My husband and I were going for just appetizers until the waiter told us about their specials. Our waiter was Alex, he was exceptional. He had a great personality, was a wonderful server and took care of us the entire time. The food was excellent, I had the special shrimp in a white wine sauce, linguine noodles with cherry tomatoes. My husband had the steak special, a grilled, nice sized ribeye with tiny mushrooms on top, risotto and asparagus. They were both so good. We highly recommend Capriccio's! read more

We dined here as I wanted to try somewhere new to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, we had a nice time. Big shoutout to Macy (forgive me if it's Marcy, my memory is failing me there), who greeted us as the host, was our server, and was on bartending duty and made us a great mocktail as well. She made us feel very welcome and got us what we needed with a great attitude. As my wife put it, this place has "good bones." I liked the atmosphere and I overall enjoyed the flavor of the food. I had one of the specials, a steak and mushroom risotto. I was a bit saddened by the grey color of the steak, improper cook, and the rice was slightly undercooked, but I did enjoy the flavors and I wouldn't say they were far off from nailing it. Another gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or owner, checked on us as well and had a good sense of humor. Overall a good experience and we are definitely rooting for this place! I would love to dine here again to try more. read more

My wife and I ate here ladt night for the first time. The waitress was also serving for the first time. Excellent service. The menu reminds me of a Sicilian restaurant. Seafood Italian. Great atmosphere. The Ravioli Alla Ricotta in meat sauce was perfect. Pasta cooked perfect and great sauce. Hats off to the Chef. It wasn't just a place to eat great food. It was an experience. Thank you Carlos and staff. It was a memory in the making. read more

I love everything about this restaurant. The food is awesome. They have all my Italian favorites and then some Our waiter, Oliver was attentive and friendly. I appreciate that he was courteous enough not to barge in when we're in the middle of a conversation...just terrific. We were tucked in a corner, which gave us some privacy. The ambience was great. No loud blaring music. Pasta dinners average at $24-$30. Oh, and good desserts! Lots of variety. read more

We really enjoyed our meal and dining experience at Capriccio's. Bless our servers heart, it was a business dinner, so waited on the other party and wanted to visit a while before ordering. She was very patient! The wine selection is nice. The salads are definitely shareable. I had just plain fettuccini and I thought the sauce was very good. My husband had the tomato sauce on his pasta which was pretty spicy but he loved it. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the veal and also a pasta with bolognese sauce. It was not spicy. The portions were plentiful and we took home some leftovers for the next day. They also served bread with olive oil and vinaigrette. The white tables cloths give an upscale appearance and we would not walk in wearing shorts. We definitely will return. read more

Walked in to my favorite restaurant, walked out never wanting to go again. Had a reservation at 5:30, was sat at 6:15. Food wasn't brought out until about 6:45. It was Valentine's Day so there was a set menu for $75 a person. Our meal ended up being $184.50 with just water for drinks, and 10% tip to be kind. The portions were very small and my lasagna was cold in the middle. We have loved cappricio's since we moved here almost two years ago, we regularly come. Tonight was very unfortunate. We are disappointed to pay almost $200 for a sub-par meal. Very disappointed. I mentioned to our server that my meal was very cold and there was an apology but no offer of another entree to replace it, or a comp of that part of the meal. We did have a great server otherwise. Ambiance was as normal, fine. Very unfortunate dining experience. read more

We called and ordered carry out on a Friday evening after a snowstorm. The ordering process was easy, and pick-up time was prompt with the earlier snow. It is easy to miss this place unless you are looking for it but don't make that mistake. It is adorable inside. The food was packaged well for us but they went through our order and showed us everything to confirm it was correct. I thought that was very kind. Our food was outstanding. The pastas are made fresh. The veggies in the sauces are still slightly crisp, these are fresh veggies, not soggy frozen ones. The sausage in one of our dishes tasted like it was made in-house as well. The complimentary bread was soft with a crisp crust. They also include olive oil and balsamic to dip it in. We were pleased with our meals. You can't go wrong. I will say the prices we paid were higher than what was listed online. read more

Had dinner here recently and we were pleasantly surprised. The place is nicely decorated and open. We were quickly seated, Drink orders taken and appetizers ordered. Only issue of the night, my wife was done with hers before I even got mine. The calamari was nice and tender and lightly battered. I had the fettuccine bolognese for the main course and the bolognese sauce was one of the best I have had. The portion size was very large. The price was fair and service was very good. A very good experience. read more

Amazing food! Great atmosphere and great service! Highly recommend this place! Everyone is so nice!

