Excellent service from the moment I walked in. I visited this restaurant on a Friday night. The host was friendly and had a smile from ear to ear. She informed us that the wait would be about fifteen minutes. We sat in the waiting area. We were seated in ten minutes. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. His service was a bit slow but I didn't mind much because I was not in a rush. I got a bottle of Jam Jar wine. In the stores it cost about $9. Reb Lobster charges $30 for that same bottle! Just a heads up. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. The only negative thing to point out is that the utensils were disgustingly dirty. I couldn't stand to even look or touch them. Since I walked through the door the service was terrible. The girl that was the hostess disregarded the fact that I was there and basically ignored me while she spoke to her coworker. I had to wait 40 minutes which wasn't a problem. When we were seated the chairs and utensils were dirty. Gave this place a second try. Outside looks like the business is closed, and entrance was dark & unattended. Food was ok, but service was bad. My mothers silverware was dirty, so she asked for new utensils. It took 10 mins, and by then her food was cold. Food was fine but the service was atrocious. Dylan our server was new and he just wasn't attentive or fast about anything. I asked for extra salad dressing and he brought after my salad was gone. We ask for a straw and had to remind him for that as well. Assumed that we were paying with a credit card and we gave him cash and it took almost as long to bring back the change as it did for the food. Me and my husband went to this Red Lobster on Saturday, April 20, 2024. The waiter was ruled, and she had an attitude as if we were bothering her, we did not have utensils on the table. She did not ask us if we wanted any water. When my husband got to see her he asked for some water with lemon and she brought him plain water with no lemon. I did not want to bother her so, I just waited for my drink , Which I order a Passion colada and it was horrible, so she finally brought this biscuits ask for something else to drink. When food came out it was very cold and we got the salad it taste like the lettuce was old and than it about 15 minutes after we got our dinner. I alway thought the salad come out first. It was two dirty table right arcoss from us, I mean dirty and it stay that way the majority of our meal,food all over floor it was very disgustin to look at and eat . It"s been over 5 years or more since we been to Red Lobster , I stop going than because it was falling off and point proven, I was very disappoiont with Red Lobster. Tonight food experience was unpleasant. My food came out incomplete. Dried out scampi and snow crab wer over cooked yet cold by the time they came to the table. One guest ordered a baked potato with butter and they sent butter and sour cream... she was allergic to the sour cream. Thank God for benadryl. Although the manager Jason was very understanding to the situation by removing my entree. .. the bill was still $100. I paid the bill and yes I even tipped the server in spite of it all. This particular red lobster turned me off of all Red Lobsters. We took my son here after graduation as per his request, because ,we haven't gone in awhile and he loves seafood. They took 20 minutes to get our drink order and 34 minutes to get our food order. Then it all took an additional 28 minutes. Irritated to say the least. Food finally starts to come out, they forgot things. Food is lukewarm turning cold. Seafood tastes like water boiled. Bland. NO flavor whatsoever. To top it off, it was mostly over cooked. We ordered a variety of things, seafood shrimp trio, ultimate feast, harbor bay bake etc. All terrible. Best things were the biscuits which weren't ready for 15 minutes and were HALF the size of the regular biscuits. I mean. Seriously. Why. Above ALL THINGS . Ok- so I normal avoid this red lobster location like the plague because the service normally sucks. I usually order to pick up only if I'm having a craving for fast seafood . Normally they take forever to pick up the phone, or they get my order wrong or when I go to the bar to pickup my order- no one greets me for a long time. BUT I have to say that the last two times- I was there to pickup an order- the bartender Al has been attentive and I had NO problems - thus the 3 stars - or else it would be one. Service jobs should have people who like to SERVE the public- and be attentive and able to be fast and juggle tasks- just saying. Anyway- If you are looking for a healthier option- they have a wood grilled meal that has lobster, shrimp and salmon. The service here sucks. I came here on Christmas around 8:40. The ignorant waitress just kept looking at me and walking by. I sat there for 10 minutes before I had to yell for some help. I ask for the manager, the gentleman goes I'm the manager and explained the waitress was making drinks I said she walked by three times so she was doing nothing. I am a frequent diner at the Red Lobster chain and my experience this time may have soured me on the brand forever. The