The experience on (01-29-26) We frequent this TRH quite often but haven't been in a while (they've never disappointed, it's just kinda far), but I felt the need to come to Google to share our experience tonight. I can easily say TRH is and has been our favorite restaurant for well over 5+ years. Tonight we had a one of the best experiences. Our server Kaylee was absolutely amazing, took care of us excellently and made this visit such a special one. She deserves ALL the praise for her hard work and great attitude towards hospitality. Food and drinks were absolutely divine, as usual. Their new additions to the menu were smart moves in my humble opinion. Just overall an amazing experience! We like Texas Roadhouse, but quality of food & service varies between restaurants. We had an excellent experience at this location. It was a busy Saturday night, with the bikers in town and Homecoming. The wait list was efficient, and worked fine. Our server, Tony, did a great job. He brought drinks immediately, checked on us often and took great care of us. The Manager also checked on us, more than once. We ordered the 16 Oz Fort worth Ribeye and Smokehouse burger. Sides were chili, steak fries and loaded baked potato. The steak was on the thin side, but tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. The burger was piled high, and delicious. All the sides were hot and tasty. One of the best Texas Roadhouse experiences we've had. read more

The food is okay. Steaks are decent. My biggest complaint is the staff keeps it so cold in this restaurant that it's hard to enjoy your meal! I just told my wife tonight we're probably not going to be eating there anymore strictly because of the climate inside . Yup I'm giving this place a 5star rating. I've been here twice and was very surprised how well run this restaurant is. The first time we came here was for my girlfriend's birthday party with a party of 8 and of course it was packed. So we waited on our table for 30 mins. But once we got seated everything was perfect. We ordered our appetizers and drinks and didn't have to wait for long before it came out. The food and service was outstanding. If your celebrating a birthday the waiters brings out a saddle and sing happy birthday to you while your waving a handkerchief. Fun times. The 2nd time we came we got here around 5pm and it wasn't as busy. We had a very nice waiter he's name was Hunter. Very good service we got and the food was delicious. I ordered the 14oz Ft Worth ribeye and I will say it was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely will be back to this place. Plus the beer is ice cold!!!! The food is excellent no matter which Texas Roadhouse you dine at. Yes, all Texas Roadhouses are loud. But Roger's TR had the music so incredibly loud I couldn't hear the staff unless I was in their face and I have excellent hearing. We walked in and the one of the two greeters had her head down and didn't see me. The second took our info and gave me directions to stand some where but I couldn't hear her. So there was a bit of confusion for the staff member who was trying to find us to seat us. The waitress was amazing and our drink and appetizer orders came out quickly. The meals were a bit slow to come and when they arrived my husbands chicken fried steak had no gravy. He mentioned to the staff member who brought out the food and she said "oh we ran out of white gravy and are making more, would you like brown?". My husband said he'd wait on the white gravy. The issue is delaying our order and then brining it out without all of the order. We should have been notified immediately and be given the opportunity to order something else. It just seemed to be more irritating with the excessively loud music, again more intense than any other TR. read more

This place is always busy if they are open. We stopped for dinner and had a great experience with Lexi. Started with a cactus blossom, salad well made with good blue cheese. We had steak, shrimp and herb crusted chicken, baked potatoes and of course the famous rolls. Everything was prepared well and cooked to our liking. What can one say about Texas Roadhouse? It is the most insanely awesome steakhouse I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. It is not super pricey either, for a steakhouse. But it isn't cheap, if you want the typical steak and 2 sides and a drink. It'll run you about 25$ for a 12oz ft worth ribeye with two sides (no upcharged sides) and a drink, PER PERSON. plus tax you end up about 60$ before tip (and tip is expected here, i believe? idk i always tip but some places they like EXPECT it so you need to calculate that before you price if you can afford it!) 20% tax on 60$ is 12$ so you end up paying around 72$ for a meal for 2. That can be a hurdle for many people, and that is totally understandable. I only get to eat here about twice a year. That being said.... IT is the most holy goodness of a steak i have ever had in my hecking life and my mom agrees and we both get different doneness levels. the meat is just the epitome of glory. If you didn't like a steak from here you probably have covid or something because like... I can't see how that could be humanly possible. Are you an alien? Who sent you!? It is the best freaking meat i have ever tasted in my life. Oh my gosh its so good. I worship at the feet of the glory of Texas Roadhouse grillmasters. But that's not all. I am thinking about wearing my noise canceling headphones when i go next time. But I probably won't because I don't want to get weird looks. But yeah, it's VERY loud in here like everytime i came in. The actual seats are comfortable but a the tables can be a little on the small side. I guess thats to fit more parties in the building. Idk. It's a bit weird tho, like ur table can be like 2ftx2ft like dang bruh what if i have a purse? lol. Anyways those are my only two complaints. The servers have always been exceptionally well mannered, and helpful. the food comes reasonably fast for such a crowded restaurant, and I mean it takes a lot to make me think a single meal is worth 75ish bucks... But Texas Roadhouse is the only place I've ever been where the answer is an easy Yes, it's definitely worth it. The Flavor outweighs the Cost. This was our first time to eat at Texas Roadhouse and it's now my favorite place to eat in all of northwest Arkansas!!! The portions were generous and the food was cooked perfectly and delicious!!! All the waitstaff were very friendly and efficient despite it being super busy. We arrived at 3:30 PM and were lucky to find a parking spot, had to wait 15 minutes to get a table, and it was noisy from all the people dining in it. Extremely long wait times. Way too noisy. It's basically an overblown Chuck E Cheese with more adults than kids and the way your steak is cooked can vary greatly depending on the location. Not worth a second trip. read more

