Impeccable service with delicious food. Everything came out beautifully prepared and although I have no pictures (because we ate it so fast) the deep fried "Golden Tiger Roll" is my favorite. Our server consistently removed dirty/empty plates and ensured our drinks were full. At the end when we ordered dessert she came by and drizzled the chocolate table side, so cute! 10/10 recommend.

The sushi here is amazing as well as the staff and service. I had a really great time the other day being as it was my first time there and I totally recommend it. They have phenomenal customer service that makes the food more enjoyable. On top of that the presentation of the sushi was awesome. I really enjoyed the Arnold Palmer and it easily became my favorite Arnold Palmer of all time. I look forward to returning.

Went in and split jalapeño bombs, the Baked Salmon Roll and a bottle of something. Everything was really good. We spent $60 total not including tip. The service was REALLY attentive. We were the only people in the restaurant at first so that's prob why. The ambiance was ok. Typical of most family style restaurants. Overall, I would do back.

The rolls tasted like they were bought from a grocery store. Rice is certainly something that they should pay close attention to: it was gluey and stale. One of the rolls (not pictured) was literally soaked in tobiko that had an unusual aftertaste, something I've never experienced before.

Absolutely disappointed, the salad: sauce burned the throat, basically solely vinegar. $8 for a minuscule cucumber salad Sushi rice: extremely bland Sushi: thank goodness I didn't try the fish, very low quality sourcing. The Avacado used was past its time Miso: $4 for about 5 spoonfuls of soup that was basically salted water- advertised as including seaweed and tofu. Absolutely terrible. Don't go here.

I hate writing a low rating review but this joint just didn't hit the mark. The execution of creating "sushi" dishes failed and resembled more like "kimbap" with seafood. The rice was made incorrectly and they also used the wrong seaweed paper. Those two major components detracts from the enjoyment of true sushi dishes. The AYCE menu offers standard pricing tiers--regular at $49.95, premium at $59.95, and a kids' option priced at $19.95 for ages 3-7. Please note that the premium tier allows for a 1-time order of 12 items per person. This is not unlimited so if you don't care for those options, then stick with the regular tier. This place isn't cheap and that's okay if the price aligns with quality but it just didn't shine. In fact, this is just 1 grade above a sushi buffet. For those wanting a better sushi joint option, I recommend checking out "Here Fishy Fishy" off Wilshire blvd in Ktown next to the metro station for better quality AYCE sushi and same price point. Service was wonderful. The korean ladies were super nice but the food just doesn't sustain another visit.

LA LA Sushi... You make me wanna lala!!! "In the kitchen, on the floor," because the quality and care is beyond there. So much so that I even do takeout as well as delivery when I can't make it there. Studio City's Ventura Boulevard extravaganza of shops, stores, sips, savories, sweets and more is where you'll find the L.L. Sushi experience... Parking on the street or in back, just before Lemonade if heading east from Whitsett Avenue (aka Laurel Terrace Drive) on Ventura Blvd or just past it if traveling westbound from Laurel Canyon. The deep cozy welcoming energy and the veggie options for me are all a 10 out of 10 especially because I can enjoy plenty as can my non veggie friends. Those 5PM to 1AM hours (daily) are something to celebrate too, because late night can definitely hit the spot. Tofu steak, spicy edamame (plus garlic or og), organic green salad and sunomono are all great items to start among others. Cut or Hand rolls - avocado, cucumber and my absolute fav... Their garden (veggie) as it's usually how I roll... Get it? Definitely ask for the vegan friendly options though most that are usually by default are. Hoping they might label them with a v or vg on their menus in the future, not to mention add a vegan ramen, no rice roll and/or baked roll veg option to the list #APlantBasedFoodieCanWish lol. Very grateful for all they do have (a lot) and their kindness. It's a sushi bar with a local neighborhood feel that make the meals and deals feel authentic as well as real. Have yet to enjoy a sake or adult beverage here, but hoping to change that in the new year. Cheers to LLS for being one of the best!

One of the best sushi spots I've had a in a while actually. We didn't really do any appetizers and went straight in for the fish. Started off with a couple of hand rolls, we did the crab hand roll and O toro hand roll. Crab hand roll wasn't as impressive, I've had better to be honest. I didn't let that experience ruin it for me because the toro hand roll was delicious. I think they add a piece of mint and it complimented the hand roll. Very crunchy nori wrapper and good rice to fish ratio. For our sushi we started with chu toro tuna, salmon belly, and halibut. Super fresh melt in your mouth quality. Halibut was interesting with the truffle, first time definitely won't be the last. We ended it with red snapper and black snapper. Absolutely amazing, I think the black snapper or the red snapper was slightly charred. It was so good. To say the least, this restaurant was worth it!

When I made reservations on the phone I asked about the latest reservation and confirmed 10 pm - however I asked if I could sit at the bar and they said not at that time since they closed at 11. When we arrived, there was a couple coming in at 10 and sat at bar...maybe just miscommunication but tha could have prevented us from consuming our food quick and skipping on alcohol since the table we got was not the best. Sushi felt very fresh and there's something about the way they make the rolls that feels different about other places (not sure if in a good way) Great staff and sushi chefs- they were super fast moving from one course to the next one.

A lot more focus on creative cocktails and drink pairings instead of just sake or wine. This is a great place to try Japanese whiskey, they even have little lockers where regular patrons can store their expensive bottles they've bought for when they return, and you are welcome to grab an additional drink and chill in the space afterwards if you'd like. The chefs here were a lot more personable and fun with more of a bar vibe than a traditional omakase. Service was great, dedicated bartender was great, and though it's not the best sushi I've ever tasted, I would still bring someone back here for a unique experience. It's the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy your meal, and have a good conversation. The food was consistently good. Service was another highlight--easygoing, attentive in a subtle way, and never intrusive. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that a few dishes didn't quite have that "wow" factor. But sometimes, I appreciate a place that simply gets everything right without overcomplicating it. Definitely somewhere I'd return to--and perhaps bring the right company next time.
