My parents and I went here as an early valentines family dinner- and I have not stopped talking about it since! I've been here for the burgers, drinks, and happy hour specials before and everything is always great. This was my first time having a nice steak dinner here and OMG it was amazing! The sides, steaks, salads, and bread were all perfect. For all three of us to order steaks, drinks, and sides (mostly the up charged sides as they looked more appealing to us) - the price was very very reasonable. I'd give the rating a 2 1/2. We had a group of six from work, a Wednesday night at 6pm. The restaurant was busy, but not overly crowded. Our group ordered appetizers consisting of crab cakes, egg rolls and of course Bang Bang Shrimp. The crab cakes and egg rolls were just ok, I can't complain about them but nothing particularly memorable. I know there's a lot of people that really like the Bang Bang Shrimp, but I'm not a mayo guy and quite honestly, to my pallet it's just a mess. The Bang Bang Sauce wasn't mixed thoroughly so there were white streaks of the mayo...I had one shrimp. I suppose I won't criticize people who like it...I just fail to see the draw. I ordered the halibut special which was prepared with "Crab Oscar", plated with asparagus and Jasmin rice. The filet was soggy, very soggy, which made the texture of the halibut mushy. The filet, I believe was certainly no more than 4oz, perhaps more towards the 3oz measure. Topped with the "Crab Oscar" which wasn't particularly memorable. In the end the rice and vegetables ended up being the best items plated. I want to say the entree was $32, but I really can't remember. Service was good, not great but I do want to call it out that it was good. My visit to Bone Fish Grill reminded me why my wife and I don't go there. If my work didn't choose the establishment, and pay for it, i wouldn't have been there. But it was a good reminder of why it's not a go to place for my wife and I. read more

One of our favorite restaurants! My wife and I have dined here many times and we always enjoy it. The atmosphere here is romantic and the service and quality is consistently good in my experience. After a funeral service, our brother in law treated a large group to lunch. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Haley did an amazing job of taking care of a large group. Everything went smoothly and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. She was very professional. The atmosphere was as delightful as the food and that's saying a lot. I got the mahi mahi with slaw and brussel sprouts. The Brussels were a bit too salty for me but others at the table liked them. I'm a big fan of Brussels sprouts but I'm not a fan of salt, but that's just me. I loved the slaw, which was served in such a large bowel, it could have been a meal in itself. It was nice and crisp and had just the right amount of dressing. Dan and his sister ordered the Imperial cod, which was out of this world. I know because I tried a bite of Dan's. That's what I'm going to get next time. He also got broccoli which appeared to be cooked tender crisp. The bread was delicious and served with pesto oil. We were a party of 10 gathering for lunch following a funeral for the mother of one of our group. They had a table prepared for us and we were seated promptly and had our beverage orders in. Haley, our server did an excellent job for our large group even though it's only her second day on the job. Spouse ordered grilled Mahi Mahi plus a side of the Kung Pao brussel sprouts. I thought the sprouts were a tad too salty. The fish was great. I had the Cod Imperial. Large filet stuffed with a mix of seafood, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and topped with a lemon caper butter. I went to Bonefish Grill with my wife. We go at least three times a year. The food is and was predictably good. The seabass is always a hit and my steak was very good too. But the real star shine of the night was our waitress Brittany S. She was very engaging, totally knowledgeable and very helpful in regards to my allergies. Brittany S. was the type of wait staff that we really appreciate. She was attentive but just the right amount. We never felt interrupted. Not our best experience at a Bone Fish Grill. We went to early dinner before a concert at the Amp. It wasn't very busy so we expected more attentive service. It was ok, just didn't check on us very often. Bang bang shrimp--always a good option. Watermelon martini-ok not great Halibut wirh lump crab-not very flavorful and chewy. Mahi mahi with jumbo shrimp--also not very flavorful and chewy. Mexican corn was best thing. The plates definitely need better presentation. They came out looking like school lunch meal. Small ice cream scoop size of mashed potatoes and over steamed broccoli and dry fish. Disappointing as this chain is usually good everywhere. read more

