My experience tonight was really 3.5 stars but no 1/2 allowed. I sat at the bar for a casual solo dinner and it was a solid choice. Quick and friendly service, chill vibe, and no wait for a table. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp Scampi and Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp. The scampi was buttery and garlicky with that classic Red Lobster flavor. The shrimp were tender but a touch overcooked, though it could use a touch more seasoning for my taste. The coconut shrimp were a highlight: crispy, sweet coconut coating with a nice crunch, and the piña colada dipping sauce paired perfectly without being too heavy. Made a confirmed reservation online for Christmas Eve. When we arrived we showed the confirmation with a confirmation code and she said their system didn't accept same day reservations even if it gives you a code. The food was disappointing, when I heard sea food boil I think SEAFOOD but it was a mixture of seafood and sausage which was still good. The service was good until two of my family members food were cold and one was even sent to the wrong table. And on mother's day I suspected the service to be up! The ambience was like any red lobster. I think the communication between the kitchen and the waiters needs to be tweaked. Otherwise the hostess and waiters cared, but the kitchen seemed not to. Red Lobster is always a nice place to stop for some seafood. I had the coconut shrimp today with a side salad. The salad is always cold and crispy. The shrimp was cooked just right and tasted so good. Our family favorite. The waiter was attentive, the place was busy so be prepared to wait a bit to be sat. We went here for a special 90th birthday and our group of 9 were given two great waiters who took great care of us. One was named Jasmine and I forgot the name of our other waitress. The drinks were good and the food all came out together. I really like my Surf and Turf dish. And prices were still reasonable for seafood. Yum. Went tonight for the time in years and had a great meal. It was my Dad's birthday and he wanted Red Lobster. We brought my two year old as well and everything went great. I tried the new Mariner's seafood boil with Cajun butter and it was delicious, the butter/sauce had great flavor. The shrimp lobster and crab were all great I also got a side of shrimp scampi because that's my favorite all of the food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. Well I use to love Red Lobster many years ago and then we ate there just about a year ago for our anniversary, I must say I really like the inside look very nice at least I think so. We ordered there steak and lobster combo really looking forward to it when our food arrived the first thing we noticed the baked potatoes were small and shriveled up like they were cooked two days ago and reheated and it did taste like that also, but anyway so what I was really looking at the steak and lobster to be good. But I was completely shocked and disappointed first the steak was just ok nothing special could have been better but after seeing that bake potato it looked better than that, taste was a 2 out of 5 took some home but the dog got it instead the next day and finally the lobster I can say it was the worse lobster I've ever eaten really uneatable like it was cooked in a pot of boiling water horrible just horrible and absolutely no taste all butter and seasoning couldn't save this poor little crustacean, the bright side is that soda was good and the dessert if I remember correctly. Sad to say I was looking forward to a good meal and unfortunately we were disappointed, oh well never again. read more

we visited Red Lobster at 79th ave and Bell rd on Tuesday afternoon. Our waiter was Joseph and he was wonderful! He helped my wife and I with menu selections and answered all of our questions. The food and service was excellent. The restaurant is clean and well-staffed and a great choice for lunch. I had the endless soup and salad and Cheddar Bay biscuits. my wife had the shrimp special and a salad. Joseph is friendly and has a great sense of humor. we will be back to visit soon! read more

