Great service and prices. They were sweet and although my friend didn't get her pedicure started at the same time I did; they made sure we sat next to each other and she was comfortable while she waited for someone to be free and work on her pedicure. read more

First of this place is my fave because I love how Tammy does my eyebrows and she's the go to for awesome nails everybody else is blah I never like a nail guy because they always cut my fingers, never shape my nail the way I wanted it, insist my finger is crooked and not the nail they glued on , the nails don't last, the ladies do a much better job in my opinion So if you want nice eyebrows and nails go to Tammy downside is that everybody wants her so she is always too busy When I use to go she would always do my eyebrows but now even if I say I wanted her she sends someone else so I have stopped going and most likely won't be going back I'm not a type of customer to be picky or rude or complain I just don't come back read more

This place is amazing. Very clean and polite. Tracy was very sweet and did an amazing job with my gel manicure. I am so happy to find a nice, clean place close to home. All the nail salons in this area have been subpar but this salon is wonderful! Can't wait to go back! read more

Tammy and Kevin were amazing! I left another salon after they messed up my nails. Tammy jumped right in and started fixing my nails. She had Kevin do my pedicure and he constantly checked on me making sure I was happy with their services. The files they used were brand new. I didn't see the other place open a new nail file. She pulled it out of a storage box near her. Kevin and Tammy went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you! read more

My boyfriend and I went in for a pedicure and they were very rough with our feet. We came in a second time thinking that maybe they were just having an off day but the second time around they were still terrible! They dig into my toe to rip out an ingrown toe nail, and while I know that process is unpleasant, she just kept going for a good 5-7 minutes of pure pain. My hands were fisted together and my face pinched, I had to tell her to stop! On top of that, we purchased a pedicure package that had a hot stone massage and they hardly applied pressure when they were rubbing them on our feet. They were throwing trash in the water while my feet were soaking... just a terrible experience. I will not be returning read more

If I could give 0 stars I would...have been coming to get my nails done here for the last 2 years..I went today with the same lady. I asked her to re-polish one of my nails cause it was lumpy and looked bad..she literally told me your to picky next time go somewhere else..well guess what I am and bringing everyone that I referred there as well..save your money dont fo there read more

Tammy did an excellent job on my gel.manicure and brow wax. I've been coming to this location for over a year and there have been a few hiccups with other nail techs. After several attempts with acrylics, Tammy suggested just using the gel polish only with extra coats to make the nails stronger. It just so happens the acrylic powders and gel just don't work with my nail chemistry. I now have a beautiful set of strong and long nails with no acrylic and my brows always look fabulous! The salon staff is more than willing to resolve any issues and I appreciate how Tammy steps in to get it right! read more

My daughters and I only went here because they were open early on a Sunday. Next time I will wait until our usual nail salon opens because they actually charge $5 to remove gel nail polish. All they did was grind the polish off, I hardly think that is worth $5 to charge! The lady that did mine got grumpy when i declined callous removal. Then she cut into my cuticles because when she put acetone it stung like hell! She didn't even apologize!! There is a reason we don't go here any more and we won't again. read more

I just came from getting my legs waxed for the 1st time and although it was my 1st time I know that there are some things that should NOT happen. 1. You should NOT leave with hair still on your legs. 2. You should NOT leave with wax residue on your legs. 3. You should NOT be asked to rotate your body so that your legs are where your head was. 4. The woman waxing your legs should not roughly pat the waxing strips on your legs. 3. The woman waxing your legs should NOT try to pull out stray hairs with tweezers!!!! 4. She should NOT break the skin. 5. She should not just include her tip in the price!! All these things happened to me and I will never set foot in that salon for any kind of service and I will not recommend that salon. read more

If you go to this location, visit Kim because she is the only friendly lady there and she gives customers full attention and excellent results. She really made me feel like she cared about what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! Otherwise the rest of the staff were very short and hard to talk to and they made me feel uncomfortable while waiting for a chair to open up. read more

