We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in a nice ambiance that is more mid-scale with nothing crazy or fancy. It's pretty typical of the RL chain. Since we had reservations, I was a little surprised that we were seated in a bar booth but no big deal. We were fortunate enough to have Takia as our server and she was phenomenal! Right now, RL is running its Endless Shrimp Promotion and I must say that it's a great value. You initially select three shrimp options with one side and then have the choice of two additional shrimp dishes (without an additional side). Honestly, it's way more food than I think most people can eat, though I will note that it's not actually unlimited for someone with a large appetite. The restaurant policy is that food is to be eaten on the premises and not taken home... so you might want to skip breakfast and lunch and spend hours there, Since pictures speak louder than words, I'll post pictures of our entrees. I will comment, however, that the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo seemed pre-made and wasn't hot. The noodles were stuck together and it lacked the freshly made creamy experience I expected. I can imagine that the kitchen planned on this as being a top seller and was prepared for the orders. The marry me shrimp dish was okay but tasted better with the lukewarm Fettuccine Alfredo.. We arrived for an early dinner and it seems as if everyone was being seated in the bar area. Not very busy. There was a table of women who were partying as they were rather loud and obnoxious yelling at the server from across the room because they wanted attention now! Felt sorry for the server as they had her running for this, that, and everything. Once the check was left at the table, all but one got up and left the table to go their separate ways outdoors and they returned one by one after some time and discussed how they were going to pay. Sadly, I do not feel as if her efforts paid off because her face sank when she picked up their payment. The table behind us was seeming having a heated discussion in which the "gentleman" (I am using the term very loosely) was berating the woman on basically every facet of her life. Felt sorry for her and wondered why she would want to even have a relationship with such a control freak that only talked down to her. Come on people, really? By the time we got our food the bar area was almost full and there were only 2 servers working. Guessing Red Lobster has issues like most other establishments finding people that actually want to work for a living. Our food tasted "ok" and wasn't something to write home about. I haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite some time, and to me, the it was a bit overpriced for the quality/taste/presentation. NEVER GO HERE!!! Our server Syd was lovely: BUT the kitchen and management needs TO BE FIRED. First of all, the manager on duty needs to fix her stank attitude and actually treat people with respect. All burnt or hardly edible in any degree. An entire half of a $40 meal, specifically a sirloin, was completely unedible. Even after one being remade, it was absolutely horrid. Tough and couldn't even be chewed to swallow. The managers only way to "fix it" was taking $3 dollars off the $40 plate. Her excuse was anything she puts would flag her system and could loose your job. Well you should loose your job after the horrible restaurant you're supposedly in charge of and the terrible kitchen service. We ate here on Good Friday primarily for the seafood. The restaurant was clean and familiar with its decor. Our waitress, Raven, was outstanding in her friendliness and professionalism. She was attentive and informative. We also spoke with a Red Lobster admin who was observing and critiquing the servers. She was nicely attired and very well spoken. It was nice to see the supervision. The food was hot and the amount was ample...good tasting, but not great. Myself and my family were there April 11 for my wifes birthday. Just 3 of us. the bill came out to 131.93. I thought that was rather high but the killer is when I checked my credit card they had added another 5.00. I suspect it was added to the tip amount which makes no sense as I had already give a generous tip over 19% . The high prices were bad but the out and out larceny was enough to insure that I would never again go back. This location is in a rather heavily populated area so I was kind of surprised at how slow they were during a dinner rush! For starters, the place is immaculately cared for both inside and out. My only complaint was in the bathroom. The floors were sticky and it had a slight less than fresh smell. But I've been in worse. We were promptly greeted by the hostess who seated us right away. My wife and I had lunch here today, seduced by Lobster Fest ads and the promise of deliciously cheesy biscuits. The food my wife ordered came cold, which is unacceptable given that the entree cost $25. We're typically not ones to complain; we understand that the restaurant business is hard and being a server is a really challenging job. We didn't plan to say anything about it. Still, the server came to ask us how our food was and my wife told him about the cold food. He was appropriately apologetic and told us he'd send the manager over. We weren't expecting that and told him of the less than ideal food more as an FYI than as a vehicle to create a stir. When the manager did come over, she proceeded to explain why it shouldn't be cold (as if that was our concern). We didn't make a scene. It's not our way. We didn't insist on a discount. But we were more than a little put off by her coming over and explaining why their process made it unusual for the food to be cold. Why bother coming over? we didn't ask to see her. Still, while we aren't likely to cause a scene, we aren't likely to return. Pro tip: Don't wait until someone is upset to make it right. A modest discount would have made us feel as though our concerns were taken seriously. Sure, you might not make as much money on this particular sale, but you wouldn't surrender future business. As it stands, the experience was bizarre and irritating, not due to the server, who was great, but because the manager failed to have the vision to think of the long game instead of the immediate sale. read more

This red lobster was God awful I have gave this place a few tries and have been disappointed everytime. Weather it was food that took an hour to prepare and it's either cold or it looks like something you get from a fast food place. I just spent $95 dollars for a couple lobster tails that were so over cooked I think I could of chewed my belt better. The salads were rotting and the crutons were super stale. She dismissed us saying we were next on the list, she lied. another 10 minutes later two waitresses called our name, neither knowing what the other was doing..... E: here's where I started to get annoyed Normally they ask if it's ok if they seat you in the less desirable tables in the middle of the bar "dining" area, they did not. And when we asked if there was anything else they told us it would be another 45 minute wait. Mind you the place was not at all busy....seriously it was 4:45 at this point. F: we decide to sit at the shitty table which had no light or privacy. Me and my sister order the salmon, she takes everyone else's order and everything's good....or so we thought. As the waitress brings everyone's salad out she informs me and my sister there is no salmon, or any fresh fish at all. Which the fresh fish of the day menu had been placed right in the middle of the table. So she gives us one menu to try and scramble over to order something frozen from the back, which is crap because we had our hearts set on salmon. The soup we got instead tasted like something you could buy in a can... This will be the last time I step foot in this restaurant, I hear they maybe going out of business....I now see why.
