I was excited to try this place because the pictures and menu look great but I was extremely disappointed. First off, they were out of meatballs at 12:30. They open at 12... Secondly, we waited close to 1 hour for our meals. (spaghetti without meatballs, 1 pizza and 1 calzone) Thirdly, my pizza was the driest pizza I've ever seen. Where was the balsamic, goat cheese or jam?? I asked for a side of jam so I could add some more myself and by the time they brought it out I didn't want it anymore because the pizza was cold and I didn't want to wait any longer. (The people I was eating lunch with had already finished their meals) Because of this I just asked for it to be taken off the check. Lastly, a man (who I later found out to be the owner) came to our table and was unnecessarily rude to me. He threw the receipt down on the table and his tone was very condescending and unprofessional, talking about how he has to keep the jam in the fridge because of the health inspector so it took long to warm up. This will be my first and last time coming here. Very disappointing.

The pizza and calzone we ordered were delivered crazy fast from their outside oven and were way tastier than I expected. You can really tell the difference between wood fired vs oven prepared pizza. Ingredients were fresh and the portions were huge while the price was more than reasonable. If it weren't for the swarms of bugs it would have been a great meal.

Had a team lunch here today. We ordered Mediterranean Hummus, wings, fries, cheesy bread, a margherita pizza and a meat pizza, and the Walnut Gorgonzola salad. The Mediterranean hummus was divine. The bread that's served with it was something special. The hummus was delicious. The fries and wings are fried in beef tallow, and man could you tell... so crispy and flavorful. They make a their dressings from scratch and don't use seed oils so we tried the ranch and it was really good. The garlic parm and jalamango sauces for the wings were superb. Their breads and pizza crusts are made with sourdough, and are delicious. The cheese bread was some of the best cheese bread I've ever had. The pizzas are also on point. But if I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to order extra cheese on the margherita pizza. This was a great meal, and I will definitely be back to try pastas and calzone.

We liked this place very much! Pizza was fresh and delicious! We got the margarita and the crust was crunchy and chewy but not too thick! Pizza sauce is excellent no sweet and fake tasting. Every day from 3 to 6 is happy hour that makes it even better. The house wine was good! Derek was our server, he was very welcoming and kind and gave us recommendations because we are new to this place, we are definitely coming back.

Soooo good! We were looking for something quick and easy for lunch while out at the Promenade. This place nailed it from the atmosphere to the food! We were pleasantly greeted and seated right away. My wife ordered a customized pizza and OMG was it over the top with toppings and taste. I got some wings and fries. The wings were so amazing - maybe the best I've had (maybe). Both the wings and fries were super crispy and flavorful from being cooked in tallow. We will be back!!

There was not a wait, we were seated quickly, and there was ample space for our larger group. The pizza was okay, it wasn't anything to rave about. The crust was really good but the pizza lacked flavor. The price point was higher than other similar places. The atmosphere was also not our favorite and service was just okay. This place was just okay all around, not bad by any means but nothing exceptional either. If you're shopping in the promenade and want a bite to eat, not a bad spot. But I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. read more

This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. We were seated at 11am when they opened.....did not receive our drinks until 11:50! Had to ask where our drinks were...several times. They need a true bartender (the waitress actually opened a book to read how to make a Bloody Mary) and they had CHILDREN bringing out the food. Really, 8 & 9 year olds! Child labor laws? Food was good, but the lunch experience was totally lacking. Will never never go back. read more

I didn't get to sit down. I eat alone so when I go eat I prefer to sit alone I tried telling the waitress that but she kept sitting me in between a group of tables. When the whole restaurant was empty. I asked to switch tables and she did it again so I told her I was good I would eat somewhere else read more

