We visited on a Sunday evening and were promptly seated. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The portions were large, and reasonably priced. The chicken parm was tasty, but my son said his Alfredo was bland. I'd definitely give it another try.

Server could not tell us what was great on the menu - and now we know why - nothing ! One review I read said the bread was awesome - but ours was cold and hard . Pasta Ala Panna - was like velveeta plastic sauce on over cooked pasta. So wanted to eat tonight - may have to stop somewhere else but still waiting on our check .

Off I-49 @ exit 85. This location is close to the interstate. Has separate bar and dining areas. Host seated us quickly. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered Viva Italian (Alfredo sauce with chicken Italian sausage mushrooms) and the Sausage pepper Parmesan dish that was like pizza in a pasta form. Soup and salad. Both were flavorful and delicious. Complimentary bread and oil/Italian seasoning dip. Portions reasonable. Prices competitive. Would return.

What a pleasant surprise tonight. We expected the commonly found local Italian place that is better than a chain restaurant but sorta bland, and predictable. WRONG. Napoli is a well-appointed place that is still comfortable, not stuffy. Pretty interior, well spaced and handles crowds extremely well. And the place should be crowded. Creative dishes, well prepared, generous servings and totally reasonable prices. Our likes: cocktails were above average. A pretty decent old fashioned. Garlic rolls could be more garlicky but the dipping olive oil was solid. Recommend adding the stuffed mushroom app--plenty of crab and a great sauce perfect for more bread dipping Entrees impressive. Vivo Italia had just enough rigatoni but then a very full serving of chicken, sausage and mushrooms. Sauce was tasty not too heavy. My spouses baked spinach ravioli got a big thumbs up. Service was attentive and professional. Plenty of parking too.

I was surprised with how disappointing this restaurant was. We waited at least 5 min before we even seen a hostess to seat us at a unbusy hour of the day. I think we were finally noticed and seated by the manager. The food was awfully disappointing as it was mostly grease. As you can probably see from the picture. It just felt like a low class Italian restaurant experience.

Decided to give their sit-down dining a go.......was defintely worth it. When you walk in the door, you can smell all the wonderful goodness of what you are about to be served. Our server, Linda, was definitely on it......anytime my water glass got low, she would take it and refill it away from the table. Little details like this are what differentiate a good restaurant from a great restaurant. Food-wise, you better be hungry when you get here.....the meal started out with bread and olive oil, which was nothing short of fantastic. My mistake was I should have slowed down on the bread.....we decided to try the deep fried ravioli, which was pretty darned excellent. Main course was up next.....my wife had the lasagna, and I had the sausage pepper parmigana. Both, in my opinion, were nothing short of fantastic, and tasted really good the next day (back to the bread - I was so full I could not finish my meal). Definitely 5 out of 5 stars......

Been here 4-5 more times and each time I come I am a little more disappointed. On this trip we were seated quickly but the restaurant was fairly empty at dinner time. I ordered lasagna and Caesar salad. I have had the Lasagna before I really liked it. Not sure where the Caesar dressing came from but never had one like this, it was not very good and the salad must have had 25-35 croutons. Not your classic Caesar for sure. The lasagna had a very sweet red sauce that was odd. There was so little meat I actually pulled the lasagna apart to find ground beef scattered very lightly around. Maybe a spoonful? I ate about half my food and stopped. My wife has the chicken piccata and tomato basil soup and enjoyed both. The service was odd at best. The server kept setting our drinks, food and bill on the opposite end of the table, I had to stand to reach these items. Twice she did reach across my wife to hand me something. More training is really needed.

He started with the Joe's Italian restaurant in Springdale on Hwy 412 which burned his next was on Wedington in Fayetteville. After he expanded in the area, he sold the business to others. They were unable to maintain his quality and have all closed. If you ever ate at any of the original restaurants you would remember the huge garlic rolls served hot to the table while you wait. Those are served here. They make going there worth the trip without having anything else. But, you're gonna want something else, believe me!!! The food speaks for itself. My daughter ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and she thought it was a bit bland. I agree with her . Portions are generous. We couldn't finish our food. Our waitress was very pleasant but service overall seemed very scattered prior to being seated. Everyone was running around , looking confused. We actually came few days prior and were turned around despite calling ahead to confirm hours. After driving for 12 hours ( vacation) we didn't want to drive for nothing . This place needs better customer service and better communication among their staff. Other than that, I think it's a place worth visiting.

Big shoutout to Macy (forgive me if it's Marcy, my memory is failing me there), who greeted us as the host, was our server, and was on bartending duty and made us a great mocktail as well. She made us feel very welcome and got us what we needed with a great attitude. As my wife put it, this place has "good bones." I liked the atmosphere and I overall enjoyed the flavor of the food. I had one of the specials, a steak and mushroom risotto. I was a bit saddened by the grey color of the steak, improper cook, and the rice was slightly undercooked, but I did enjoy the flavors and I wouldn't say they were far off from nailing it. Another gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or owner, checked on us as well and had a good sense of humor. Overall a good experience and we are definitely rooting for this place! I would love to dine here again to try more.

The Pappardelle Rose was rich, creamy and the star of the morning. Finally, I had a slice of my friend's Giovanni pizza. The sauce was darn near perfect, a good hand tossed crust, Italian sausage and pepperoni. The server was very patient and explained how the brunch worked without looking down her nose.
