Spring Rolls ( Gi Cun)

Check out one of the top Vietnamese spots in NWA! Cute spot with plenty of seating & parking. Quick attentive service & food. Super fresh spring rolls with generous amounts of steamed shrimp or charsiu pork, served with peanut dipping sauce HUGE bowls of pho. My favorite is the combination that comes with brisket, tenderloin, & meatballs Perk - if you were here on business, they allow you to easily split the check and accept American Express.

As a Bay Area resident, much less as someone living in East Side San Jose, I'd like to believe that I know what a good bowl of pho looks and tastes like. Pho Kitchen is such an example. I wouldn't call Rogers, Arkansas the middle of nowhere, but you'd definitely be hard-pressed to find Asians here, so I'm happy to verify this place as Asian legit. The service and ambiance here is better than I've come to expect compared to what I'm used to out of Vietnamese establishments, so that's worth nothing before I dive into the food. I ordered fresh spring rolls, a bowl of beef rib pho, and Passionfruit drink. The spring rolls were pretty standard, which is probably compliment. The pho was also pretty standard from what I have had in the bay, but the beef bone was extra meaty and fell off the bone quite easily. I would've liked more of the other parts of the cow that they typically put in pho, but as far as the taste, this was it. It was good. The Passionfruit drink was refreshing and washed down the pho quite nicely. Now here's the bone I have to pick. Again, I live in the Bay Area. It's not cheap where I live. When I go anywhere, especially the Midwest, I generally expect lower prices. The bowl of pho was $20. A high end bowl of pho in the bah doesn't cost more than $18, so that's why this place isn't getting five stars. If it's because this is only one of two pho places in this region, it makes more sense -- but that isn't enough to justify it for me.

When we saw a local influencer post about this place on Instagram, we were excited to try it. My husband is Vietnamese and has very high standards when it comes to Asian food. We were both extremely happy with everything, and can't wait to go back. The place is clean and stylish, and the service was wonderful. Not a single complaint from us!

Love the brisket so tender and tasty. Soup just nice. Spring rolls are typical Vietnamese style. Veggies are fresh.

This place is a must visit! I'm in from LA and it's better than any pho I've had there or anywhere else. The service was quick and friendly, the vibes were clean and bright, and most of all the food was delicious. A gem of a spot!

It was a cold night in Northwest Arkansas, so Pho sounded good to me. I walked to Pho Kitchen, which was right next to the hotel I was staying at. PK - Signature Pho The broth was rich in flavor, brisket and short rib were tender! My only complaint was the rice noodles, as they fell apart every time I tried to pick them up with my chopsticks. With that, I could tell the chefs premade the noodles and sat out too long. I asked the server for some Hanh Dam (sliced onions with vinegar), and he said they don't use vinegar, he squeezes fresh limes over the onions instead topped with sriracha and hoisin. I said alright, I'll give it a shot. And I actually like it with limes! I over heard another customer saying the chicken wings were really good. So I might try that next time. Overall a decent Vietnamese restaurant in the Northwest Arkansas area.

First time here and thought it was great food and generous portions for the price. Will definitely come back!

Had the Chicken stir fry noodle. So good! The Pho is super good as well! Definitely recommend!

What an OUTSTANDING Experience I was in town for business and wanted to try something new. Looked at the menu on yelp and decided that this is the place I Wanted to try. Walked in during the lunch rush with a Completely Packed House, but was literally seated in less than a minute. Immediately Edwin our server took our drink order where I quickly spotted Boba and Opted for the Crème Brûlée Boba... Awesome choice Went ahead and ordered the drinks with an order of appetizer fried spring rolls.... Another Outstanding choice with the sauce not being overly sweet. When Edwin returned he took our main order where I opted for the B4: Lemongrass beef noodle and the husband decided on the F7:Combo Stir Fried Noodle. We also had to try the crispy chicken wings where we asked Edwin his suggestion and he stated "Definitely the Honey Garlic wings"..... OMGGGGG These Wings The meat was cooked to PERFECTION and had the best flavor where we thought maybe they marinated them overnight in a brine or something. Also, That CRUNCH..... OmGggggg That Crunch is what I will Forever fantasize over while staying crispy the whole time in that honey garlic sauce. Both of our dishes were also Amazing. I also ordered a Chicken Pho and fresh spring rolls to go because that was my Mothers favorite and I wanted to surprise her for dinner. She ate Every Bite. Right before we paid the bill I wanted a taro boba to go which was such a treat. From the time we walked into the door receiving Outstanding Service until we walked out of the door.... The Whole Entire Experience Was Absolutely Amazing. This place is a few hours from where we reside and I was supposed mail a document so I didn't have to make the drive, but honestly the food was SO Good that I decided to make the drive and hand deliver that document because I'm going to try many other things on the menu.... I Can't WAIT

I must say, I am impressed by this eatery. I have not had food this good in a while. My kids loved the garlic sesame wings as well as their Thai coffee. The service was extremely quick and helpful. The place was really quaint and clean. The decorations and seating were simple but very comfortable. Overall very high regards and I will visit again.

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo
