I loved the entrance to get to the bar! Plus the welcome drinks, a great touch! The decor and aesthetic inside is so chic. A good variety of drink options as well. The light bites they have were delicious - I highly recommend the ceviche - great touch with the coconut! The service was very nice. I got the Lehu Floral drink - in my opinion it's more tart than fruity; but still enjoyable! read more

Callisto - Tiki Bars Near Me - Bentonville, Arkansas

This speakeasy was recommended to us by our tour guide. It is definitely a cool one from when you're in an art gallery seemingly alone to checking in, make sure to get a reservation. When they call your name you walk through a painting to the real party We were greeted with drinks and walked to the bar. The bartender gave great recommendations and made the drinks perfectly. The edamame was so flavorful as well read more

We were so excited for this place! We visited it around 8pm on 5/16/26. The establishment is gorgeous. You are treated like royalty, even greeted with complimentary champagne. The drink menu is massive and so unique and on theme. The food menu is small and is only small plates but delicious. Service was quick and attentive. We enjoyed our time there. Ambiance 10/10- so fun! Staff 10/10 Food 10/10 Drinks 8/10- too much ice Overall it's a fun place to go if you're visiting Bentonville (we are from oklahoma) read more

Been here two times and great experience each time. If you love bananas, I highly recommend Gilded Merchant. The Zombie is truly "curiously strong." I love the dark island theme and each bathroom was well decorated. The staff made my birthday memorable by showing me pics of their cats. Will absolutely be back! read more

The drinks are creative, complicated and delicious. You want to keep ordering them just to see what comes out! Food portions are small, but the flavors are big. Had a special green curry chicken skewer that was spicy, layered, fresh and high quality. The ambiance is unreal. From the secret door to stepping into a tropical oasis with a lounge vibe. Or server, Morgan was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations and menu knowledge. She even helped us find a breakfast place for tomorrow since we're only here for the night. read more

Meh. If you've been to a tiki bar, you've been here. The folks working here are nice enough.

Newest and most high end bar/restaurant in town. Their drinks are high quality and well prepared. We even saw our bartender throw out a drink when he sampled it. They care about what they serve here. Ambience is gorgeous and feels like you're in a big city. Perfect place for a date or friends. Reservations are recommended, but don't be afraid to walk in. They usually have space at the bar. New favorite cocktail spot! read more

What a phenomenal experience. To start, the restaurant is hidden away in an art gallery with a fun entrance through a hidden door. Once inside the decor is amazing - full Tiki theme and very well done. The ambiance is perfectly done. We came on a Sunday around 5pm which allowed us to enjoy some of their Happy Hour which runs 4-6pm. Around 6:30 it started to get quite busy so I was glad we came early. We tried many of the cocktails and all of them were better than advertised and the prices were more than fair - all cocktails were under $20. The food was spectacular as well. We had the beef and pork fat skewers, the fried chicken, the shrimp, and the poke (twice). Everything was 10/10 and I suggest if you are in or near Bentonville Arkansas you need to come give this place a try. It isn't cheap but the prices are very fair for what you get. I will definitely be back! read more

Lets just say that I came here 2 times in 1 week because I loved my first experience so much! I will say that a reservation is a must but its definitely worth it. This place 100% feels like a speakeasy and the art in the gallery is also beautiful and fun to look at. Once you walk in you get a glass of champagne and its a very nice welcome into the bar. I had made a reservation specifically for the bar but we were seated in a booth. As soon as I mentioned this to the host, they reseated us at the bar. I truly loved the attention to service. The other reason the service was amazing was our bartender Gael (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). He was super generous to share recommendations and trials of drinks we might like. (I ordered the Alphonso Mango drink because of this the next time I came here). Lastly, the drinks are all worth it too! They are nice and spirit forward with fun flavors. None of the fruits feel fake at all which I really like. I genuinely have enjoyed every cocktail I've had here and can't wait to make my way through the menu on my next visits. read more

Great atmosphere! The drinks were amazing and the staff was attentive, helpful and fun! Will definitely return next time I am visiting Northwest Arkansas. read more

Do your best to find time to make it here. I'm sure everyone says it, but this is the perfect portal to a tropical get away. The drinks are well balanced, good local beers, and the cauliflower dish is INCREDIBLE. The specials are really neat as well. I like the historical context you get with each beverage and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I used to go to a theme park tiki bar where I grew up, but this makes up for the class and ambiance that was always missing. read more

Had a great experience. Diego was an excellent waiter and was very attentive to my gluten allergy. Because of how severe it is, they weren't comfortable making me the squid, despite it being GF due to cross-contamination. We ended up having both the pork belly and steak kabobs. We absolutely loved the pork belly! read more

Callisto - Enjoying the Tropical Derby. It's a great drink if you don't like sweet. - Tiki Bars Near Me - Bentonville, Arkansas

If you're a local- you've probably heard the rumors about the hot new speak easy vibe bar in downtown Bentonville. All the great things you're hearing? Absolutely true. This place is AMAZING. Midnight art gallery turns into the most welcoming hidden bar. The staff is all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food and drinks are top tier. The menu offers a wide selection, and I haven't met a drink or bite I haven't loved. If you're local or visiting - I highly recommend trying Callisto. AMAZING!!! Food and service is incredible! The owner is amazing and Morgan is amazing server!! We will be back! Get the tiger steak and the coconut shrimp! You won't be disappointed all the drink we're just as amazing read more

The long awaited Callisto visit! Love the idea of a late night gallery/speakeasy for this sleepy little town! It's refreshing to have a reverse happy hour option as well. The gallery attendent was super accommodating as we had a last minute add to our party. The drink menu is extensive and while I appreciate many options, it became hard to make a decision when 80% of the menu is variations of a tiki drink. I truly enjoyed my selection in cocktail and was able to sit back, cozy up, and enjoy the midnight beats. No DJ was present during my reservation time, but I see the potential. The vibe was very low lit, velour and soft, with heavy wooden accents. The only weird part was the back alley exit...I can see that being an issue eventually. Overall, it was a strong 4/5 experience for me and looking forward to coming back for the food! read more

I fell into this place during a business trip to NWA. A friend and I were blown away by the vibe, drinks, and staff. Our server Cameron was extremely attentive and knowledgeable on both the drinks and food menu, funny too. He was also from New York. A fun escape with an integrated storyline. I enjoyed a drink in a smoke-filled treasure box. How could you not enjoy that! The food was also very good, small plates with big flavor, we ordered several to share.
