My friend and I enjoyed our drinks. Friendly waiter. The cucumber salad was very good. I would go back just for that. I do think it's funny that a bar is at the top of a very tall flight of concrete stairs. We don't drink too much though. read more

A friend suggested to go here while visiting NWA and is honestly one of the highlights of my trip. I couldn't find a lot about this place but successfully found the outside 2nd floor entrance. The staff and our server were amazing and friendly. Our server greeted us, gave us great recommendations and even notified us of the record that was playing upon entering. I love that they played albums (ex: MGMT, Gorillaz) and displayed what was playing on the top alcohol shelf. The Strawberry Gochugamg Ribs were so delicious and the meat fell off the bone. Wonderfully cooked! The seasonal item Sausage Lamb and Yellow Curry Pizza was also good. Big enough to share between 3 without getting too stuffed. My favorite drink of the night was the Grit & Lipstick. Recommend for the bourbon fan. Great place to catch up with a friend, a date. Loved the ambience here. It's super hidden, which makes it extra fun. I love how dark and moody it feels, and the skylight makes it feel more open. We had just come from sushi, so skipped the food but it all looked delish. Will definitely go back to try it. Drinks - husband doesn't do alcohol and had the Espresso Martin-o. Said it was good, kind of like weak coffee. I started off going 90s style with a Gettin' Figgy Wit It. Good. Tart. Couldn't taste any fig, but didn't dislike. I ended with a Dad's Liquor Cabinet and had them add some jalapeño. Wasn't a fan, maybe I messed with the flavor profile too much having them add jalapeño, but it tasted like I was drinking liquid bbq sauce. This little bar above onyx is so cool! It's got a speakeasy vibe but not to hipstery if that makes sense ha. We were seated at the bar and our bar tender was so cool and helpful. I got the snoop dog and my husband got the wu tang. Both were so yummy and cool looking! Their ice cube have their logo on it which was such a simple unique touch. The place was clean and full of happy customers. They play a variety of music which I really liked. Can't wait to come back soon! read more

Neat place that is fun to go to. Their cocktails were fantastic. The ambiance is one of a kind (in a good way). The only thing we did not like was the music was too loud, hard to have a conversation. We just had drinks and did look at their appetizers. While I give them credit for being inventive, I would love to have some other appetizers that were a little more down to earth so to speak. Its a Speak easy, and yes I had to ask where it was. Not being able to find it on our own did not keep us from enjoying our evening. Drinks deftly made with a point of view. we had the Singapore Sling, quinoa salad (yes it's a beverage, and dam tasty too, thinks dirty vodka martini). The coup de grâce was a Manhattan served over a single giant cube of sky clear ice. Food was excellent the cucumber salad had a surprising herbal twist and the b side pizza was so tasty and crust was crispy cracker thin. Love it with the spicy Soppressata. Food is too good not to try! The Service was above par, never wanting for anything. Excellent suggestions and knowledge of the offerings. Great job all! Bonus the bar tender brought over our manhattan's and described the drinks and the ice it was served with. Made our experience even better.