This was a last minute ditch attempt at having Italian food at 8pm on a Friday night while hangry. Oh yeah, with a 2 1/2 year old... Complete success! I know food and taste is usually the key subject matter of a Yelp review at a restaurant, but for this one I am going to RAVE to the service. It has been a VERY long time since I have been in a restaurant of any level that has been as attentive, friendly, accommodating, and creative as everyone was at Capriccio. Didn't have kids menu options, so they offered to take the chicken they prepare for Chicken Parm, cut it up into strips and serve it with some buttered spaghetti noodles. toddler was happy, so everyone was happy. The waiter checked on us often and pre-emptively took care of everything we needed. Really made the entire night enjoyable, stressfree and a great beginning to our short trip to the area. Now for the food... I had the veal Marsala and my wife had the veal piccata. The veal marsala was very good, veal was slightly on the tough side, but had a good marsala wine flavor with an acidic finish. Not overly heavy. very nice. The veal piccata, I thought was the better dish, but it was a little overly salty and the veal had the same toughness. It all had a very homemade feel to it. Cannot wait to come back sometime. We will make this a stop if we are ever in the area again. read more

This place is SO delicious! Since studying abroad, I have become a bit of a snob when it comes to Italian food. Out of all the Italian restaurants I have tried in the NWA area, this one is the best. All of their pasta are cooked perfectly and I love their burrata appetizer. Their vodka pasta is so yummy. The staff is nice and the environment is great. My only complained is that it is very slow. Plan to be at the restaurant at least an hour and a half no matter how small your party is. read more

Very good service. We had a table for 7 and they did a good job taking care of us. Friendly and kind! I had the Chicken Putanesca in the effort of keeping low carb. Way over rated. Waiter showed up promptly but never got our drinks we wanted anything besides water to drink . Ordered 2 of the specials, halibut and the seafood pasta. Halibut was average at best. Seafood pasta. Was smothered in sauce and was overwhelming. More like a soup.Definitely not homemade pasta and seafood tasted strange. I ate 2 bites and they came and got my bowl after 20 minutes of just sitting there with. Or hung to eat. Waiter never showed back up except to bring our check. They noticed I didn't eat the dish and said they would notify someone and fix it but it was on the bill! Horrible dish looked like something that a rookie teenager would throw together. read more

Our family has spent thousands of dollars dining at Capriccio's, and my mom even recently considered having her wedding reception here. We have rented out rooms and had $2,000 dinners here, but we will never be back. Our family gathered, some drove over an hour, to celebrate my brother's birthday. While enjoying our dinner, my brother went to use the restroom and noticed one of the employees (the one who refills the water and serves the bread) WITH HIS PHONE OVER THE STALL TAKING A PHOTO OF HIM USING THE BATHROOM! He exited the stall and confronted the employee and the employee initially denied it, then my brother checked his pictures and recently deleted. He eventually admitted to it and said that my brother "looked like a kid who used to mess with him so he thought he'd take his picture." My brother spoke to the manager and the employee then denied it. We spoke to the manager after this and the manager (who looked like she could either be the employees mother or aunt) simply said "We are disappointed too, but dont worry- it will be dealt with." Meanwhile, this employee is still continuing to work! Before leaving, my brother motioned for the employee to come outside with him. First, he ensured him that there would not be any physical violence, he just wanted the kid to admit it. Our server came outside and joined us and told us "he's a minor, he's 17, he said he didn't do it and I believe him." He continued to deny it until asking to speak privately and my brother said "Absolutely not, you admit it to me, then deny it to everyone else." Then the employee, publicly, in front of the server and our entire party admitted to taking a photo or at least attempting to take a photo of him using the bathroom. He apologized and I explained to him that had that been a female he took a photo of, or if my husband had been in the bathroom changing my baby's diaper, he would be in a police car right now. He again admitted what he did and said "I've worked here for 2 and a half years and this is the first time l've made a mistake like this." The other server said "We're just going to go back inside, get back to work, and this will never happen again." Not only did we pay for our entire $600 dinner with a simple "I'm sorry" given by the manager, the employee was allowed to go back into work and continue! This is a sexual predator being allowed to continue and wasn't fired on the spot, even after admitting to it!!! We will never be back or spend another dime at Capriccio and I urge caution for other patrons, as there is a sexual predator being allowed to continue working here, with no regard or consequence from management. He is lucky my brother is an upstanding guy who didn't punch his lights out. read more