Unfortunately without any sort of a breeze the bugs were just ruthless. Little mayflies were just everywhere. A citronella candle or two is definitely recommended here. Got Artisan recently and wasn't overly impressed. Not super flavorful, which was a bummer when I was craving wood-fired pizza. The house salad was terrible, the lettuce was so wilted I ended up throwing the $10 salad away. I did love the crust and how thick it was, but again, little to no flavor. Nothing short of amazing! No wonder they have several Best of NWA awards. The flavors and ingredient choices are top notch. The decor is amazing with purse hooks under every beautiful table...because they were thoughtful about their decor. The decor is different, inviting, and comfortable. Our Server Livie was excellent. We ordered three appetizers, they came out staggered and that was perfect for us. Maybe not for you, but perfect when you want to try so many things and need time to digest in between. They have a great wine list. The hummus had a wonderful herb flavor with a olive oil and garlic crispy bread to go along with it. Absolutely delicious. The chicken wings were wonderfully crisp and were small like wings should be from natural non-steroidal chickens. The ultimate loaded fries had a deliciously crisp flaky texture fried in beef tallow like all things should be. The stuffed truffle bread was light on the truffle flavor, with plenty of cheese, mushrooms, and a perfect crispy crust and a flavor so nice, no dipping sauce was required. My husband decided on the meat pizza with hot honey drizzle. I completely recommend this variation. It was a delicious, sweet and spicy compliment to the wonderful meaty flavors. I was torn between the chicken pesto pizza and the figgy goat. When I let Livie know, she eagerly informed me that I could have both! The best bite was the slice where the flavors of both pizzas met at the edge of the slice. A miraculously melded condition that was pure deliciousness. Each pizza was an delectable set of flavors on its own with a fluffy, crispy crust you didn't want to let go to waste. The pesto! Its a fluffy almost foamy texture with a punch of basil and garlic flavor. It was mmm mmm mmm good in every bite. The figgy goat. I loved it as well. I love goat cheese and wish I could have had a little more and perhaps a little toasted on top, because I love toasted goat cheese...but that is just me. Even their unsweet iced tea was delicious, which is always a good sign. We didn't make it to dessert ordering all of these awesome appetizers and pizzas, but I am sure they won't let you down either. Remember this is a family owned place, so you are not dining at a corporate place who pushes everything out without a thought about quality. That means its worth every second of your wait to get your order, even if it doesn't all come out at once. Take your time, enjoy the atmosphere and definitely enjoy the delicious food! read more

Had high hopes for these place from reading their description. My family and I were definitely let down. The service was very slow despite there not being very many customers. The wait staff seemed more interested with visiting with friends or fellow workers than coming back to our table to check on us. The food was just okay, nothing special at all. We were also confused with wood fired being in their name and yet they did most of the cooking in an electric oven. We asked our waitress about that and then we had to request them to make our pizza in the wood fired oven. Based on that visit we would not return. read more

The food and service here was phenomenal. The owner greeted us at our table, checked on us constantly, along with the waitstaff. We ordered the pepperoni pizza (with extra pepperoni) and it was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. The staff were talkative, welcoming, loved to joke around, and even brought us free things to try because they thought we would enjoy it. The bathrooms were also immaculate. Per the older reviews, it seems like they changed ownership recently or something similar. They do not deserve the reviews they have received previously. It will be our new favorite place to go from now on. read more

Artisan pizza is some of the best pizza in Rogers. Period. Walking in and being greeted by amazing aromas, kind staff (shoutout to Maddy - hope we spelled your name right!), and delicious pizza with the perfect balance of chew and crunch and a hint of sourdough? Don't pass on the spaghetti if still hungry, the meatballs alone are worth a taste. We were too full for dessert but look forward to returning soon! read more

The pizza here is great, they have a thick but delicious crust. The wings, mozzarella sticks, and fries are amazing they use no seed oils only tallow to fry with which is amazing since I have a soy allergy. The staff is always kind, and the location is nice . It is not too noisy when we go, and is a nice place to sit and eat. read more

The reviews for this restaurant are very accurate and I wish I listened to them before coming here. The pizza was below average, the wings were tiny and also just okay and the service was okay. I don't want to sound so negative but I just would not recommend coming here. It's a nice big and open restaurant, but they should consider the fact that you can see the waitstaff messing around in the kitchen while customers are waiting 45+ minutes for a very simple order. Went on a Saturday night at 8pm and the place was dead; only a few people in seated so we were seated immediately. It was pretty quiet inside so could hear conversation which was nice. There was some confusion on the waiter/waitress staff as multiple people came to ask if we'd been helped, which is a good thing that they were eager to service. I ordered a Margarita pizza and a Negroni drink. The pizza came out pretty quickly, but not made correctly... it was a plain cheese pizza. I explained to the waitress that I had ordered a Margherita pizza and she asked if I'd like some basil brought out. If the cook didn't know to put basil, fresh mozzarella slices & tomatoes on the pizza then didn't want to risk making another mistake by re-ordering. The pizza was very doughy and even with basil didn't taste like a Margherita. Very disappointing. I can see why nobody was in this place on a Saturday night. I've been here before but the place has gone downhill. read more

I ordered 12 total wings on 10/22. After waiting about 15 minutes after my family received their entres, 8 of my 12 wings were burnt harshly while 3-4 were cooked perfectly. I requested a re-cook of just 6 wings to make amends but the waitress told me the kitchen said they couldn't do that and gave me a 20% discount. In this situation 20% off of the $8.40 wings was not sufficient. However, I decided to let it go and just pick through my dinner. I will not be returning. read more