Who doesn't staff more than 7 people on a Saturday? I've been sitting here for 40 minutes when they told me the wait would be 15. I am traveling so my mom and I just got dropped off because it had such high ratings... If I had a car, and had time to find another salon close to my hotel, I would have been gone a long time ago. read more

Tammy is busy but worth the wait. My nails look beautiful and the message was awesome

I would give them no stars if I could. I thought I found a really good nail salon when I started going here. But today I come in for a fill and pedicure, got a really great pedicure and while I was getting a pedicure one of the nail techs said she'll do my nails when I'm done. After I was done with pedicure they had me sit at the first table in the front and while I'm sitting there the person who is supposed to be doing my nails was walking around going from room to room talking to people. I thought well maybe she had to finish up on someone before she started with me and about 10 minutes pass and I asked if she was going to do my nails she said yeah let me wash my hands. Then someone else asked me if I wanted to pay so I just paid for the pedicure and a fill that I hadn't even gotten done yet. Another 10 minutes went by and this person is still walking around, and she proceeded to fix a pedicure for a customer who is not happy with The pedicure that she was getting. The customer turned to me and said I'm sorry and I said that's OK so I asked again if I was going to get my fill done soon and the person who was doing my fill started to say I'm the manager I've have a lot to do I have to talk to people and on and on and on and I looked at her like I don't understand I am sitting here waiting on you to do my nails. Then she said someone else can do my nails and I went to his table and and then I realize I didn't need to take this crap from someone that I'm paying so I asked for my money back and she looked at me like I was crazy. So they proceeded to give me my money back but I will never go to this crappy place ever again! read more

I believe my Tech's name was Kevin. Young respectful Man. Very detailed and patient. Light conversation and AWESOME pedicure. My manicurist was nice, she was very quite and perfectly shaped my natural nails to almond as requested with no pictures to reference. She also polished perfectly. I would visit more often if i was in that area. read more

Wonderful people, I love going here! They do a great job and treat everyone so nice. I've been going here for 4 years and my nieces both go there now. I would HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I love the quality of the pedicure and manicure. They do an excellent job! I've had different techs and they are all great. I used to go to an expensive salon for an eyebrow wax and I tried it here and it looks really good. The reason I'm taking away a star is because I was asked to pay in cash; which I don't carry cash. I gave my credit card and was told they can't take credit, only debit. It is 2015 and I am fairly certain that most places of business take credit. I use my credit cards based on the rewards that I receive from using them I.e. Airline miles/cash back. I of course had my debit card and money in my account but what about patrons who were intending to pay with their credit card and didn't have money in their checking account? There are no signs that limit the types of payment they accept which makes it all the more confusing when they reject the credit card. I may not come back based on their credit card policy. (This was my 4th time coming here and they never had a problem with credit before today) read more

Hey ladies i am a nail freak, so i have to have my nails done at all times!!!! Let me tell you , this is the best , most cleanest salon i have ever been to! My nails are always coming out amazingggggggg. I usually never do yelp reviews, this is my first one to be exact but i just had to share my felicity with you guys! My family and i have been going to Tammy ( the owner) for over 4 years already , never had a bad experience! Seriously , eyebrows and nails are always on point!!!!!! read more

Never coming here again!! Only cine here if you want your nails to last 2-4 days, let me also add im not a rough person when I have my nails done only because I don't get them done all that time... Came in with my best friend to try out a new place. I got a pedicure and full set of acrylics done, pedicure was fine up until the last cut me and tried hiding it like I didn't know... I should have said something about it at the time! Then when I was getting my full set I told the guy I wanted coffin shaped and he didn't tell me I'd would be $5 extra until the end. Let me do the math, it's $27 for a full set and an extra $5 for the shape that's $32 he charged me a whole $35 for my nails so he basically cheated me out $3... There goes their tip... I'm never having my nails done on the south side, I'm originally from Peoria but currently live with my boyfriend so I'm over here permanently but I'm from now on ALWAYS getting them done in Peoria... Far ways from home but I'd rather have them last me 2 weeks then 2 days and also end up spending a little less amount if money on them... read more
