Celebrating perfection! We went last night to celebrate my friend's birthday, and what an amazing surprise! Everything -- absolutely everything -- was perfect. Not a single dish disappointed us. The flavors were clean, balanced, and full of freshness. We started with the appetizer of the day (a delicious beet creation ), then shared the Dutch-style beef -- wow! There were four of us, and we all ordered something different: Korean steak, Mediterranean chicken, cauliflower steak, and salmon. Each one was just as delicious as the other -- impossible to pick a favorite! Excellent work, Chef, and your team too -- you were all wonderful! Highly recommended.

I met Chef at a function at The Toledo Zoo and he is an amazing Chef. We dine here, for the first time, on our 3rd anniversary and it was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff with great hospitality and customer service. The double pork chop was wonderful and the chicken marsala was delicious. Next entree to try is the salmon!

Food was very flavorful and fish was not overcooked. The server was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. This is a nice new addition to the Sylvania and Toledo dining options.

Wonderful food and attentive gracious service. It was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was full so reservations are suggested.

After the shareable alone, I knew I'd be adding Cooper's Hawk as one of my favorite brunch spots as well! As always, the whole team at Cooper's Hawk go out of their way to give you the best possible experience, and they always have the best recommendations! The Applewood Smoked Bacon Pizza is by far the absolute best breakfast pizza I've ever had! I'm a big pesto fan & the fresh slightly acidic bursts from the oven roasted tomatoes when you take a bite is awesome! One of my go-to's if dining out for breakfast is a scramble or hash; the smoked brisket hash is a MUST! It's extra cheesy & the smoked brisket alone is unreal!! If you like breakfast on the sweeter side, the Hawaiian Bread French Toast is a great pick! I love all the berries & the berry sauce with it! You have to try it all!!

We had a reservation for 6pm and the lobby area was already packed on a Saturday. If you're familiar with the Cooper's Hawk chain, it's about wine, a cool, mostly upscale casual ambiance and generally great food. Upon entering, there is a long bar for wine tasting and also opportunities to purchase wine-related decanters, glasses and (of course!) wine! We buzzed straight through that area to check in for our reservation. And I definitely recommend a reservation unless you want to hang out for a while tasting various wines before being seated. Anyway, our reserved booth was ready right on time and was very comfortable. The restaurant was pretty busy and yet we were promptly greeted by Dante' our server. He brought us each two complimentary wine tastings before taking our wine order. He also answered questions about the menu and brought us hot pretzel bread. The atmosphere in the restaurant was on the loud side because it was so busy and at times it was difficult to hear Dante' or to converse in general. We didn't order appetizers because we knew the entrees would be substantial. In the current economy, it wasn't surprising to see that prices had definitely increased since the last visit. A glass of wine was $11 for house wine and entree's ranged in price based on whatever you chose to order. My friend ordered the Chicken Madeira, which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I ordered the Ellie's Chicken Piccata with pasta, which I've enjoyed on past visits, and also added a side of asparagus. Both my friend and I enjoyed our first couple of bites. My friend found that the sauce became overwhelmingly sweet on the Chicken Madeira. I found that my entrée had way too much lemon sauce, although the chicken was perfectly cooked and tender. It was rather disappointing since I remember this entree being amazing in the past. It wasn't anything bad but too much sauce was simply too much and detracted from the meal. If I ordered it again, I would request light sauce, but that's definitely a hypothetical if... I probably would order the salmon dinner. However, I'm not really in any hurry to return. Dante' did a great job as our server and allowed us to linger as we continued to catch up with each other's lives. I would recommend this restaurant with the caveat that a Saturday night would likely be very busy in the dining room and the kitchen. Check out pictures below.

What sets this winery apart is its location--it's one of the few places in the area where you can sip wine while enjoying close proximity to the water. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the outdoor seating offered beautiful views that made our tasting even more enjoyable. Whether you're a casual wine drinker or a seasoned connoisseur, the setting alone is worth the visit. We had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of wines during our visit, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The tasting was well-organized, and the staff were both knowledgeable and friendly, making great recommendations based on our preferences. We were particularly impressed with the Pinot Grigio, which had a crisp, refreshing taste perfect for a warm afternoon by the water. However, it was the Cabernet that truly stood out for us. It had a rich, full-bodied flavor with just the right amount of complexity--a balance of boldness and smoothness that left us both savoring each sip. The Cabernet was so exceptional that we knew we couldn't leave without bringing some home. We ended up purchasing two bottles, and I have no doubt that we'll be reminiscing about our time at the winery as we enjoy them in the future. It's not often you come across a red that makes such a lasting impression, but this one definitely did. If you're in the Port Clinton area, I highly recommend visiting this winery. It offers more than just great wines--it provides an experience. Between the friendly staff, the well-curated wine selection, and the beautiful location near the water, it's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some truly memorable wines. We'll definitely be returning!

This particular winery beautifully combines its downtown Marblehead location with the charm of a hidden gem, surrounded by trees and featuring a large open space in the back. Recently, we brought a group of friends and family to visit, and they fell in love with it as well. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and the staff was very kind. Everything was impeccably clean, and we enjoyed all of our drinks. We were very pleased with our experience here and will absolutely be back time and time again. I know our friends and family feel the same way.

The Brie was pretty good as well and they definitely serve enough of it for a table to share. Whiskey: Well I actually ordered an Apple pie martini because it caught my eye on their featured menu. I then (mistake on my part) ordered two smoked manhattan's. Those were great. I preferred the smoked vs not smoked. And all were decent or standard sized glasses.
