We asked for longer validation because of their reservation error, the code did not work. Long story short I was mailed a $100 ticket that will not be paid. I really wanted to love this place! The food and our waitress were the saving grace. But the reservation error, waiting time and parking ticket was enough problems for me.

When we returned, the hostess completely changed her story and said that while it's usually walk-in, it wasn't that day. It was a confusing and frustrating experience. I've never been told I couldn't walk into a bar to order a drink, especially after being told moments earlier that it was an option. If the policy had changed because the bar reached capacity, that would have made sense--but that wasn't what we were told. The inconsistent communication left a bad impression, and unfortunately we took our business elsewhere.
