This chili's was right across the street from the hotel.... Our Server Shelby ( I think her name was) did superb! We live in OKC and are visiting the area and the girls requested this for lunch.... First time trying this location. Started with the chips and salsa which came out with hot chips... Delish. Had a taste for a beer yuengling - also Delicious. The girls wanted chicken crispers and sliders... So the destroyed that. My wife ordered soup and salad... Also pretty tasty. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.. This place never disappoints. I usually come here with some girlfriends and have drinks. They have really good drink specials. Blackberry margarita is my favorite. I was here having lunch today. Got the 2 meal special with an appetizer and desert for only $25. It was such a great deal and I still have lots of food left over for dinner tonight. Everyone here is super friendly. It's been a long time since we've been here, so it's worth a new review. Good selection of beer on tap, but could have been colder. We started with chips and guacamole. The good, they were thin and relatively fresh. I like thin chips. The bad, they were pretty broken up, like they came from the bottom of a bin. The guac was ok, but kind of bland. Salsa was too vinegary for my taste. For the main course, cilantro lime carne asada. Again, good to bad. Meat was tender, and cooked just right. The best part of the meal by far. The black beans were OK. They lacked any real flavor, but I ate them. The rice, bad. It was dry, no flavor, and had quite a few crispy dry pieces. I did not eat the rice. Service level was best I've seen in some time. Although they were busy, we were seated relatively quick. My beer came without delay, and meal served fast. Our waiter was polite, and just attentive enough to make sure I didn't need anything, but didn't stop by every time I took a bite to ask if we were good. read more

This review of 2 stars is partly my own fault which I'll explain later. I'll start with a positive. I sat in the bar and Sarah did an very good job as my server. She is an asset to the establishment as I observed interacting nicely with the bar patrons. In regards to the food, I as was in the mood for a steak and the restaurant was walking distance from the hotel. After looking at the menu, I went against my better judgment and order the Classic Ribeye with grilled shrimp, loaded mash potatoes and steamed broccoli. Note to self, never order a ribeye at Chili's. While the loaded mash potatoes were good, the steak was below average at best. I should have ordered some more safe or driven to a steakhouse for a decent steak. Lesson learned. read more

I took my new friends who recently came from South Korea and they really enjoyed the Oldtimer burger with and without cheese along with the very sweet (less spicy) Honey-Chipotle Crispers on waffles! (Note: the Crispers on waffles was extremely sweet with the waffle batter made sweet and then the extra sweet barbeque sauce they drizzle over. So, if you don't like sweets, think twice before you order because the Crispers weren't that spicy either!) Unfortunately tonight a couple had 4 unruly children. 1 constantly screaming at the top of her voice while the parents ignored them as they continued to enjoy there meal while they were stared at by everyone. Unfortunately no staff approached to try to quiet the child or talk to the parents. It used to be when you went to a restaurant smoking or no smoking section. Now that smoking is not allowed I think they should ask children or no children section?. The food and portions was very acceptable. read more

I've been to this location a couple times. One time with friends and another time with my husband and child. PARKING/WAIT/AMBIANCE: They have a large sized parking lot surround in the restaurant. They have a front entrance and a side entrance (for pick up orders). Neither time I had a wait. With my group of friends we called a head, but we came during a weeknight and it was not too crowded. The time with my family we came on a weekend night, but it was during a icey storm, so it was not too crowded. Chili's has a casual, sports bar, family type of a vibe. You can come here with your friends, family, or buddies to watch a sports game. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have always had great customer service here. Very friendly and helpful waiters. FOOD: The food is pretty good and just normal. Nothing amazing. They have a good selection of items on the menu for everyone to choose from. Last time I was there (with my family) we ordered: Tableside Guacamole - yummy Two Beef Soft Tacos Kids Chicken Bites BBQ Bacon Burger Overall, I would come here again, but not super high on my list of repeat restaurants. read more

Awful experience. Half the restaurant was blocked off forcing a large crowd to wait around the entrance. My kids were surrounded by cigarette butts near the benches while we waited. Gross. Extremely long wait time. Waitress was not very friendly. Likely overworked and underpaid. I'd imagine it's difficult to keep employees if they can't seat happy customers quickly in the dozens of empty tables. Their tip depends on a happy dining experience and it's the managements fault that the experience sucked! Plus all the seats that were opened were all on top of each other, so it's not likely they blocked so many tables for "safety". Chili's it's not safe to have your customers wait in the parking lot. Sit them down so they can actually order a drink while they wait. read more

The first impression was hurt by the number of uncleared tables and food scattered about the floor. We were greet in a friendly manner, seated quickly, and the serving staff was very patient and helpful. The food was a mixed bag. The combination appetizer plate was pretty good especially the Southwestern eggrolls. The Caribean salad was also good but the 3 pieces of pineapple included were still so green, hard and sour that we couldn't eat them. The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was pretty bland and lacked depth. We also found the stem of one of the tomatoes in it. The Rib steak was closer to medium than medium rare. I like salt more than anyone I know, and the steak was too salty for me. And, the oil the "Home Fries" were cooked in was either very old, or simply nasty tasting. Not planning to go back as I believe there are better places to eat. read more
