Food was tasty and didn't take too long for pick up but as you can see in the picture, I barely go any salad and I asked them to leave out the edamame but they still gave it to me. The portion on the rice and brussel sprouts were very small. Not a good value for $24.00. We had a great meal here tonight. I was really impressed with both the food and service at this location b/c other Red Lobster's have not been as good. Our server LeeAnn was friendly and efficient. She made recommendations, brought drinks and biscuits right away, and checked back often. We ordered the endless shrimp, which was a good deal for unlimited refills and one side for $20. We tried all 5 varieties of shrimp and they were all great except for the pasta which was mainly watery butter pasta with a few shrimp. But the rest were delicious and huge especially the coconut shrimp. I tried the sirloin and snow crab in garlic butter. It was $30 and came with 2 sides. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server also made sure to bring me a wet wipe and crackers for the crab. Towards the end, she got busy and we had to wave her down for refills and extra napkins but she was still a great server. The highlight of the visit was the hostess. She was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Upon being seated, our waiter brought waters and 3 biscuits for 2 people. The waters were appreciated. Our drink order took 30 minutes to arrive to the table. Only the manager wanted to make and deliver bar drinks. The new margarita recipe that has rolled out is horrible. The frozen margarita had no flavor and was sent back. We were told margaritas on the rocks are better, so we requested one to replace the frozen one. The manager brought the replacement (which was not much better) and spilled some on the table. He watched me clean up his mess using our extra napkins then I had to ask for more napkins...all while he watched and did not help. We eventually got more napkins. My mother gets her side salad during the margarita fiasco. I continue to sit and wait for my Caesar salad and my mom's shrimp dish another 15 minutes. My Caesar salad was drenched in dressing which pooled at the bottom of the bowl. My mother's shrimp scampi was over cooked so portions of the back and tail were not easily chewed, forget swallowing. The waiter and manager were so high strung and clumsy, the atmosphere was stressful. I lost my appetite for a while due to the chaos. My mother is elderly and recovering from cancer and chemo treatments. We get out once a week for lunch when we can and have visited this location numerous times. Additional stress and this type of treatment are not what is needed. Ultimately the lunch visit took nearly 2 hours and 20 minutes totaling $58+ tip. We won't be back. read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, with five kids and seated immediately. It was not busy. The hostesses are friendly and attentive. The wait staff takes forever to serve you. It took over an hour for the food to arrive, 45 minutes for the biscuits. Received refills minutes before we left...two hours later. Had to constantly remind for things such as crackers for the crab and additional napkins, never received more napkins. Took 25 minutes for a glass of wine. Again, it was not busy. The manager is present, but not aware or checking in with the tables to see how the table and experience is going. This place is never overly busy, which for me is good but I know the business would like it busier. Truth be told I am not a "fish" person but my kids love it. My family ordered to-go meals last night - a seaside trio, a coconut shrimp platter, and a dozen biscuits. After we get home, we realized that the sides included in the trio weren't in the to-go bag. So my husband immediately called the restaurant and they made it okay with a $10 discount voucher. But when we went to eat, we see that none of the sauces were included either, nor were the 8 biscuits promised with the seaside trio meal package, just the dozen ordered extra. We were extremely disappointed with our meal, it was dry from the lack of sauces and unfilling from the lack of sides and biscuits. Totally not worth the $80 price tag. We visited this location and was very disappointed. My husband ordered the Salmon New Orleans and his shrimp that comes on top was raw. He ate half of one before he realized it. We notified the waitress and she apologized and eventually took his plate away. The Manager did comp us a dessert but never came over to apologize. The step got the Admirals feast, mom had the Ultimate feast, and I had the Harbor Lobster Bake. Also the cheddar biscuits, dinner salads, sodas, and beers. Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fresh as could be unless you were sitting at a place next to the ocean and the fishing boat docks. All of the shell fish was succulent, juicy, flavorful. Scampi was very very good. Salads were fresh cold and crisp. The scallops were tender and cooked just through, very hard to do unless searing them. These were in the lobster bake. Atmosphere and general cleanliness was excellent. Best experience at any of the local Red Lobsters in NWA. It seems like the standards of food, prep of food, cleanliness, service, and the overall employee attitude has made a marked difference since the company that owns Red Lobster is not the same as Olive Garden. I Will not go into Olive G here. Hope this is informative and helpful. Of Course they have to continue to improve and maintain to keep getting this kind of review from me. The only reason I don't give one star is because the place was clean and the hostess was nice. That's where the good ends. We came in at 4:57pm and were seated immediately. We then sat for 11 minutes without being acknowledged. No server, no water, no nothing. We had a server do a drive-by, but it wasn't her table and she didn't come back. Understand, the restaurant was at less than 20% capacity. Servers were sitting around chatting happily. We counted no less than 6 servers behind the wall, meaning they were on the clock, but not serving us. It was at this point that we left, as we had seen all we needed to see. Avoid at all costs. However, my wife and my daughter really like the place and so this was our stop for a family dinner. They really enjoyed their dinners, crab-stuffed flounder and crab legs and shrimp scampi with steamed vegetables. I went with the shrimp Caesar salad. I've had better. There was a reasonable quantity of shrimp on there but the lettuce was so covered in dressing it was almost a bath. And I happen to like croutons, thanks! We have been to this location 3 times. Every single time has been bad. The steak was extremely tough, the crab legs were tiny and stuck to the shell. They were "out" of lettuce so we couldn't even have a salad. We love the Red Lobster in Fayetteville and travel longer to go eat there. For a mid-level national restaurant, this is about as good as it can get. The food is very good and well priced. Food is cooked exactly as ordered and with good presentation. Tables and dishes are clean. The decor does seem a little outdated. (The ceiling tiles need to be changed.) What impressed me the most was the service. Although our waiter seemed a little inexperienced, he was just the right amount of attentive. He got our food to us in a decent time and made sure our drinks were full. Eating at red lobster was a family tradition growing up -The Springfield location. It's always been one of my favorite spots. However, over the years several of the locations have had subpar food. After reading the reviews at the Rogers location I was less than excited, but I had received a gift certificate and decided to give it a try. When we arrived around 7:30 on a Thursday, there was no hostess at the front. Several employees were milling around near the bar in front of the restaurant but none of them approached us or acknowledged us. After less than five minutes a very nice woman approached us and seated us. Our server was Tiffany and she was outstanding! We ordered drinks from the bar, shrimp cocktail and for dinner my husband had shrimp and I ordered king crab legs. My husband enjoyed his dinner, but the first crab leg I attempted to eat had a rubbery shell and was incredibly dry. Tiffany offered different crab legs but I gave it a try and most of the rest of the crab legs were very good. Overall a 3.5 on the legs. I will say that the employees on the floor were very friendly and the customer service was great. The cheddar biscuits were not as great as I remembered and the restaurant overall could use some attention to cleaning. There was food splattered all over the globe of the light at our table and food bits on the seat when we arrived. Red Lobster in Rogers needs some major attention!!!! The past few times we've been there the service was so slow !!!! Tonight we went to go. Red Lobster biggest promotion of the year !!! The restaurant was maybe a 1/3 full. An hour wait for 5 people !!!! (We went through the entire restaurant to use the restroom). Seriously.... 4 other groups Also showed up and left ....not wanting to wait an hour !! I've never ran a restaurant but that was 5 tables of at least 4 to 6 people that did not eat there !!! First, I know. What should I expect from a chain seafood place in middle America? How about basic quality at least. Stuffed mushrooms? Crimini sized with just breadcrumbs in the filling. Covered in what assisted to be a square of cheese. Not a great start. Their lemonade, musty. Yes, musty. I don't even know how one would replicate that flavor by choice. Salad, drab and wilted. Dressing was warm for some reason. Cheddar Bay biscuits, doughy, and not in a good way. Disappointing overall. I haven't even gotten to the main course. It can't be saved at this point. Have to add about the main course. How can simply in butter taste bland? Well, they accomplished it. Excessively breaded shrimp. I guess they are shrimp. Can't tell honestly.
