Tucked inside of a strip mall off of Thompson in Springdale, located by the Asian market, you'll find this gem. Small menu, lots of flavor. This will be a go to spot.

We bought 2 extra sides of pho noodles to add for 1.99 each. WORTH IT!

It's so different from the recent pho house as far as decor which both were beautiful. The pho was so good. Coming from a Pho-lover, I've had pho everywhere in NWA, I've never had veggie Pho and it was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and very humble. Service was great.

Chicken pho for my son, brisket pho for me, and some delicious spring rolls.

I am very excited to have a good pho place in Springdale. We have already been twice. This last time I tried their seafood fried rice to branch out, but HAD to sip some pho broth from my kid's bowl because it is just SO good! The fried rice itself was great, but sadly the shrimp was over cooked. I do wish they would shred their chicken for the pho. The chunks of meat aren't as tasty. But the brisket pho is my favorite! The atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a good date night vibe. Service is fast and friendly. Will be back for more!

Pho is just ok. They do not give much meat. The noddle and broth is filling. The Bo luc lac shaking beef taste like Reagar stir fry beef.

Super good pho! Very reasonable pricing for the amount of pho. The atmosphere almost reminds me of a boba shop type vibe

The filet Mignon Pho was just absolutely delicious. The broth adds so much flavor most definitely would recommend. We were greet and given our food quickly. The environment inside is so nice and relaxing.

There is little to no decor on the walls and the place just feels empty. On top of that it was also pretty cold in the dining area. Yes, I get that labor costs money but the little robot they use to bring out your drinks and silverware is pretty lame. We were sat less than 5ft from the counter, it probably took longer to load the two drinks and silverware onto the robot and tell it where to go than it would have taken to walk them to our table. The food is okay/average. It's not bad but it's not great. Prices seem fairly typical for the type/style of food.

I ordered pork spring roll and beef pho with round steak and tendon. I knew we weren't off to a great night when she said "we're all out of bean sprouts, is that OK ?" Well, no it's a bummer that a Vietnamese restaurant is out of bean sprouts at 6 PM, but here we are. I said ok, because anything I would eat there should contain bean sprouts so no point in changing my order. I paid for my meal and added a tip, and found a place to sit. In a few minutes, the little robot comes around with my glass of water and utensils. It also delivered Boba tea to a nearby table. I figured out that you have to tell it OK once you've retrieved your things, and it makes the kitty face and tells you thank you. Neat novelty; In a bit the robot was back with my pork spring rolls, which are terribly disappointing. With the absence of bean sprouts, the rolls consisted of only vermicelli noodles and Romaine lettuce, with some very unappetizing pork. I'm accustomed to char grilled pork in a Vietnamese restaurant just having that wonderful grill flavor, and this is overwhelmed with a sticky sweet hoisin based sauce. I munched on one roll. So glad I did not order a pork bowl. The pho was served, and the garnish was lime, jalapeño, and cilantro - no beans sprouts as we knew, no Thai basil, or mint or sawtooth. Broth was a little salty, but it was ok, certainly scratched my pho itch. I asked one of the staff about the pork, did it used to be more lemongrass flavored? She informed me that it had always been exactly as it was. And gave me a pretty good stink eye when I said it wasn't traditional (or very good.) I was not rude about it, but for some reason felt compelled to ask.

I came here after my day of work just to grab a quick dinner and this was just a calm that I needed after my very busy day. I really loved the music choice, it really put me at ease. (My best language is music) I went ahead and just ordered the vegetable stirfry with tofu and chicken with a three level of spice. I'm happy I got the three level of spice because if I gotten anymore, it would've likely been a little bit too much but, I felt like three was perfect for me, as I like spicy food. The food was plated perfectly, and tasted just as perfect. It was super fresh, very tasty and I could have licked the plate but, due to Public decorum and etiquette I did not do so. Although I did not necessarily get to eat at Vivace, in a way, I am happy that I did not this time because I found this new place... It will definitely be going on my favorite places. Bravo Siam team.

I highly recommend going on a weeknight instead of a weekend, as service can be a bit slow during busy times. The food is incredible. The Kao Soi is the standout dish on the menu and a must-try! I also really enjoy the crab rangoon and dumplings. You really can't go wrong with anything you order.
