White Glove provided that kind or service. I was impressed with the two men that performed the cleaning both on the roof and in our home. Lucky for me, Jason the owner showed up! Right on time for our appointment, carefully and skillfully diagnosed the issue, replaced a part, and was back up and running in 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing as I was curious. He's a kind, friendly man and very knowledgeable and an expert at repairs. The repair was much less expensive than estimates I've received from other companies. I live in Shingletown, other companies wanted $200 just to show up. So, call Jason, you won't be disappointed!

Jason's proposal came in higher than the other estimate, but a wise man once told me that if the estimate is within $XXX.00, go with the one you feel will have the best long-term service. He was within that range, so...duh. Justin and Devin did the installation of a mini-split in our garage. They asked my opinion on where to place the inside unit since it was different from what I "thought" would be best. They installed a Bosch unit that will easily cool our 750 sq ft garage to make it more comfortable for our puppy since he spends a lot of time with me. The work looks clean, and they cleaned up their debris before leaving. I CANNOT recommend Jason and his team enough. I will use them when our 18-year-old A/C units need replacing.

I have an amazing tenant (who was displaced for the entire eight months) who was able to let me know when there were problems going on so that I could call and have them addressed (which was too often).