Absolute amazing experience from start to finish. Felt like a family business the minute we walked in and they seemed to care so much about our experience. We've been here twice. Both times we've waited over an hour for our food (neither times were very busy at all and there was only 3 of us). Also both times, our orders were all flip flopped (pizza details were swapped etc). While the food was good in taste, the topping to bread proportions on our pizza were so off. We barely had any toppings. The atmosphere was great, but given our high expectations (because of the ingredients) the overall experience was fairly disappointing. read more

Traveled here solo to carb up before a race, so I bellied up to the bar and ordered a figgy goat pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. I would definitely do it all again in a heartbeat. This pizza is amazing: fig jam, prosciutto, walnuts, goat cheese and arugula- not to mention the Neapolitan crust. I'm definitely ready to run my race now. Kudos! read more

It's a small husband/wife operation with a limited menu, but even with a small menu it was hard to decide what to order. We ended up getting the salad, meatballs, agnolotti and mushroom pasta. All of the food was cooked to order and because there was only one other table when we arrived we could smell our dishes as they were being cooked. It was pretty wonderful. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! My husband ordered a steak, a side of mushrooms and a side of mashed potatoes. The steak was "fine", the mushrooms okay, and the potatoes COLD. (The manager did bring him new mashed potatoes). The manager kindly said he was going to comp our entire meal after taking the cold items back and agreeing they were indeed cold when he felt them in the kitchen. To be clear, we weren't there for a free meal. We were there for an upscale dining experience, with food that justifies the prices. We had seen on yelp, the chocolate cake, my husband's favorite. He wanted that to go so we figured what we assumed would be a descent tip, plus $20 for the $18 cake to go (so $70 cash). The server, Brandy said, after accepting the cash, I can't comp you the cake (she'd already offered me comped desert while my husband ate which I refused). I said, I get that, I just handed you $50 for tip plus $20 for the cake $18 cake. Then, the manager stopped back by to check on us and she brought the cake (with a box of rolls? No thanks!). I'm stunned by how the conversation with the 4 of us transpired. I feel as if the kind manager was misled by the server regarding what had taken place with us earlier. The conversation ended with her putting the $50 bill on our table and leaving, which obviously was not at all what we intended. I honestly, along with the manager, wanted the situation to end as kindly as possible. All of this to say, I saw 2 other tables send their food back. This issue is in no way the servers fault, and definitely not the fault of the front of the house manager. This is a kitchen issue that should definitely be addressed.

I visited Midici for the first time on Thursday and I had the best experience! The bartender was great! I simply had to tell him what I liked and he was able to create me something perfect. He was the best! The atmosphere was beautiful and perfect for a girls night but also a place I would bring the kids to as well. This is a phenomenal culinary experience for way too much money. Italian food should never cost more than 15$ per plate. MidiCi raises the bar on overcharging NWA patrons by almost doubling that cost. The environment and atmosphere scream upper class, the food is phenomenal, but the type of food being served should never carry 30$ per plate price tags. My 16 year old daughter and her friends went here to eat. When the waitress asked if everything was okay, they said the salad was not satisfactory and the waitress called the manager over. He proceeded to tell them they wrong about his food and then yelled sexual slurs at them. When they asked for their ticket to pay and leave, he told them to get the F... out. Was taking my 5 year old son on a lunch date to a kinky little pizza place in the mall. My servers name was kitty and she was beyond rude and disgusting. The staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes a little slow to get your order, but they're always very nice. The Nutella calzone is a slice of heaven! And most definitely try the gelato. I can't justify spending another dollar at this restaurant after the way the owner treated me. His behavior was completely unnecessary and the shock on everyone's faces told the whole story. My family and I will be taking our money to another locally owned business who appreciates customers. Such a shame. read more

This is one of the nicest Italian pizza restaurants that I have ever been in. And I have extensively travel to Europe and eaten at authentic Italian restaurants and pizzerias. The inside of the restaurant is done very nice and tasteful . The food and the service was outstanding. read more

My Husband and I found this place about a month ago. We gave it 5 stars because we love the atmosphere and the music. The food is fresh and wonderful!!! I love the cheese board and four cheese pizza. I cannot say enough about the wine selection. Keep it up we will be back. read more

Addicted to this pizza!! So fresh, so many options and made to order. (Try the meatballs!) Loved the staff and the atmosphere. The patio is perfect! Super convienet with parking too. All around a great spot for friends or family. read more
