Compliments to the chefs on this fantastic experience. First you must know that these reservations go QUICK so you'll have to plan a bit in advance. I would say it's definitely worth the wait. The staff was very friendly and professional as we were welcomed and taking care of us throughout. As with some fine dining experiences, their model is small portions but with the dinner being eight courses I thought this was pretty perfect. I very much enjoyed each dish! Also their chefs describing each dish they bring out is a nice touch on the experience. I don't know think you come across an experience like this very commonly in Northwest Arkansas so I highly recommend if you're able. read more

My husband and I were lucky enough to score a reservation here for February 29th (leap day baby!!!) . I was so so so excited to come here and boy did it not disappoint. Our reservation actually started a day prior, when the owners reached out to us to confirm our reservation and to let us know that our allergies were taken into consideration for the menu. I can't express how kind and thoughtful that was to us! We were also offered a reservation at their bar, Pinky Swear ahead of our dinner reservation. We GLADLY took it. We love Pinky Swear and it was nice to sit and talk and drink before out reservation at Heirloom. Once it was time for our Heirloom reservation we were taken into Heirloom and it was so simply decorated in the most elegant way. I felt so calm in there but it was definitely upscale. We were greet and seated by owner, Danielle, who was so kind and helpful all night long. Every single worker was so knowledgeable, personable and just all around great! The food was truly amazing. Course after course came out and we could not decide which one was our favorite because they were all so unique, well thought out and DELICIOUS! The chefs brought out every dish and explained what it was and how to best eat some of the dishes. I am still thinking of everything we ate and how amazing it was. Heirloom at the 1907 easily could have fell victim to runaway train levels of momentum and hype, but they not only kept things on the rails, but managed to take us on the best culinary journey possible. The hard to secure seats are more than worth the effort as it was the best dining experience in our area and should be considered amongst the best in the country. Several moments elicited goofy, wide grins as I was blown away by the creativity and execution of ideas. Taste, temperature, texture, presentation, balance... everything was top notch. This is probably the most unique experience in Arkansas for dinning. When reservations are made available - they are for 3 months at a time and they are filled in a matter of minutes. The restaurant on seats about 20 people and there is one seating per evening. Customers are seated in about 15 minute increments it seemed like, so they all don't show up at once. This allow the staff and chef to provide personal attention. You get to watch the chef prepare dinner for you. Everything we had, had the most amazing flavors. This was certainly a treat! read more

Was gifted the honor to tag along for dinner one night back in August or so. Delightfully hidden, the atmosphere of the space is comfortable and open and the room smells brilliantly of cedar. As someone who hasn't experienced a lot of interesting combinations of food, I was a little nervous for the meal to be served to me. What a silly notion. The food was spectacular, I absolutely loved 6 of the 7 dishes I received. The flavors were outstanding, the bites perfectly sized, and the combinations of texture and taste were spot on. The staff was kindly attentive, and when noticing that I didn't finish one of my courses, asked if they could replace it with something, and were concerned why I didn't like it. Their attention to this gave me, as a customer, the feel that they were genuinely determined for me to have a delightful experience. The wines offered to pair with our food were fantastic and deliciously drinkable. I have desperately tried to get a reservation ever since I went, and will go back in a heartbeat! read more
