WOW!!! That is all I can say. Top steakhouse here! Oak Steakhouse is on the top floor of a hotel. There is valet or you can drive around and look for a spot. We had a reservation and since it was a beautiful night we ate outside. Beautiful view. The service was slow but we were in no hurry. Once we received are drinks the rest of the service was great. Stared off with the hot bread and crab cakes. Definitely recommend. Caesar salad was great. Then the steak - Fabulous! Wow melted in my mouth great flavor without getting any of the other toppings. Our waiter of choice was not on duty tonight - but Chelsea was fantastic! She was friendly, easy going and offered excellent advice on food pairing and ideas. I asked for an outdoor sitting as the weather was beautiful and they accommodated me with that. I ordered a spicy high society drink which was pretty much a pineapple spicy margarita, steak frites, and dinner rolls with butter. They were all absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked perfect temperature and melted in your mouth. I also tried the Brussels sprouts which were truly amazing. This place is fantastic! I was immediately impressed with their fine dining atmosphere and friendly staff. The weather wasn't the best the evening of our visit so we didn't get to fully take advantage of the beautiful view but I have had a glimpse of it from others' experiences and it looks great. The staff seemed genuinely excited to help us celebrate our occasion and we experienced great service throughout. You MUST start with the Parker House Rolls, though there are several other appetizing starters on the menu as well. The rolls were as good as it gets. For my entree, I had the Oak Burger. As far as burgers go, I was impressed that it tasted pretty light, which I can attribute to the quality of the bun and patty. It was definitely high quality. My only critique is that the burger could use a sauce or an adjustment to the cook to make it a little juicier. I still enjoyed it, however. My wife had the half chicken and we both agreed that it was amazing. This is definitely a great place to go if you're looking for a fine dining experience. We had such a great night at the new Oak Steakhouse at the top of the Hilton in Rogers. From the moment we sat down, everything was on point from the great service to the delicious food. We started with the Alaskan crab legs. They were sweet, meaty, and fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well--definitely one of the better steaks we've had around here. We also loved the Caesar salad--it was super fresh and crisp. The whipped potatoes were chunky and buttery. The brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly and paired well with the whipped potatoes and steak. For dessert, we split the key lime cheesecake with raspberry sauce, and it was AMAZING--it was tangy, sweet, and super refreshing. Big thanks to our server, Aaron K. He was super friendly, attentive, easy to converse with, and just made the whole experience better. Shoutout to Aaron W. too for helping keep everything running smoothly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very modern, and comfortable. The bar area is a beautiful spot, and a great spot for drinks even if you don't stay for dinner. Our party of 6 Arrived for a Bday celebration dinner at 5:45 pm. April, 14, 2026. Waitress was lackluster and long winded even apologized for her too detailed long explanation of starters and entrees. No smile and certainly set the tone for the evening. We ordered crab cakes and rolls for starters. Rolls were delicious! Crab cakes overpoweringly fishy tasting. We did not complain but only ate 2.5 of the 4 cakes for 6 ppl. Ordered 5 steaks and a burger. The $21 burger couldn't even be picked up it was so soggy and messy. Had to use a fork to eat it. Out of 5 steaks we ordered, 3 were grossly overcooked and were sent back. 1 was an 8oz steak $63 and 2 12oz steaks $83 each all for just the meat. Now this is supposedly a "steakhouse" known for steaks and they messed up 3 out of 5. Wow! By the time the recooked steaks arrived to the table the rest of us were finished eating. So Awkward and ruined the dinner timing. The sides were nothing great! We barely ate them. Waitress gave us a bday "gift" of creamed spinach to share. On the bill charged us for it. We didn't even order it but she charge us for the "gift". A large spider came down on a web between two of our guests mid meal. No apologies or even accountability, they pretended it didn't happen. We killed it midair and went about dinner like we were in a log cabin in the woods and it was expected. While waiting for the 3 $230 dollars worth of (CAB) certified angus beef recooked steaks, two of us ladies visited to the ladies room. The bathroom door was blocked with a cleaning cart and a male was in the ladies restroom cleaning. It was 7:30pm high traffic dinner time and the bathroom was closed. What? A worker suggested we take the elevator down to the hotel first floor because it was going to take awhile as the cleaner just got started. 7:30pm is not the time to clean. No offerings of discount, no offerings of dessert special, nothing! So disappointed in the overall experience! We won't be back! Overpriced! We went to this location after memorial service. Was able to make a quick reservation and they had plenty of tables. Our server was fantastic and attentive, she was very knowledgeable on the menu. We had Parker House Rolls, Crab Cakes and Pork Belly all were very good. My wife and I decided on an early Valentine's Day dinner and we chose Oak Steakhouse. We were not disappointed. She ordered a lemon drop martini and I asked for oyster Rockefellers (conveniently priced per oyster). The oysters were fantastic with all ingredients perfectly blended and cooked to perfection. Our super waiter Josh also brought the best dang bread I have ever tasted. He then brought out a 16 ounce ribeye which was great. The side dish was whipped potatoes and they let us have a generous sampling of sweet tai chili Brussel sprouts. I bet kids would eat their vegetables if they had these to eat. By this point, we are stuffed but we just had to try the apple crust dessert. It was also fantastic. Every dish was excellent. The service was excellent. We had a 7:45 reservation. I checked in at 6:45 and told the hostess we were early to visit the bar. At 7:43 I received a call from the hostess that our table was ready, and I literally looked to my right and 20ft away she saw who she called. Oak, take note of your customers, were there spending money, arriving early to buy drinks. Drop the technology, focus on personal service, and don't treat humans as numbers. We ordered