Wanted to try somewhere new for lunch, and came here hoping for something great. It is located next to a grocery store, and the door is not in use so you must go through the grocery to get to the restaurant. When I arrived there was no one to be seen. I took a seat by the ordering area, assuming maybe they were in the back grabbing something. I sat for 10 minutes with no service, not a single person in sight. A hidden gem next door to the Almadina International market. There is a connecting door between the two. Sometimes they have their pies in a glass window display case. If they don't, order from their menu and after about an 8 minute wait you will get fresh pies from the oven. You can even see them making it. 5 stars - Cheese pie. Freshly baked and with a slight char on the crust which adds great flavor. The cheese is not salty and is a great compliment to the fluffy dough. If you get it with zaatar, it's a good combination of flavors. 5 stars - Hummus. So creamy, and the texture is my favorite. The flavor is great too! It compliments their pita bread too. Ask for their spicy tomato and onion side (I forgot what it's called) which compliments the hummus so well. I come here often and will continue to. Stopped in on a Saturday evening for dinner. I tried to order the Chicken Shawarma, but they didn't have any. Gyro sandwich had a nice amount of fresh vegetables, but a small amount of meat. Tucked inside a grocery store in Fishers is Jerusalem Bakery & Grill. While my first visit did not include items from their bakery, the entrees that I ordered for takeout did! I ordered the Gyro Sandwich, and was not disappointed. It is hard to find a place that does Gyros correctly and this place nailed it! The meat was fresh, well seasoned, and did not dry out! The sauce was not overpowering, and the pita bread used for the sandwich was straight from the bakery and delicious! The employees were kind and polite. Highly recommend grabbing a bite! The food here is excellent. I drove up on my lunch break. Looking forward to a great lunch. It says it's open online. It says it's open on Yelp. I get to the restaurant. The sign says it's open, but no one comes out from the back. The person in the store says the restaurant and store separate and he doesn't know if anyone is there. Long story short. I wasted my lunch break for nothing. This place is literally half of my lunch break away from work but the food is worth picking up and taking back... poor business practices. 4 star for the pies. Meat pie was super delicious with lot of flavors. Definitely a must try place for Mediterranean pies. Buffet options looked so less and over pricy. I would not try their buffet. read more

Wow, the food here is unbelievable. The rice is superb and the shwarma is not dry but juicy and full of flavor. The combo had wonderful lamb, chicken and beef. I have no idea how they keep all the meats juicy, but they do. Appears to be family owned and they were very welcoming! Wow, I just went there 2-2-24, I will drive to Kings in Anderson for a good Gyros but this place is in my back yard. I had the Gyros plate and Gyros salad. This is the best I've ever had. Also the way they season the meat and French fries is fantastic. None better. read more

Absolutely delicious! Such a great change of pace from our usual spots in the area. The area definitely needed some more variety and this is a truly delightful, yummy, fresh option. We did a pickup of an online order and had a little hiccup with the Slice app order not making it to them, but they were super accommodating. Honestly just seems like the growing pains of a new restaurant trying to deal with apps, so it absolutely wouldn't stop us from eating there again! Highly recommended! read more

I don't think I have ever written a restaurant review before but, this place deserves one! I happened to be passing by and stopped in to get some to go lunch. I have no words to describe how amazing it was. The menu is limited but I got a good mix to try. The shish kabab was the best I have ever had in my life. The portions were massive. Got some of the Mosakhan rollls and a plate of Kkofta kebab today. The Moskhan was fabulous with a great combination of taste of chicken, grilled onion and hint of cardamom and at a great price that cannot be beat. Makes an excellent party snack. The kofta kebab was excellent with nice fluffy rice. Great for pick up but also has a neat simple sitting area with the best picture of Jerusalem and the dome of the rock anywhere on this continent! read more

I almost never post reviews, but had to for this. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Arrived and restaurant completely empty except for a few people waiting on pick up orders. Order fries for my toddler to start eating bc starving. About 20 min later (fries still hadn't arrived) decided to order our meals to get things going as seemed slow. Over an hour later nothing had come out and my toddler was literally crying from hunger. I understand if short staffed but need to be transparent about wait times. I have never in my life waited at a restaurant for over an hour and appetizers still hadn't come out. Also no one offered water or any other drinks. Just honestly a joke of a "restaurant" and I would absolutely recommend avoiding. Al-Basha is close by and much better. I can't even comment on the food bc we never got to taste any! read more