Ordered take out. I won't go into great detail but the order was placed for 5:15pm on their site and texted me at 4:45 it was ready. By the time we got home with it it was cold. Not usually a fan of corporate restaurants, but this place is where our family, that lives in Rogers, loves to eat. I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived not too long after they opened at 3pm on a Tuesday. There were some people whom appeared to be waiting for a table, but they seated us right away. The hostess grabs a basket of roles as she takes you to your table. The rolls come with a sweet cinnamon butter. We ordered Lava Margaritas and Fried Pickles for starters. A delicious beginning. We had a variety of entrees with a porkchop, steak salad, a bacon burger, and a combo app. The food came out fairly quickly. Other than a side of rice that didn't have a great flavor, everything was good. Our server was personable. He checked on us throughout the meal. He didn't offer dessert though. Overall, a good menu, good food, good service. Go early. They are still a fairly new restaurant in the area and stay pretty busy. read more

Regular stop for us for years, and our now 20 something daughters. Read a review from a guy that gave it single star and said it was way overrated. Compared to what? Ignore it. What do you expect? If it's Ruth Chris , take your money there. It wildly over-rated and disappointing for the price you pay. (And I've been there on my dime , as well as a guest several times here and nationally). Texas Roadhouse value is excellent. The food quality is always consistent. Managers are always stopping and scanning for guest pleasure and making it right. Honestly, having lived in Texas fore than two decades, we typically avoid this chain. Not because we have not enjoyed our previous visits but because we have been to some of the iconic steakhouses. Ended up here because a relative really wanted to go. Enjoyed the friendly service and the casual ambience. Food was good, particularly the chili and the blackened shrimp. Me and my boyfriend used to love going here. It was always a contender for date night. But then we had a pretty bad experience. The first bad experience we were placed outside without being asked if that was okay. I get it maybe that was their only table open, but I feel like that's something you ask customers, if they'd rather wait for a table inside. Then our server wasn't very attentive. My boyfriend got a very rare almost raw steak, which was supposed to be medium rare. When I was finally able to get the attention of our server, it was taken care of but still very annoying. We didn't go back for a few months because we believed it was probably a new wave of staff that just needed some time. Well, we went back tonight and it wasn't great again. Again, we both get medium rare for our steaks and I can say mine was in fact not that. I really like the rolls and everything, it's just unfortunate that they can't get a steak right. We are absolutely over this place. The place for whatever reason is always packed...which baffles me because the food is pretty good but it's not that good. It's absolutely not exceptional enough for them to be so unaccommodating to guests. Don't let the operating hours fool you. They claim to be open till 11pm on weekends. But rest assured that come 10pm they begin closing. And they aren't ashamed to make sure you know it. We've never felt rushed or forced into close quarters with other guests at Long Horn. Which exactly who will be getting my $$ from now on. Go back to Texas, Roadhouse. New restaurant for Rogers. We had supper here on a Friday night. We anticipated a wait so had booked on waitlist at 3pm for a 5:30 time slot. Worked fairly out well. Only a slight wait for allll members of our party to arrive before being led to a table. NOTE for future reference: our party of 10 had to sit at two different tables across an aisle from each other as this restaurant doesn't put tables together. Also, no reservations- only option is to join the wait list early as possible upon opening the day of. The service was great and staff in the whole restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Our server was attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and prepared as requested. (Steak--med rare). Prices reasonable and portions adequate. Our party of five (5) was at the Texas Roadhouse in Rogers Arkansas 11/4/2023, we checked in using their on-line system (Texts) at 4:30, our party didn't get seated for almost TWO HOURS. I reminded the girl at the front several times that we had 70ish Seniors in our group, but she was obviously perturbed that we were even bothering her. The thing that really got to me was people, who seemed to know them got seats LONG after we had arrived, and we, just kept on waiting! In a time when Customer Service has become a belly laugh, Texas Roadhouse has proven they are no better than the rest. Once seated, we had to WAIT AGAIN for service at our table and for the food to arrive. It was a massive fail all the way around!!! Thank God we could pay at our table so we didn't have to wait for that too??!! I give the food a solid 2.5, I'm just sorry that we had to pay almost $200 for this mess of an evening. Some may have had a better experience, our experience was the opposite and if you have seniors in your group, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME FOR DINNER, PERIOD!!!! They don't respect or make any kind of accommodation for us!!! Just get us to a darn table UNDER 2 hours!!! Finally made it to Texas Roadhouse. Not a huge fan of chains but every time you drive by they are packed. Tonight was no different. First demerit is due to the fact, we wanted to sit at the bar and have a drink, whilst waiting on a table. But oh no, we were told you can buy a drink but you have to go to the waiting area to drink it. Um, no. So we ate there despite hating to eat at the bar. What happens if someone wants to just go in for a drink and watch sports on one of their like 10 tvs at the bar? I don't care how busy you are. The BAR is for DRINKING. Change your made up policy. Bread was ok. Kinda cold already when we got it so not soft. Honey butter ok. Salad was good. Had egg though which is unusual these days for a dinner salad. The ranch was great. Clearly fresh made as it was not runny whatsoever. Almost too dense but tasty My filet was cooked PERFECTLY and tasted great. The baked potato was huge, couldn't finish it. Hubs had a sirloin with mashed potatoes and grilled shrimp and a bowl of chili. Chili was good actually. I'd eat it on a cold day with an order of potato skins. Shrimp looked very dry but he said it was fine. His steak was over cooked but he ate it anyways. Drinks were high. Not sure it's somewhere we will frequent. Hour plus wait?
