or take your food to go. We ordered a chicken Shawarma bowl and a falafel wrap. The wrap was huge, I think it was around a foot long. Both dishes had plentiful portions and were well priced, especially the wrap which was less than $10. The food was great, but one of our orders was incorrect, which we didn't realize until we got home as we took our food to go. The ball had tzatziki sauce on it, which was not a topping or a sauce that was ordered. They almost forgot to give us the side of garlic sauce that came with the bowl, but we did realize that so were able to get it before we left. Despite the order being wrong, the food was delicious and fresh. When we sat down to wait for our food inside, the table we sat at had not been wiped down and there was no one else in the restaurant so that was disappointing. I'm sure this new restaurant will work out the kinks we experienced and it definitely shouldn't keep anyone from trying the well-priced, delicious food!

You walk in, you order at the counter, you find a table. The format is familiar. What lands in front of you is anything but ordinary. So, I am going to address the dessert situation first and without apology. I started with the baklava before the rest of the food arrived. Why? I am not a Padawan. I am a grown Jedi who has earned the right to sequence a meal however the Force sees fit, and the Force saw fit to begin with dessert. The baklava was sweet, crispy, and exactly what baklava is supposed to be when someone actually makes it properly. I considered ordering another. A Jedi exercises restraint. I waited for the rest of the order instead, which did not take long, so the sacrifice was manageable. When the full spread landed on the table the presentation alone was doing work. My partner's Greek salad with chicken kabob looked as good as it tasted, which turned out to be very good. I sampled the chicken kabob and it paired beautifully with my roasted red potatoes, which came out tasting like olive oil and lemon pepper had a perfect collaboration and decided to coat every potato equally. My Street Gyro had the kind of meat to vegetable ratio that suggests whoever assembled it understood the assignment. Good balance technically, but the balance leaned toward more meat, which is the correct direction to lean. The Ruffles chips that came alongside were a chaotic and welcome addition to an otherwise Mediterranean operation. Nobody saw that coming. I respected it. My partner finished the chocolate chip cookies and had no complaints. I had no complaints about anything. Taziki's is not trying to be a sit down Greek dining experience and it does not need to be. It does what it does cleanly, consistently, and with enough flavor to bring us back the next time the craving for Greek food makes its presence known in the Force. Five stars, would absolutely return. The baklava alone justifies the trip.

You cal also earn rewards for free food. The only minus (and it may only apply to me) is they only offer a 22 ounce fountain drink size or bottles of Dasani water. The fountain drinks are only $2.99 with unlimited refills. I wish they had a 12 or 16 ounce alternative.

The baba ganoush at Noor Cafe is great, and comes with warm pita slices, plus pickled vegetables on top. I was kinda more hungry than I thought, so I also ordered a falafel pita sandwich and a glass of Pinot Noir. The falafel pita comes with a lot of different vegetables and sauces, and is fresh and cool from the veg, but warm from the falafel and pita. It's also huge! This is something you could definitely split if you wanted to, or eat by yourself if you're especially hungry. I was a little taken aback by how small the dining room is at Noor Cafe. There are four tables, and one of them was filled with toys, which was adorable. Some kid came from out back to play with them, and I was reminded by the adage that the best Asian restaurants are those where some kid is playing or doing their homework in the dining room. I think that might be true! Noor Cafe is not Asian, because they offer Mediterranean food, but they're also not-not Asian because they also offer some Indian options (kaathi rolls, paneer). I mentioned that I got a glass of Pinot Noir here. Yes, they offer beer and wine! They served the red wine chilled, which is not ideal, but I'm willing to overlook that because the baba ganoush was so good.
