This past Saturday on 2/28/2026, my wife and I arrived at this business before they opened at 10am in hopes that we would order a large order for an event. They did not open up on time and were not moving with urgency to open. My wife even called the restaurant and we saw the guy answered the phone and she informed him that it was 10 after 10:00am and the doors were still locked. He continued to approach opening the door very nonchalantly and when he did open it he did not acknowledge us and another older gentlemen who was waiting with good morning, sorry for the wait nothing. Then he still drags and answers the phone to take the phone order after we have been standing outside and inside for a total of 25 minutes! The customer service doe snot exist. This was totally unacceptable and it amazes me that these owners set up in predominantly African American neighborhoods and treat patrons with the utmost disrespect! I suggest that no one spend their black dollars here! Find a black owned business that sells fired fish etc. Do not support this Red Snapper! read more

My family goes to the Chinese restaurant that is in the same plaza area. I've seen this place busy, so I knew I had to try this Red Snapper. I stopped in when I was looking for something to eat and I was stuck behind a train. When I walked in it wasn't as busy. I was greeted. I ordered the fish combo with 4 wings and Catfish and a side of Tenders. The food came out fresh and seasoned very well. The tenders were really big. The price range was a good amount for what you get. Overall, I had a good first experience and I've even been back since then. read more

This was my first time trying this place. I was originally going to get Harold's but they weren't answering their phone. I was able to call in an order to Red Snapper and it was hot and ready when I arrived. I got a large catfish nuggets and a large catfish fillet. Both were delicious and not too expensive, it was cheaper than Sharks. Portions are large and the fish is fresh. Plenty of parking and easy to find. One thing to keep in mind is they charge a 3.5% fee if you use a credit card so remember to bring cash! read more

Red Snapper is great, but one isn't. First, the service. The service is SO SLOW! And for no reason! My husband waited 40 minutes for like 5 small wings. Second, the food. Like I said, the portion size is so small. Also, calm down on the salt! Overall, not coming again. read more

I ordered 50 wings, 20 catfish fillets, 1/2 catfish nuggets and 18 legs & thighs. The wing were very good, nicely seasoned with lemon pepper. The nuggets were as well very good but as in all nuggets recipes, some were smaller then others. The legs and thighs were good. The cat fillets had a good size and seasoned well however didn't taste like catfish in my opinion. I heard that restaurant would substitute catfish for swai but I can't confirm this. read more

I placed a phone order for wings and fries with lemon pepper and extra sauce for my daughter. (She doesn't play about her food). The young lady who answered the phone & took my order was so nice and patient with me because I asked for 8 wings and they go from 6 to 10. I walked in was greeted by another young lady and both were smiling and very courteous. This is my first time eating the wings from there and when I tell you delicious! First time here. One of my cousin's recommended us to order some chicken wings. Small location located in a strip mall. Prices were ok. I ordered the 4 piece chicken with dinner. Our food was cooked fresh and the wings were a decent size. The lady behind the counter was friendly and greeted us with a nice warm smile. The menu has a variety types of food you can order. Pretty decent wing shop. The prices are also reasonable as well here. This is a perfect spot if you work nearby and want to grab something quick and cheap. I got the 6 buffalo wings and fries and they were great. Get the sauce on the side to make sure you get extra crispy wings. The crispy wings were the best part of the meal in my opinion. I also got the toffee grapes for a side and they were amazing. They take green grapes and dip them in crushed nuts and a Carmel sauce that makes them taste super sweet and tasty. Great place if your nearby but nothing too crazy out of the ordinary. This place is kinda hidden from the main road behind Dunkin Donuts so it's hard to find at first. read more

Ok so where do I start. Usually I don't do this but they are never accountable when they mess up . So first off whoever takes phone orders I don't know where it goes wrong but they are either rude or when they mess the order up she will say "well it's in there" when it's clearly missing items or she will act like they are not serving what you asked for . I literally order a steak taco when my food came the taco was missing. We call to ask about our taco and she sends the driver to our house to ask for the food back . My bf said no then she said well refund you 2.99 because we don't sell steak tacos.. then why would you let us order then . I literally have my bf call because I almost said something the first time she was rude a month back. No common sense being used or apologetic customer service . The prices are a little high for fast food, but I like the variety on the menu. The gyro plate is delicious and so large it will feed 2 adults or 3 to 4 kids. My wife likes the fish. This place stinks. I picked up an order from here last night. The chicken wings aren't bad but I've had better. Last night I ordered wings and fish (jack salmon) when I got home my jack salmon was so hard I couldn't even break it. It was like a rock. So I totally understand with the weather and all that you may run into some traffic problems. I ordered for delivery and they said 30 minutes. That turned into 1 hour and 20 minutes.
