Delicious pizza that even exceeded our expectations! Look, I have very rarely met a pizza I don't like, but typically you get to a point where you know what to expect from restaurant pizza, artisan/wood fired pizza, and your Pizza Huts etc. I was prepared for anything but we both absolutely loved it! They have several good pizza options and options beyond pizza if you're looking for something else. The atmosphere is definitely very family friendly and fun and approachable. Accidentally went in during the soft open without an invite. They accommodated us at the bar. Pizza was 6 stars out of 5. Service was 10 stars. Larry the manager checked on us multiple times. We have friends from Stillwater who rave about Hideaway. Hideaway Rogers soft opened last week but held their grand opening today and I must say I'm really excited because as a self-diagnosed pizzaholic, I cannot have enough good pizza! First though, the atmosphere is kitschy, but non-descript. This isn't a criticism though, just a fact. The service was excellent. The location is superb, right in the middle of Uptown Rogers. Granted it was their grand opening but no less than 3 managers stopped by our table to say hi. I absolutely enjoyed their enthusiasm because when someone loves where they work, it truly shows! Our server, Lauryn, was very kind and excited to be there! Now, the food. We ordered garlic knots and a large, hand-tossed Pepperonipalooza. The knots were good. Not the best knots I've ever had (that title belongs to Andolini's in Tulsa!) but definitely better than average. The star was the marinara sauce. That said I won't order them again as I don't think they were worth $10 for a 6 count. Maybe I'm just cheap and still living in 2019. ‍ The pizza though, was fire. Toppings aside, the cook was perfect. Undercarriage was crispy. Crust was so airy and crunchy but not annoyingly so. If I had to put a label on the pie, it's 60/40 Neapolitan/NYC pizza. The sauce had a great tang. The cheese was fresh and perfectly spread. And now the pepperoni: 3 kinds. THREE! Cup 'N Char (the best!), standard pep, and deli pep. So, so good. I absolutely cannot wait to try their super-thin bar pie. I'll definitely be back, sooner rather than later. read more

I've had Hideaway pizza for many years, especially back in Oklahoma where they've been around for quite a while. And then you guys opened one here in Northwest Arkansas. It's always very crowded and typically await, of course, but there's a good reason. It's always a great experience. The food is great. The customer service is great and it's just always overall a great time.. So happy you guys opened up a store here and it's the best Hideaway pizza I've ever had. Kudos. read more

This is a new fave pizza place for me! I liked that there were plenty of pizza options. 5 Cheese pizza and Maui Magic blew my mind away. In terms of the space, I like how spacious it is in terms of seating areas and the tall ceilings. I especially like the kite decorations. Visited based on the positive reviews and left disappointed. The pizza itself was good, probably would have been better if they had actually cut it into slices. We tore pieces to eat. Probably would have been better if we had 3 sets of silverware instead of only 2...there were 3 of us. Probably would have been better if we had a wait staff coming around to check on us so we could have asked for it to be actually into cut slices and an extra set of silverware. The service was awful. We asked to sit outside because it was so cold inside. We were told no. I asked why since others were out there and someone else took us out. Our server. We ordered and got our drinks. Then no one ever came back. There were 3 other tables outside so not sure why it was such an issue. My husband went inside after 40 minutes to find out if we could get refills and our food. A nice lady came out and explained our server left for the day. Um really? First of all the food when we have been here before is phenomenal. But the service is horrendous. This last time and it will be the last time I visit we sat at our table for over 10 minutes without anyone coming by. Maybe they were busy you may say. They weren't. Over half the tables and most sections were empty. In fact no less than 5 waiters walked past us without anyone even saying hi. Other customer came in after we had been seated, and they got their drink orders. So yeah never will we be back. In fact they only get the 1 star because the pizza is just that good. read more