ambiance was typical, but had the faint odor of funk throughout. The tables were slow to be cleaned and still sticky after. I didn't want to touch anything. The server was fairly quick to greet me but it took 15 minutes to get a glass of water. I gave my order quickly, but it took 50 minutes to get it and only after threatening to leave. The food itself was the worst. The scallops were WAY over cooked and the lobster was undercooked. Where do I begin.. I came in yesterday afternoon just before the rush and it just kept going downhill. First I want to say my waitress was nice and I don't blame her for the issues. So here we go... we ordered and our salads come out first I unwrap my fork to find a dirty fork. Now I am already super OCD and a germaphobe so I notice everything. So we wait for our entrees... and wait.. and wait... almost an hour after our salads does our food come out ......... ..... ....... I ordered a medium well steak my steak come sour well done. I sat there with a well done steak for 15 Min before I finally saw my waitress and told her it was over cooked . She apologized and returned it to the kitchen. We got to the restaurant at 12:15 it is now 1:27pm and I'm sitting there waiting for my food to come back. At that point the steak finally comes 1:40.. I didn't even want to eat it at that point I was ready to go... I waited 15 mins before I saw our waitress again and she takes my card and says she'll get the manager to give me a discount. He took $10 off.... after 2 ours of waiting and three napkins of dirty forks being served. Not to mention the fact that the shrimp that came with both of our meals were burnt. And both of our sides (hers I paid extra for) were flavor less and very very dry no butter no flavor just terrible. I usually look up reviews before I go anywhere but this was just a random moment and a terrible food stop. I wasn't expecting much when I came here to use a gift card I received, and got less. The waitresses had bad attitudes and were even talking negatively about each other and the line staff in front of customers. It was tough getting any attention from my waitress who even looked at my empty glass while I was eating and kept walking. The bar staff is miserable! All they did was complain talking over the drinks they made. Unfortunately the whole environment here is very negative. I will not put the blame on the restaurant however since it was very crowded. Going back to the 30 minutes, however, after i hit that mileston i then decided to take a nap and wait for the food to ease my nerves. unfortunately, i woke up 2 hours later and had no food in front of me. I never take the time to write reviews but I feel the need to warn others. Hostess didn't greet us and kept us standing for a long time before seating us even though the restaurant was not busy. Our waiter was good but that was about it. Another employee interrupted him while he was taking our order to tell him the table wasn't his. Our steak was overcooked so we sent back, took forever to come back out , the kids macaroni and cheese is bland. It's kraft for $7.00. The restrooms where disgusting. But now most of the Red Lobsters are so poorly managed, quality and cleanliness is no longer a priority and even more less the customers who supported for years that name, it was a place with no separation of who or where you came from, just one big family. Wow. Looking at my old review, it's time to replace that tiny one with a revamp for my most recent experience. Ready? Here we go, and I'll even throw in an extra star! We encountered a 10 minute wait before being seated. That waiting time was reasonable. After the wait, we got seated at a comfortable booth. Surprisingly, it took 20 minutes before someone showed up. It took an additional 10 minutes before our drinks showed up. We were thirsty, & waiting 30 minutes in total just to get our drinks (water at minimum) was unacceptable, and the only reason why the maximum rating isn't warranted. After 20 minutes, our waitress came by, along with the Cheddar Biscuits to start (yum!). She was very cheerful and possessed a positive attitude. She took our orders, and answered our questions regarding some of the entrees without an issue. She even pointed out some popular ones before taking our orders. After waiting for our drinks, the service speed sped up. We got our drinks. We ordered water and the Sunset Passion Colada. Even though it was watered down, it was still really fruity. Our waitress told us that they've received a lot of complaints in regards to this drink since they weren't getting the "buzz". Well, I didn't complain about that. But if this was in Aruba or on a cruise, then I would. This time, we ordered appetizers to start and share. We started with the lobster pizza. This was a small-to-mid sized thin crust pie that was made up with cheese, lobster & tomato pieces, and some sauce with seasoning. That was good. We also ordered the mozzarella cheese-sticks. It had a fresh taste, not a frozen one. The coating was really crispy on the outside, and the cheese was gooey on the inside. The seasoning that was utilized made the marinara sauce really tangy and tasty, and was