You never know what a person is willing to spend & tip at any eating establishment simply by looking at them. But somehow restaurant staff (across the board) believe it wise. After an obvious false excuse, hey no problem. Stuff happens, he's trying to make it right. But after the mediocre food, I began to think we were now invisible. Now I see. read more

Tried this newer Italian restaurant which has been open about 1 year. Unfortunately it wasn't my best Italian restaurant experience in the local Rogers area. Food overall was average, not exceptional. Service was friendly but below my expectation of a nicer Italian restaurant. Perhaps it was just an off night, but seemed like one unfortunate thing led to another, so it just didn't make for a memorable dinner. Starting out, the server offered an off the menu dish (special meat Lasagna) which I ordered as my entree however found out later it was not available that evening so I had to select a back-up menu item which was good, not great. Salads were served, and fresh ground pepper was offered, but the cracked pepper shaker ran out after one person and server did not return with more for others who wanted it as it was offered. Fresh bread was soft and tasty with olive oil and balsamic, but then had to ask a few times for butter before receiving some. Positively, meal portion size was plenty, and honestly the side pasta on my Chicken dish was very good - I think ordering a pasta dish may be the best call next time. Hoping my experience was an exception, and you will enjoy a much better visit and nice meal. read more

Usually I try out places that have many many reviews before I go to a new place, especially when I'm planning a dinner for the company while we are in town, but it's Global Summit time and everything was booked. The service was good (maybe a little slow at times) but overall I really liked this place for good Italian! I would definitely come back and try a new dish! The place is cozy and the service is great. We were very welcomed by the staff. The food leaves a lot to be desired. We have been to Italy many times and the courses aren't close. I ordered a gnocchi bolognese but it looked like there mixed white sauce with bolognese and sauce turned pinkish. I wish it were really bolognese. Anyway, the food needs improvement. My wife ordered spaghetti with meatballs and it looked like a soup. The tomato sauce needs improvement. I will beee to come back to give it a second chance, for the first visit was not good. read more

We decided last minute to pop in and have dinner. We were just driving by and they had just opened. It was decently decorated. Very high ceilings and a moderately upscale vibe. There was no bar but what looked like an expo area/wait station that had liquor on it to present as some form of bar. Or maybe an aesthetic to let people know cocktails were available. Decent place. Clean. Some "Andrea Bocelli like" music that fit the setting. Food came out hot. Everything was tasty. My mom got the Veal Picatta and the veal was extremely tough. She would never complain, so she got through it, but was disappointed. The other two dishes were the chicken parmigiana and chicken genovese, which were good. Not great. Blanca was our waitress. She did well and was attentive. Nothing over the top. Overall I've had much better Italian. But as picky as some can be about "authentic", I'd say it's ok. Especially for NWA. read more

Great Italian food and Sinatra music in a strip mall? Yes indeedy!!!! I love their food. I took my family and they acted like I had been holding out on them - I told you it was good! The gnocchi verde has the perfect texture and the cream sauce is divine without being overpowering. The shrimp and calamari salad is something we go back for again and again - warning - it is big and scrumptious! The calamari is deliciously grilled, not fried. Feel free to request to the tomato and olive mixture on the side. Their meals travel well when ordered curbside, so dine in or carry out, you won't be disappointed. Maybe get a piece of their creamy cheesecake to go. read more