3.5 stars. Fun spot, elevated chain restaurant. My first time in AR, a colleague hosted a dinner here for the group and it was a hit. Returned here this week on a work trip, and again this spot always seems to be busy, lively...our server mentioned a strong Happy Hour crowd and we noticed all types of group dinners and celebrations. Love that there are plenty of options on the menu to choose from, and you can customize via choices of sides, etc. I can see why that Bang Bang shrimp is addictive. Cocktails were great including their seasonal (that fresh watermelon martini was wonderful) Service was a standout. Our server (per our receipt, I believe her name is Courtney) was great, especially given how busy her section was. Only complaint was the dessert- we ordered the Macadamia Nut Brownie and it was so, so bad that we couldn't help but laugh. Posting a photo here but you can see it looks like a bad batch of boxed brownie mix, just sad looking. Our server rattled off the desserts vs. showing us a menu so maybe it was that...as when I went to revisit it on the website, 1) photo looks NOTHING like what we were served and 2) I see this brownie is flourless (which explains a bit of the texture but I've had flourless desserts that did not taste like this). Top of the line service, food and accommodations. So impressed being there for a birth day. The birthday dessert was extraordinary. The chicken marsala is the best I have ever had and my fiancé had the lobster which was also exceptional. The manager came by and asked us about our dining experience and I told her that a sign of a great restaurant is the manager or owner getting involved enough to come table side. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! My husband and I dined here last night 5/17/2025 at 7pm. We sat at the bar. The previous occupants of our seats had moved on, but the bar top was cluttered with empty plates and 1/2 eaten food. We sat there for nearly 15 minutes, before we were even acknowledged and nearly 20 minutes before the plates and glasses were cleared. There were 2 female bartenders and 1 male. The bar is NOT that big. Finally, one of the bartenders cleared away the dishes and took our drink order. I ordered a Vodka Tonic. She made a point to tell me she had given me Tito's instead of house Vodka. I thanked her and told her I could not tell the difference. The Food. I ordered the special, Rockefeller Butterfish. I asked if I could substitute the broccoli for asparagus. No problem she said! I got a plate full of broccoli. I couldn't even say anything because NO ONE ever came back to check on us. My husband had the seared Tuna. It was awful, and the brussels sprouts looked like left over scraps from someone else's order. We will never be back to Bonefish, and we've eaten at other Bonefish restaurants in the US. Bonefish grill is a popular restaurant in the Rogers area. They have fantastic service with very helpful waiters. The restaurant is really cold, so I'd bring a jacket if you get cold easily. The complimentary bread and dip is SUPER good. I went with my mom and sister. My mom got the Caesar salad and enjoyed it. All three of us got a side of bacon Mac and cheese and it was great. I got the popcorn shrimp and it was leaned more on the full shrimp size rather than popcorn shrimp, that was disappointing. My mom got her usual: the Parmesan crusted rainbow trout and liked it. We also got the cookies for dessert and they were pretty good. Nothing special about it. Overall, Bonefish is a pretty solid place to grab a meal. read more

Came during happy hour and upon entering I thought this would be a higher scale restaurant, but I left disappointed. My girlfriends and I came to celebrate happy hour and ordered several drinks, appetizers, and full meals. We got crab cakes, calamari, and the chicken nachos. The nachos were great, unique and delicious. I also enjoyed the bread and pesto that was brought to the table. The crab cakes and calamari were both cold and disappointing. Being allergic to fish I got the steak as my meal. The steak was cold and super tendony and for $20 I was disappointed. We also felt like we had to constantly flag down our waitress and at the end of the meal I had to get her to take off a drink that never came. Training waitress came over w our Brussels sprouts (no longer a menu item, but we asked anyway) and announced the smaller size. Then left us to the newbie clueless waiter. He asked us 3 times which wine. The "sea bass w lump crab and wine butter sauce" was disgusting! 6 mths before? Delish! Now? Tiny tasteless hunk w idk on top? Pellets of condensed balls of white something? Certainly NOT crabmeat! Sauce was canned. Broccoli? Not tender crisp as usual. Dessert was yummy and unchanged, thank goddess! $300 later for 4 people we were outta there... adios never again! Bon-fish Appetit! We were charged wrong and it took two weeks to get it back. I told our waitress as soon as I noticed and she swiped my card for the correct amount and said the other transaction was canceled out. It's a form of bad pop that nobody, even the employees (we asked) like. Very chaotic and lacking for any musical quality. Is it that music these days sucks or is it the corporate DJ that sucks? This crappy music made the meal tip toward marginal and all I can say is... those poor employees. I feel bad for the people that have to work and marinade in that awful sound all day every day. It was so very cold I couldn't enjoy my food! I will not go back. We ate as fast as we stomach. Miserable!!

The only good thing was the attentive waiter. We ordered some bang bang crab fries which we're supposed to be topped with lump crab meat and I could barely recognize it. It looks like a little bits of snow, was okay. I ordered a cob salad. Needless to say it was gross slathered in dressing overly sweet. Not one bit of green on it. Iceberg lettuce was pathetic. Thankfully the waiter took it back and took off charge. Then I tried some chowder which tasted like the bag.