perfect for the dipping. Everything here tasted great, and the price was reasonable for the amount we received. All of our entrees came with a salad and unlimited cheddar biscuits. The cheddar biscuits were rich with the cheese flavor and seasoning, and weren't dry. It was warm and tasted great. We ordered the garden salad with cheddar cheese shavings and croutons. Overall it was okay, even though it was quite clear that the restaurant was skimping down in ingredients as there were less vegetables mixed in than before (lettuce amount was the same). My mom got the Shrimp Festival special, in favor of the Extra Jumbo Garlic-Grilled Shrimp & the Extra Jumbo Sriracha-Grilled Shrimp. The size and amount that she received for the price was reasonable, and she liked it. My dad had the Wood-Grilled Peppercorn Sirloin and Shrimp, with rice pilaf as an inclusive side. He enjoyed his meal, and he let me taste the sirloin, and that tasted great. I had the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Alfredo. This was almost like a "Haven" for cheese-lovers. The chicken was good, and the crispy, cheesy Parmesan coating made the taste even better. This came with the pasta with Alfredo sauce. The flavor in that sauce was really spot-on. Overall, this was enjoyable. You don't get any inclusive sides with this entree. The restaurant itself consisted of numerous table and chair sets and booths. As we walked in, we saw an aquarium filled with live lobsters. Low-key lighting and decorations consistent with fishing in the ocean were existent throughout the restaurant. The ambiance wasn't loud, and a mix of country and adult contemporary hits played in the background. We didn't order dessert since the combination of appetizers, biscuits, salads, and entrees filled us up, which was actually a good feeling. Overall this was a very good experience, which was better than our previous one long ago. We hope the service speed speeds up in the future. I came in town to visit my family. Sitting at the table with my family to hear and watch the bartender cough uncontrollably several times! She was loud and obnoxious with a client that seem to be a friend. She demonstrated very unprofessional behavior! My family and I were very skeptical about the drinks made at the bar. She did not cover her mouth nor washed her hands. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered at any Red Lobster chain. I don't think we will ever return to this nasty restaurant! read more

I don't come here often but this is a pretty good place for seafood--just an American staple. I usually get the seaside shrimp trio but I came today though for one thing and one thing only--the fried lobster and waffle special. It was AMAZING!! Definitely worth the trip before it's gone. The perfect combo of sweet and savory. I also had the new lobster lovers punch drink (basically a rum punch) that put me right back on a tropical island. I had a good server too. I'll be back! I had a craving for lobster and a lack of funds so I thought it be a great idea to hit up Red Lobster on a Friday night. I was expecting it to be a little crowded since it was Friday and rush hour but almost freaked out when I walked in to see the whole waiting area packed to the gills. We were told '30-35 minutes' and it was only about 20-25 tops so it wasn't that bad of a wait. The waitress in our section had an incredible amount of energy and seemed to be loving her job. We ordered some Shrimp to start and had an average small salad. We both did the Lobster, which was a little overcooked and really not the best I have had, but it was still enjoyable. I didn't expect 5 star cuisine and did leave full, but the check was definitely a little higher then I thought it would be. All in all this red lobster gets packed so I would recommend avoiding the 'rush' times here. read more

I have tried eating here for years now and always disappointed with service and meal. On Mother's day never got served food after being there for well over an hour and today has to be the same consistent service as well as food presentation, which is horrible! If I was trying to go bankrupt on purpose then this is what I would do. Unfortunately this is not the only one others like Piscataway, NJ, linden, Rahway, etc. This seems to be a training issue with waitstaff and back of house staff, service, food presentation, food preparation all failed(F). I am an Executive Chef and have worked for Hilton's, Wyndham, Marriott, etc.. and if I had continued in this manner I would have been castrated. I understand that due to the pandemic that they won't have a full compliment of menu items BUT, with that being said, I placed an order of Two pounds of snow crab legs. WANTED SOUP AND SALAD BUT those sides were NOT available. Only had rice, green beans and French fries. Opted for fries and green beans. The side portion SIZES ARE RIDICULOUS. IF I had 10 fries that was a stretch. The beans were about the same size. The crab had NO seasoning whatsoever. I've gotten spoiled getting crabs from other places that cook them in seasoning like old bay and butter sauce. The only good thing is that my order was ready when it was promised.