still water, and two glasses of a red blend wine. We decided to order the shrimp cocktail ($19) for appetizer and it was worth the price. Chilled, not cold but I *think* there were 7 fairly decent sized shrimps. No complaints. We then ordered: 2 small steakhouse chopped salads ($8) and asked for the Gruyère Popovers ($7) to be brought at the same time. The salads were very good....not exceptional but certainly acceptable. We were served standard rolls, despite ordering the Gruyère Popovers. The server checked on our table, didn't notice the error so I had to remind her. Of course she apologized and offered to bring us the popovers... but that's simply too awkward to wait for the kitchen to prepare them while our salads were already served. For entrees we each ordered the 16oz Prime Ribeye ($83) and shared the Shells and Cheese ($13). It's a steakhouse, expect only your entree and everything else is a la carte. The Shells and Cheese were delicious, the cheese sauce wasn't overly cheese, nicely balanced. They did top the dish with additional cheese which hardened upon cooling so when I plated some shells I also plated a somewhat 3"x3" cheese, what I can only call is, shingle. Unappealing, nonsensical to try to cut, and deserving to be tossed to the side. Again, besides that the Shells and Cheese were wonderful. The ribeye was reminiscent of steak half its price. Probably 16oz, I won't argue but I did question its precook weight. I should say we did inquire as to their dry aged steaks but were told they were 86'd. The steak cooked to the correct doneness but lacked any crusting, and really was grey, some browning but more monotone in color. Again, no crusting. The ribeye fell very short of a good steakhouse standard and honestly it would be forgivable, to some degree, if it wasn't $83. We regularly spend $200-$500 on a night out, Oak was no exception. Other non-steak items on their menu look appealing, and I may consider Oak for those items. But in the future we'll refer to it as Oak Restaurant, not Oak Steakhouse. $83 for a ribeye I'd be happy to pay...and have and more; but please leave the insults for patrons who you treat as numbers, lack of attention to details, and the attempts to serve stakes worthy of half the price. It doesn't fly here. A good note is that our server was genuinely concerned to provide good service, and we appreciated that. The bar is nicely stocked and service was acceptable. - Bar spend: 4 drinks, $100 incl. tip - Dinner spend: $324.12 incl $80 (if my memory serves me correctly) tip. - Car Valet: $20 tip in, I think the fee was $14, $20 tip out. They kept my Mercedes out in front. read more

Texas roadhouse was better. Definitely not worth the money. Had brussels sprouts which were flash fried, needed some flavor, could use some kind of sauce and would've been much better. Had mushrooms and again could've been better. It was just OK. I think the best thing we had were the Parker rolls. and that's a shame , being that your meal was about $175 and we should shared . The food was overall disappointing. Both our meals were lukewarm. The risotto that accompanied my duck was stiff and the butternut squash in it was undercooked. I've eaten at Oak Steakhouse in Rogers, NWA in the Avail Hotel, quite a few times now. Last night the restaurant was bustling and to capacity. The service was still excellent and personal. I brought a Friend who was dining at Oak for the first time. She loved the food, the service and the ambiance. She made a comment about the friendliness of her greeting upon entering and exiting the Hotel through the front Lobby. The Manager whom I've met at my first dining experience there continues to amaze me with his personal greetings to so many diners entering and is always on the go and checking on guests at their Tables and ensuring the flow of things remain smooth. Our server last night was Kaya and she expertly handled our meal and divided the courses with relax time in between each service. She knew I had a special evening planned with my Friend and she was most thoughtful! Everything was really lovely and I will continue to dine there as the Steakhouse, unlike some others , is more intimate and personal. We value that highly. They are weatherproofing their outside space and Bar I am told, and that is a beautiful spot and it will be great to be able to enjoy it winterized! read more

There were booths for 2 people open, hostess tried to seat us (2 of us) at a 4 person table in the middle of a high traffic area. We asked for a booth, she moved us with an attitude. So much for atmosphere. Food was not cooked to request, pork chops over salted to the point we couldn't eat (and I like salt). The pork chop entree did not look like a pork chop cut. It was sliced pork and very fatty. More fat than meat. Purée underneath pork cold as if it had just been taken out of refrigerator. Let manager know, one meal was taken off tab. So where to begin it took me three phone calls to make a reservation bc our party of 10 requires an event coordinator and finally returned call after a week. A few days after establishing the reservation on phone, I receive an email with a contract and minimum due. This was not disclosed on the phone call reservation. So we called to inquire about the contract that included a 24% service charge with a 9% tax on top along with a fixed menu on a main dining table, not even semi private. None of this was mentioned in the initial reservation. We approved the minimum and service charge reluctantly but they did have impeccable service a month earlier when we were there with a few friends. The event coordinator said "you must sign the contract to reserve even though the contract is incorrect" and "... it really doesn't work in this market". I told him we were good for the minimum and charges. We ended up not signing the contract and relied on the verbal reservation commitment only to find an email the next morning that they cancelled our reservation on the day of our office Christmas party leaving us stranded and when my husband called as soon as he received the email they just said sorry it's cancelled. Who does this especially when they had been communicating back and forth for days. My husband would have paid the $1200 deposit that morning had the coordinator corrected their contract but they left us hanging with no where to go with 10 people on the day of. Very disappointing and rude! Unfortunately when getting a reservation both times was made to be very difficult and what's unfortunate is it is a really nice place with good food and the service previously was great. If you're trying to make reservations for over 8 people they need to better their system! read more
