Stumbled into this place and glad we did. The pizza was delicious. Seemed expensive but hands down - most authentic Italian style pizza I've had on this side of the pond. Sauce was delicious and did not take over the pizza. The cheese was definitely "real" cheese. IYKYK and the toppings were good. Could have added a few more olives but there was enough to taste. Crust - well - that made the pizza. It was perfectly fired and crisp. Not too thick and not too thin. What's not to like about sourdough? One has to go the extra mile for that and Therein makes it all worth the price. Service was excellent. Refilled our drinks, checked on us and cleared the dishes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Con: we always like a green salad with our pizza. I didn't see any on the menu but maybe I missed it. We did not get the appetizers because it was more bread - but others reviewed them as excellent. I just don't think I'd have room for those and the pizza. If they were anything like the pizza I'm sure they're great. read more

Wow! This place is DELICIOUS. I came here with my mom and we loved how charming Ria Pizzeria is. The staff is great and they were able to provide recommendations for us. We got the bread, burrata and two types of pizza. My mom loved her marg pizza and I loved my pepperoni/sausage pizza. They have hot honey at the table as an option to put on top of your pizza. I've been slacking on reviews lately but I had to come out of my cage (doing just fine) to review this restaurant because WOW, loved it. I'm one of those people that typically feels like even mediocre pizza is good pizza, but I definitely give credit where it's due for great pizza. We dined here as they were still in their soft opening phase, so perhaps a limited menu and they were still working out some kinks with their software, but our experience was fantastic. Great vibes during the great weather and we were well attended to. We went with the classic Roni Pizza (and also tried the Ria and Margherita) and enjoyed it thoroughly. They had a bottle of hot honey on the table which is always a nice option to me but I was instantly hooked on their pizza oil, something that I haven't had elsewhere. Yall! Ria is possibly some of the best pizza I've had - in the country! Seriously, I move around a ton and have tried a ton of pizza because I LOVE pizza. My friend and I went here during a weekend night, they have a very clean restaurant (including the surrounding area/walk-up, area leading to the restrooms, and the restrooms themselves), calm (not overly sensory heavy, cluttered, or sparse), and artistic esthetic (cool art to look at, good music variety wasn't too low or loud, and nice seating arrangement). We're both vegetarian, they have ample menu options for both vegetarian and all the other toppings between vegetables (and animal).... I tried their pesto pistachio pizza which was an amazingly delicious balance, not heavy, not oily, not mushy. Straight-up delicious! I'm one of those that enjoy a REALLY crispy (like burnt-looking) pizza and they didn't disappoint on this aspect either. It was so dang good, we went back a few nights later and I got the same pizza again (the staff even remembered us)! On this 2nd visit I asked for the pizza to be well done again. The waiter could tell it wasn't to my preferred crunch and offered to put it back in the oven! Because I had already pulled it apart from the cut lines, they had to remake the entire pizza (this is the only picture I have, pre-re-bake, but the staff were able to share it with each other so it didn't go to waste)! The drinks were a good variety, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. They partner with two businesses during the daytime (I think the bakery is who supplies the dough but don't don't quote me on it); and the artwork on the walls are great conversation starters and for sale too! Being from Minnesota and loving Prince's music, I was also impressed by the giant painting in the entry/waiting area. They have this jalapeño-herb olive oil, and regular extra virgin olive oil on the table. The jalapeño-herb oil is perfect for dipping and enjoying with each bite if you like a little sweet-subtle spice heat (no, it's not "too spicy", and if you have a high tolerance it'll taste balanced perfectly with the aromas hitting you more than the heat! I loved it so much I bought a bottle of that too. Because I was only visiting the area, I had to bring my pizza to go, but it kept for the next day without getting soggy or gross during my road trip (unrefrigerated- in the passenger seat)!! I've been craving Ria pesto pistachio pizza since my visit a few weeks ago, and hope they either expand to other locations/come to DFW, or I can find ways to get there more!! The first time my wife and I went it was great. Then I took 2 clients there on a Monday for lunch and was told by the lady there that they were closed on Monday despite what the marketing said on google. So the next day I called and ask hours was told 11-2 for lunch. Today I took 2 clients there (who were looking for an establishment to host a 75th birthday party for her mom and friends) they had an "OPEN" flag on the wall next to front door. Walked in at 1:45 and was met at the door by a server who told us that the kitchen closes 15 minutes before closing. As a former restaurant /bar owner myself 15min before close takes revenue out of the owners pockets. It's easy to turn away business if your money is not on the line. I hope the owners address this. As not only have they missed out on 6 people they also passed up a party of 15. I will not be back. Total loss of 21 meals with drinks and positive marketing. read more

Best pizza in NWA! Everyone talks about Pizzeria Ruby which is good but they're missing amazing. Ria is truly phenomenal. It's a hike to get to DTR especially around rush hour but Ria is worth it.
