I have this place a 3-3.5, the restaurant itself has a nice ambiance and is clean which is always nice. My issue here is the food though, I'm a 18 year vegetarian that loves spicy. I ordered the red hot ramen and the spicy roasted avocado. I wasn't a big fan of either sadly, the spicy roasted miso had a sour taste and the rice is overcooked, not sure if I just got a bad batch but in my opinion it didn't really have an avocado taste. With our spicy miso ramen we got a side of white rice and i believe it was topped with cheddar cheese and it was ok. I would skip on that in our future visit. It's a small place so I wouldn't recommend for large groups (more than 8) but it's intimate and perfect for small gatherings and couples. I had the red hot miso ramen and it definitely has some kick to it but not overpowering. The texture of the noodles was perfect and the flavors were silky and the other ingredients complemented the dish perfectly. I got extra corn for my ramen to give it some more texture. My fiancé got the yellow ginger curry ramen and it was scrumptious! Perfect for a cold night. Her dish was a bit heartier and the ginger gave it a nice spice without taking over the taste of the yellow curry. If this place was closer to us we would eat here all the time. If you know what you're in for before coming in, you'll be fine. There are plenty of broths options here, yuzu&sesame, ginger curry, original miso, etc. They are all unique and delicious, though they're going to taste milder than the typical pork bone broth. Noodles are bouncy and of good quality. Not sure why people say the portion size are small, to me they're more than enough for one person. I love ramen. Like, there's nothing better I love than a hearty bowl of kotteri tonkutsu ramen, at any time of the day. I do not, however, tend to find restaurants that serve veggie ramen do a very good job. The flavor tends to be weaker, the broth thin, and the overall package is not very satisfying. This place absolutely destroyed my expectations. We had both the Yuzu Sesame and Ginger Curry ramen, and wow. The broth is hearty, thick, and clings to the perfectly cooked noodles with every mouthful. The topping are numerous, delicious, and have a great variety of flavor and texture that complements the soup. It is an incredibly rich, hearty bowl of soup. (That being said, I definitely liked the Yuzu Sesame more). I went here today because I was trying to avoid meat. I will be back here, possibly frequently, because the food is that freakin good and I want to try more of their ramen. read more

Cool newer Ramen spot. Fair warning this place is vegetarian. I didn't realize that when I met here for dinner. I ordered some sushi and a Ramen bowl and to my surprise, they had no meat options. This isn't something I usually entertain as I'm not vegetarian, but I was there and figured why not. To my surprise, it was really good. The sushi was good and the Ramen was great. Didn't feel like it was missing anything, was full and happy a the end. The service was very welcoming and inviting, and the restaurant was very cute. Absolutely delicious and fantastic service. The cashier (and I'm assuming the owner?) explained the menu to both me and my partner. I ordered the sesame yuzu and it was smoky and delicious, while my partner ordered the ginger curry ramen. They are gluten free and have a gluten allergy and our cashier made sure that we got gluten free noodles and the ramen was handled with gluten-free care.
