We recently went to US Pizza in tontitown to meet our children and grands for Sunday lunch. We got there and they immediately told us they were low on cheese and the truck would t be there until the next day. I understand restaurants can run on certain items but all of their cheese was being rationed. We asked about them going to Harps or Sam's (both less than 1 mile away) and they said it wasn't restaurant quality pizza cheese. Or why wouldnt they use cheese from one of their other restaurants in the area? Why didn't they shut the doors after they used all the cheese rather than trying to ration it? One of the stupidest management mistakes I know. It doesn't give me much confidence they'll have what they need in the future. read more

Had this place recommended (to me) by an in-law - which given the source of reference - always find to be quite a crap shoot. Here's how I sum this place up: It's a middle of the road "ok" pizza place. Would I go there again if I had to? Yes. But I wouldn't be the one (ever) seeking this place out or putting on (my) go to list of places to go to. Pizza/salad combo lunch special: for the price, I thought it a good enough value for the money. The service to the place went well on this day...and they were a bit busy. For the food: Pizza: The crust texture was kinda ok, and the taste was kinda ok. But it was a crust that's intended to mimic a hand tossed - rather than being a real hand mixed/tossed pizza crust. The pizza sauce, was hardly present and couldn't taste it on this day. The sausage and onion toppings (did) taste good and fresh. However, something like the sausage. Isn't made in-house at all. The pizza itself is 6" for lunch...and I didn't measure...but it must've shrunk in the cooking process. I've never had slices so tiny - that they were kinda cute in how small they were. Salad: a real nice size salad for a lunch special. This place touts "World Famous" Italian dressing. Uhm.....no...don't think so. But the dressing is ok. One downer to the salad: fake bacon bits. You know....tye kind you think you're gonna break a tooth (kind). lol. This place; I wouldn't waste one of my prime time dinner times, on this place. But need a lunch place, it's ok for that, so long as you're not looking for anything, too special and better in pizza. read more

Service is bad. Lighting is awful. Pizza sucks. Constantly messes up. Hard no with so many good pizza places in the area.

Love the food but the service was poor. Oh- the water tasted like it was pond water! Our older server with a toboggan (bc I never caught her name) never gave a smile, never prebussed anything nor asked if we needed anything. Saw her come in from outside with her coat on. I will assume it was a smoke break. And then later was sitting at the food bar like she didn't have any tables that needed anything. Assumed we wanted our friends to pay our tab and looked irritated when asked for separate tickets. Surely she could find a more suitable job. read more

Find the Springdale facility as good as the original; have dined there on multiple occasions at various times and have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable and facilities are clean. (As I have said in other reviews, I typically don't like giving a review until I have been twice, especially if I had a poor or ok experience. Now that I have been twice, here is my review) I love pizza! Seriously, I could have pizza everyday of the week (and I have done such in the past and loved it every time. I even had pizza for 10 meals in a row and I still loved it every time!). My favorite is Chicago-style pizza. However, I like pizza from main chains as well (Dominos, Little Caesars, etc.) So, I do have a favorite, but I also appreciate lesser pizzas. So, going to US Pizza, I had it in the lesser-pizza category. Now having eaten it, I would put it lower. The salads I had were sub-par and I would encourage no one to eat them. The leaves were wilted, the bacon bits were fake, and the dressing was obviously not fresh, but from a bottle and tasted so. The pizza bread was too dry and not very flavorful. I have tried the supreme pizza and the meatza pizza. Both lacked any flavor. Sort of tasted like it came out of a frozen box from Walmart. I am sure they make it fresh, but having worked in a pizza place earlier in life, these pizzas tasted like the ingredients were not fresh (canned, frozen, etc). All to say: the pizza is not terrible nor inedible, but they are not really good. Then, after receiving sub-par food, you have to pay more for a server. I would rather order pizza from Dominos or Little Caesars with no tip than have to spend money at US Pizza. I sure wish it was good, but I cannot say that. Not recommended. read more

This is my favorite place to go for delicious crispy and flaky pizza crust whenever I visit Arkansas. I love their buffalo chicken specialty pizza which is topped with a mountain of cheese and chicken. The sauce gives the perfect kick and their drinks are prepared to give me the best mellow zone while eating, making for a great combination. read more

My daughter picked up a pizza while we were visiting a family member at the hospice down the street. Well, it was delish, it had artichokes, garlic, Italian sausage and it looked like sliced almonds. Service was absolutely horrible. They have young kids working here and they are clueless! The food took forever to arrive and one dish was brought to the table that was burnt. Went with a group of eight on Sunday after church. The place is clean, good lighting, has several wall mounted TV's to watch sports. The menu has pizza, salads, sandwiches. The food was good, I got the Reuben sandwich which came with a pickle slice and a bag of chips. It was a delicious sandwich. Service was good. Atmosphere is casual. read more

This is & has always been my favorite pizza in NWA. Visited Springdale location last night & we had great service & everything was cooked perfectly. The breadsticks are always a family favorite & we very quickly went through 2 orders of the 4 piece. Would definitely recommend & will be visiting again soon! read more

Not impressed. Best thing was the service. Hostess was nice and accommodating, server was attentive although busy. The food was poor. We ordered a lemon drop martini which called for grand marnier, but I can tell u there was not a drop of orange liqueur in it. Alcohol content was there but I think they replaced the orange liqueur with lemon juice. We ordered the cheese dip, which was terribly runny. It had no thickness to it, almost watery. We ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, waitress warned us about the sauces mixing at the center, no problem.... but one side was so burnt, I couldn't tell if it was burnt bacon or cheese. I ate most of the cardboard because I was starving. They get 2 stars because the employees were awesome, except, how can you set down an obviously overcooked pizza in front of people and act like nothing is wrong. Won't go back. read more

We've eaten at this location several times now, and I should have left a good review earlier than this. I'm prompted to now because I've recently found out I'm gluten intolerant, and their gluten-free pizza is great! I'm so impressed. They actually have many gluten-free items available, including salads, sandwiches, pizza, and brunch items. Also, there are 3 different options for gluten-free pizza crust. Was really looking forward to trying this location after eating at the Fayetteville location. Finally talked the wife into making the 30 minute drive that passes many other great pizza spots. Pretty disappointed in the service. The waitress forgot we were there and after she walked by us twice, we had to flag her down. Pizza finally came and it was missing toppings that we ordered, 1 slice didn't have any toppings at all, and their large pizza would be considered a small at any other pizza joint. One would think that at the very least they would make the 3 cups of ranch dressing complimentary, nope. While I miss having a beer, watching the sports on their TVs, and eating great pizza inside their doors, they have adapted to the COVID distancing better than any restaurant I know. Service staff is always friendly and prompt. The pizza is good. Grandkids enjoy going to make their own pizza. They bring the ingredients to the table for kids to make on their own crust. The kids also enjoy the dough ball given to play with while waiting to eat. read more

I was excited when I found out U.S. Pizza was moving to Springdale, and it has become a regular for our family. The pizza is really good, and in my opinion, the salads are the best thing on the menu (try the Salad Supreme). Plus, if you dine in and have small children, they have a pizza making station where they'll let your kids make their own personal kid-sized pizzas--which my kids love. The service is friendly and attentive. It's a great family atmosphere! read more
