I started eating Marcos pizza 4 years ago because my spouse loves their food. The last handful of times though, each time we order the pizza is wrong, they don't answer the phone, they don't have delivery drivers, and overall just unapologetic staff. Tonight we order three pizzas online for pickup. My spouse picks up the order and accidentally didn't get the third pizza because he didn't place the order, I did so he was assuming pickup was correct. We call to see about a delivery for the missing pizza but they didn't have anyone who could for an hour so we went to go pick it up. That's fine, we understand. When we get there though we say we are there for our missing pizza and the employee says, "what this half eaten one?! "‍ They proceed to give him a cold pizza that was in the rack and he's so flabbergasted that he leaves and is so angry he picks up McDonald's to eat instead of their cold pizza which we had just called about replacing less than 10 minutes before. There was no apology, no customer recovery attempt at satisfaction or anything. We will no longer patronize your establishment and no longer recommend to others. read more

The pizza bowls are pretty good though the pepperoni is a bit too greasy. Ordering online is pretty easy and delivery is fast. Not really a dine in place though they have a couple of tables. read more

Excellent service! I don't think we have encountered pick up that was that pleasant in quite some time. The gentleman at the window was all the good things: pleasant, friendly, kind. I had a rough day at work and he totally made my day better. Wish I had caught his name! Furthermore, the pizza was delicious. I love the sauce and that old world pepperoni. We went to go have dinner at Marco's Pizza and when we walked into the restaurant we were immediately greeted with an angry "it's gonna be a while" to seemingly discourage us from eating there. So we left to go order pizza at a different pizza shop. They seemed pleased we left without ordering. Sad to see what's happened at this place. read more

Day four waiting on a refund from Marco's Pizza located at 3637 Old Missouri Road in Springdale, Arkansas. We were promised a credit for the price of an item the store was unable to deliver at the drive through window on Sunday, June 11th at noon. Employees are ignoring demands for credit and keep pushing the request up the chain to the store manager who denies responsibility and has pushed it up to the general manager. Poor customer service. We did take out tonight, they had out order ready when we got there. Two of our group wanted sandwiches. We got a chicken sub and and a steak and cheese. These sandwiches were chintzy. More bread than anything. Ingredients all in the center and not very much at that. Was not impressed. The pizza was good. I lost the fight and we got the Hawaiian. It was very good. It's a good thing that there are a few Marco's locations, because they make a darn good pizza pie. I understand pizza is very controversial. Too thick? Too thin? Light sauce? Extra anchovies? WHAT??? Nobody orders that...anyways. Marcos has a really nice crust with a good bite to it. They don't skimp on the toppings and it's always piping hot when I get it home. We love many of the delicious varieties of pizza from Marco's. Delivery is timely and we have had only one issue in 9 years. They forgot one of a large order of pizzas, but we were refunded and sent a replacement within 20ish minutes. We don't love their salads or sandwiches. We just don't order those! read more

This was our first experience with Marco's. We ordered on New Year's Eve 2019. I ordered a Hawaiian with light cheese, double bacon, well done. My wife ordered a big cheese. My daughter got a ham and cheese sandwich, no mayo, with bacon, and side of banana peppers. And we got cheese bread for free. Total was $47. This location is very close to my house. Overall it was decent. The taste wasn't great at first, but grew on us. The crust is good. My pizza wasn't any more done than my wife's - so not sure what "well done" means. The "light cheese" could've been lighter; and "double bacon" didn't look like any extra. My daughter did not get the extra side of peppers, but her sandwich was correct - so that's the main thing. And she said it tasted good. The cheese bread was good. The food reheats well in the microwave and air fryer. I have IBS and pizza usually destroys my stomach. So far after 25 hrs and eating it twice - no significant issues. That's a big plus for us! It may be that it appears that normal sauce isn't much at all. That may be the reason. Overall it was a good experience and we'll be back. If we'd gotten the peppers and more bacon, I'd probably given it 4 stars. read more

I'm from out of the area and have tried pizza from every corner of this country (and once in Thailand, but I don't recommend it), but the pizza we ordered here really hit the spot for us. We had the thick crust, Italian meat pizza and it was good. I ordered online and it was hot and ready when I stopped in to pick it up. I'd give the pizza an 8/10, the service was fast and friendly and if I had to name anything that could improve, it seemed just a little over priced for a pizza, not crazy over priced and I understand it's not pizza from Sams club, but maybe a dollar or too up from what I expected. Our thin crust Garden pizza would have been way better with fresh mushrooms instead of sad canned ones - those didn't fit the other "gourmet" toppings whatsoever. Marcos Pizza, Springdale. Paid for a pizza with a credit card used only for autopay bills. Sometime later, I received an email from the credit card company regarding a large purchase declined on that card.The day I went to Marcos pizza, that very night someone used my credit card to purchase a $4,000 airline ticket. This thief was so persistant he ran my card on 4 websites. This caused many of my bills to not receive payment. I had to cancel this card, track my bounced bills. Got the gluten free pizza and salad delivered. While the pizza and salad were ok, they were nothing to write home about and they were way over priced for the quality and portions ($10 higher than the local competitor ).