We've had several different disappointing instances this last one was the last straw we ordered takeout I had a birthday reward and earned reward and a bonus card for five dollars off from buying gift cards at Christmas time the bill was $100 and they would not let me use my bonus card because I was using a reward . This place was so disappointing. The stuffed mushrooms were dry half of them were covered with the seafood stuffing and cheese. The biscuits were salty and overcooked. They started vacuuming beside me while I was still eating. The food was served cold now if you want a salad, it doesn't come with a meal. It's an extra six dollars after taxes. When we walked in, we should've ran out, had to stand and wait for a hostess, who finally popped up from sitting in a booth with a family to seat us .Now they have a side orders and premium side orders. You can't even get a side salad if you're spending over $50 on an entrée, you should be able to get a salad just don't waste your time or money. We came to Red Lobster this Monday to celebrate our 3 month anniversary as we got engaged here. As it was Monday we both ordered the All You Can Eat Shrimp. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits came out hot and fresh. The shrimp came out in about 15 minutes. Our second serving was ready about 15 minutes after we told our server what we wanted to try. Everything was great and our server, Lisa, was wonderful. She even brought us an ice cream to share to celebrate our anniversary. My mom and I just ate here for an early dinner. A few hours ago. We had to try the new seafood boils and the newly added drinks. The last time we were here years ago, it was not that great and pretty empty and food was not memorable and cold. It's hard to go out during the summer due to the heat, so most places are not very busy but this place was quite full! We walked in and were seated immediately, which was great. The waiter came over and he was really nice and went above and beyond on offering extra spices if needed after trying out boils. We agreed and were surprised by a small plate of it, and it was just enough heat to dip our food in. The food came out pipping hot and smelled delicious! Biscuits here are always a hit too, the drinks we had were good but once we started on the Mariners Boil, we stuck with water since we preferred it due to the fruit flavored cocktail mixing with heavy spices, which is just our preference. In hindsight, we should have tried the margarita flight, but next time we definitely will! Portions were huge so we got our leftovers to go. As we were leaving, we saw more families coming in and a lot of pick up orders going out. The waiters and waitresses were all friendly and seemed to be on top of everything despite, which is always a good thing. I had forgotten they offered military discounts but I told the waiter it was fine without after my mom mentioned it. I'm not sure why I haven't eaten at Red Lobster more over the years, but that is about to change. I took a dear friend to the Peoria location for lunch on a Tuesday. They did a solid job of making me want to return, and that isn't always easy. Host and server were both very pleasant and accommodating. Food was delivered HOT, and the servings were very generous. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The only miss was the server didn't check back to see if everything was good after delivering our food. Thankfully, it WAS all good. It's been years since I've been here and my boyfriend had never been so we had to come. We got the meal feast and it came with everything featured but there are other options and it was so filling! So my family and I came in last night on 12/1/23 around 7:30 pm to celebrate my birthday. We usually go to a barbecue place but this year I wanted something different. Am I glad we came here . The food was freaking awesome.pops and me had the endless shrimp, wife and sister had shrimp Alfredo, mom had salmon , brother in law had surf and turf and son had from everybody. It was a great experience. But what really made it for us was the service that we received from a gentleman named " Jimmy " he was on point from the very beginning from our drinks , to the food , to the breads throughout the meal . Our last trip there (Peoria AZ/Arrowhead location) was disappointing on so many levels. The prices continue to rise and portion size continues to shrink. Dinner salads are now only available as a "upgraded" side. Service could best be described as "adequate", and to make things worse, they have removed the Ziosk table top devices, This means that they no longer accept "contactless" payments (including Apple Pay), but worst of all, it means that we have to suffer through another slow interaction with the wait staff to effect payment for the meal. I asked about the disappearance of the Ziosk devices and I was given some mumbo-jumbo about "too much fraud". I find that incredibly strange, as many other dining options have the Ziosk devices on their tables and none of them are pulling them because of "fraud". In fact, I have seen the number of other dining options add the Ziosk devices to facilitate table turnover, not to mention removing the obvious security concerns that come with a waiter/waitress taking my credit/debit card to the back room to process the transaction. We will not be returning for the foreseeable future... there are far too many other options for dining out for us to have to endure this treatment. read more

It's Red Lobster and you get decent food and good service. We had a bit of a wait but it was dinner time so to be expected. I got the Baja shrimp bowl which is new and hubs got filet mignon. The food was really fresh and perfectly cooked. We love the cheese biscuits and were brought out plenty. The food arrived pretty quickly after and was really good. The bowl was a lot bigger than I expected and had a lot of mini shrimp. The steak was good perfectly and overall a great quick meal that's easy on the wallet.
