Had no clue this place was Vegan! It's inside the strip mall next to Sushi Dan that has a small parking lot. Inside is dark in moody. You order first and pay then sit down. All their ramen is vegan, they have 5 choices, we got the Red Hot Miso No 8 and the Yuzu Sesame No 5. They come out in a smoked presentation. Both had rich broths with their own distinct flavor. The red hot had a good level of heat. Came with toppings like Arugula, Alfalfa, Corn, Crispy Onion, Tofu and Soy Meat. We weren't a huge fan of the toppings, wish the Arugula was just spinach since had such an earthy flavor that didn't complement the broth and the alfalfa didn't add flavor or crunch. The noodles were cooked perfectly although my boyfriends had a piece that was lumped together. Overall very good ramen especially if you're vegan. If you're not, you'll miss the meat and egg toppings! Staff is friendly too. read more

Not a vegan, but this ramen (the spicy #8) was surprisingly delicious and filling. Definitely try the smoked option, as well. Service at the counter was good, they answered all of our first timer questions. And the dining room is self seating. Will return! read more

AMAZING!!!! Would come here again when I'm in the mood for some ramen. Every bite was so delicious. I would eat it again. I just wish there were other meat alternatives as I don't always enjoy eating soybean based items read more

Just wow!! This was the best Ramen! Took a while to get a parking place and this place was packed, but service was excellent, food was super fast and OMG so good!! The rolls, wow... we will be back!! read more

We got some takeout from here - I was surprised that everything was vegan because the flavor still came through so well. I ordered online since I was in the area and it was ready immediately! I got the truffle salt ramen and my partner got the red miso ramen, both with the risotto added on. I think truffle salt was good, but I did not taste too much truffle flavor. I think that the including the risotto to put in the soup after you're done eating the noodles was a great idea - this was so tasty. read more

I'm super lucky cause I work a block away from here and I get to order ramen for lunch. I had the Yuzu Vinegar this time and the avocado miso to go. This is a dish without the broth and even though it has no broth you still get the sensation that your having a juicy ramen bowl. The noodles are so tasty and the corn, tofu, and spring salad make me think I'm staying within my calorie count. The avocado miso is savory and practically melts in your mouth. Both dishes are 5/5. I was on my lunch break and ordered to go. The service was fast and they hand delivered my food to me 5/5. By the way the doors and windows are black which gives it the appearance from the outside that they may not be open. But they are. On the inside it's very modern and personal. 5/5 This place is definitely in my top three. read more

I recently tried redwhite boneless ramen and ordered the No. 8 ramen which was really good. The broth was rich and flavorful but I did find it a bit too thick for my taste. That being said, it was still really tasty. I would recommend going for the smoked option over the regular, as it adds a nice depth to the flavor. The vibe there is kind of mellow with nice music and very friendly staff. I definitely be back to try more dishes. read more

Great ramen! Reallllly hope they bring back the roasted miso avocado because that was so unique and delectable. Very nice and helpful staff. The red hot miso is my fave. And they're very generous with extra spice if you love to sear your taste buds read more

The spicy miso ramen was delicious and the presentation is unique! Every dish comes smoking to your table. It adds a fun element for pictures and videos. The ramen itself is a HUGE serving so we weren't able to enjoy the avocado roll or side of rice. But the ramen is definitely worth it. The parking here is terrible though...don't expect to get a spot in their lot. Just look for street parking to start! read more

I understand the 5 star reviews! Small business. Vegan. Made right in front of your eyes with fresh ingredients. Cool space! Really nice guys making it. And the bowls look amazing. After they put all the ramen components in a big bowl, they put this smoke thing on it. I think it is their thing/gimmick, like the fancy whiskey drinks at craft cocktail bars. I was so let down. All I could taste was smoke flavor. 5 stars, I expected amazing ramen flavors and textures. All I got was smoke, which ramen is not supposed to taste like, at all. I feel like smoke belongs on barbecue. Not ramen. I am not a smokey flavor kind of person, so would never go back. My date likes smokey food. He did not like smoke flavored ramen. Curios if they would make it without smoking it. The smoke does look cool! read more

INCREDIBLE FOOD WHAAAAT seriously why haven't I been here before! I love this place! First of all, the truffle mac was the best vegan mac I've ever had, who knew it'd be at a japanese restaurant hahaha. The avocado roll was really special too! It was oddly fruity and tangy and downright satisfying. One of the most interesting flavor profiles, I'd eat it every day if I could. And the ramen was so good! We had the spicy yuzu sesame and japanese curry ramen, and both of them were so yummy! The presentation was beautiful too. It was hands down the best vegan ramen I've had in LA. I can't believe I didn't know about this place before! It's going to be my new eating out staple! The food is so thoughtful and it felt so special. Thank you guys so much! read more

Love that we have a new ramen and vegan restaurant in town. By no means am I vegan but I do love food in all forms, so had to try this place. My friend I ordered the yuzu sesame and spicy curry ramen, and truffle Mac and cheese, all very creamy, tasty, and hardy. Honestly, what really made the ramen was the smoky lid opening. It really adds to the whole dish. Not gonna like I do have a thing for the smell of smoke , so this was a major plus to the dining experience. The ambiance makes it a great place to go on a casual date but in a more romantic setting. It's also good for people who just don't like the sun since it is pretty low lit in the evening. The date plan should be grab ramen and if it goes well hop over to the ice cream place next door. Also, shout out to the two dudes working the kitchen and cashier. They were super nice, helpful, and just positive! With all that said, YES I would definitely go back! Just try it and you'll see read more

Delicious vegan ramen. We tried the #3, #5, and #7, and all three were delicious. I look forward to trying more of the menu next time! read more

I didn't like ramen until I tried it here. I didn't even realize it was vegan. So flavorful! They serve it with a dome covering the plate, use a smoking machine, and give it to you! The noodles don't become OVERSIZED after being in the broth for a while (that's the reason why I never liked ramen!). Love this place. read more

We came here after a night at universal studios. Don't let the "boneless" part scare you. Raised in SGV, I can say that the spicy miso ramen is packed with so much flavor! The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. I also like that this place is open late. It's our new go to spot after a fun night out. read more

Customer service 10/10 Food 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Amazing service with the most fun cashier! He explained the menu to us with so much joy and cheer and we ended up all loving our ramen! We were all pleasantly surprised to see the cool smoke under the lid! You get a show and a meal all in one! We got the miso, red hot miso, and the yuzu vinegar (no soup), we also got the risotto combo which is some additional rice to put in your broth if you are still hungry and finished your noodles! read more

Truly the best vegan ramen I have ever had!! The broth was so rich & I loved the addition of fried onions, arugula and sprouts! It balanced amazing. I got the spicy red snd my wife got the original garlic. They both were so good but the original was incredible! Creamy broth like tahini with miso and garlic. Incredible! read more

Delicious authentic Japanese food that is presented aesthetically. Simple, beautiful, modern Japanese decor in the place. Also a very nice owner. The food was very satisfying and filling after a long day at Universal Studios nearby. My bf who is not vegan said it was one of the best ramens he has ever had. We got the Yuzu Sesame and Ginger Curry ramen and the roasted miso avocado. The ramen came out in this cool smoke/flavor which releases after you take off the dome lid. The unique miso avocado was perfectly just ripe and tasted surprisingly very good. My photos did not do the food justice. So happy to see a new quality vegan restaurant that puts attention to detail in their food :) read more

Best vegan ramen I've ever had！The food was not only delicious, but it was also entirely plant-based! My friend, boyfriend, and I were blown away by the flavors and textures of the different dishes we tried. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was rich and savory. We ordered the MAX combo. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying vegan ramen experience. read more

My favorite vegan ramen spot. I had reservations the first time I came here with my vegan friend because I like my ramen with meat, but this smacked harddd. I like the red hot miso--broth is super flavorful and i love the texture of the noodles. Chef's kiss Ambience is A+, small tables with lamps. I wouldn't recommend for really big parties because it does get cramped. Limited strip mall parking + street parking. read more

It comes with tofu. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but it felt like eating the egg in regular ramen so I surprisingly tore it up too. Service is great and the kitchen staff even wears gloves *insert swooning eyes here*. I am not Vegan, nor a fan of purely vegan food, but let me tell youuuu!! I had the Red Ramen and oh my goodness. It was delicious! It was rather slow for a Sunday night, but there was one guy in there before me that was damn near licking his bowl. After I got my bowl I understood why. It was so good... flavorful, creamy, and spicy (you can choose your level). It comes with tofu. The best vegan/vegetarian ramen I have ever had! The yuzu sesame was so unique and a mind trip, such original flavors, kinda floral and citrus in the beginning when it hits your tongue and then you get the umami broth. The food was very flavorful and presented like art. I had orders the #8 and it was great! The environment is set up like a night time lounge that offers a wind down kind of feeling. The ramen is so so amazing!! We actually didn't even realize it's vegan until 5 mins before getting seated haha. It was so complex, and the smoke actually elevated the flavor and wasn't a gimmick. The crispy bits (I think the Soboro) was my fave part of the ramen :) read more

OMG, this place was amazing! We didn't realize when we picked it, that it was plant based (totally on us). We decided to give it a try anyway and I'm glad we did. I had the yuzu ramen and it was absolutely amazing, you can also get it spicy. We also ordered the spicy avocado roll and it was really big and also delicious. The restaurant is really small inside, so seating could be difficult if they are busy. Parking lot is way too small for the amount of establishments.
