Should have gave me been my 1st thought of turning around and walking out. But we had been busy all day and it was Dinner time so we Ordered. What a waste of money. We ordered 2 14 inch pan Crust Supreme Pizza's. And 2 1 trip Salad Bar's So we had something for lunch on Sunday. We waited 35 minutes for the Pizza's. There was one woman in the back I guess doing Dishes. She kept getting on her Cell phone and standing by the wall. Then the Cook was on her Cell phone 2 or 3 times. Standing right where we could see her from the front. We used to really like their Pizza. But this Experience was AWFUL. I thought Supreme had Several different meats and then the Peppers, Onion a few mushrooms and a small amount of Sauce. NO this had Very Little Meat, Hardly any Cheese, All we could taste was the Mushrooms. I had to pick them off my Pizza. 25 pieces of Mushroom on 2 slices. The doorbell dinging with every person who comes in or leaves, the ambiguity about whether to sit down or wait to be seated, the waitress who seems very scattered and got drinks before bringing menus, the bathroom with the trash can on the opposite side of the room from the door, the boneless buffalo wings that are actually just popcorn chicken - it all screams small town pizza parlor. It's ok if you NEED pizza, but for the price it is not worth it. The sizing is small and the "pan" pizza is an inch and a half (1.5") smaller than what's advertised. The pizzas are thin crust, "pan" pizzas are regular thickness, and the only flavor is Parmesan lol. read more

I would not go here if this wasn't the only place to eat pizza in the entire town. It's mediocre. If you get a large pizza, for some reason your only choice of crust is thin. They have a salad bar which has ham, egg, and the lettuce is shredded usually sitting in a pool of water. It also has those fake, hard "bacon" bits; other usual vegetables, nothing special. The interior is lacking. Ugly décor to the point that it looks unclean. If Jim's offered delivery, they would make a killing since there are no restaurants in PG that deliver (except Dominoes in Farmington will go to PG). Never eaten anything but the pizza. Staff is nice but they all look pretty young and wear pretty much whatever they want apparently. read more

I had the spaghetti. It was the best spaghetti I've had in some time, including at true Italian restaurants. My friend had a sandwich and said it was good. I may tried the pizza sometime. I enjoy Jim's pizza, the crust is good and the sauce has flavor. They even will do my pizza "well-done" for me. As to the other reviews, I have eaten here many times and have never seen anything "dirty," the building is old but unlike cookie cutter chain restaurants this one has been around a while Also, the murals are cute. The staff is mostly young and changes often, but that is true of EVERY pizza place. Staff is always nice and Brenda runs a fine establishment. Lunch specials that are served quickly and are a fair price. Service isn't consistant...sometimes the waitress checks on the table 3or 4 times during the meal and others, you don't see her again after delivering the food until she brings the check. Items are on the menue that they don't offer at the Prairie Grove location because "nobody ever ordered it". If that is the case, the menue needs to be updated. Limited salad bar....could offer more ingredients and could be kept a little cleaner. The entire place could use a good over all cleaning....tables are sometimes sticky and have to be wiped a second time. An OK place to grab a quick cheap lunch, but nothing special. read more
