Texas Roadhouse is most definitely a chain restaurant but with that said, I have an idea of what is expected here. The server was great. The ambiance is as always very western themed. The food is what I expected. Not the best ever steak but an expected quality. I had a good time.

Texas Roadhouse has always been our go-to restaurant, and we've had a lot of great meals here over the years. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the staff is friendly enough, making it a comfortable spot for a family dinner. That said, the last couple of times we've visited, the food hasn't been as good as we've come to expect. The kids' meal cheeseburger buns were burnt and very dry -- definitely not what you want to serve little ones. On the bright side, the California Chicken was really tasty -- cooked well, tender, and full of flavor. We still love the vibe and hope these issues are just a fluke, but lately the food has been a bit hit-or-miss.

I believe this location is the newest in the Phoenix Metro area. It's an ideal location due to the stadiums being near by. Not to mention the eventual opening of the Vai resort and mattel adventure park. Sporting events, concerts being in a lot of in towners. Which makes this Texas Roadhouse unique, in my opinion. The vibes here are exceptional. The food is the same great quality you'd expect steaks cooked to perfection. I want to extend a great appreciation to our bartender Felicia for being so attentive in every way possible. Great service.

This was our first time at this Texas Roadhouse location we came here thanks to their 2pm opening time (an hour earlier than the others in the area) for a Thursday afternoon at opening it was busy. Numerous cars of people waiting at 1:55 for the doors to open. Trust me it's worth it. We were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. The restaurant is your typical Texas Roadhouse with western theme decor & music. Our server Dre was spot on making sure drinks were refilled & food to our liking. We are creatures of habit & we both ordered the 16 oz prime rib (perfectly medium rare, melt in your mouth deliciousness) with steak fries, hubby had the side of chili (we love dipping our fries in it so it comes out with our meal) I had the side of mixed vegetables (buttery delicious) everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you Dre & Texas Roadhouse staff for another great dining experience.

One of the best servers (Anna) and best steaks (bone-in ribeye) I've ever had. And I eat out a lot! Anna was the only bartender serving not only the bar where I was at but also bar tables and making drinks for the entire restaurant. Somehow she was on top of it all, remembered my name, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She also talked me out of the last piece of prime rib which was well done... Much appreciated. Thank goodness because the bone in ribeye steak was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can just tell this place is managed well. Kudos!

Since when did Texas Roadhouse start cheaping out on chili? Half empty portions? Really? I get it everything has exploded in prices but this is not how you treat your patrons, half ass empty portions especially when you raise your prices astronomically. This isn't good business and this isn't over. It's just the beginning.

Shows my food was not ready at 5:40 when it was supposed to be ready at 5:30

Ordered food at 4:45 for 5:30 pickup. Food was not ready for extra 10+ minutes. Staff didn't seem to care and when I asked about what I get for discount the staff went to ask. After 5 min of waiting just took my order and left. Very slow and crappy service. Spend your time and money at a restaurant who cares.

We decided to try it today for Mother's Day and it was the worst decision ever. I placed my order on the app on Saturday afternoon, for pick up on Sunday at 4:15 PM. I got to the restaurant at exactly pick up time and there was almost a dozen people standing in the waiting area. I finally got up to the counter and gave the girl my name, and she turned around and looked at the table and then said we're working on that. I was very aware that it's a holiday and it was going to be very busy, so I walked in with patience because I knew that I would probably have to wait a little bit. The same couple of people stayed in the waiting area, but there were several that were coming in and out and picking up food as well. It was very confusing. One gal finally walked up and asked for an update on her order, and the girl behind the counter said that they had to fulfill all of their dine in orders first, and they were just now getting started on all of the go orders. I cut in and said, how is that fair to everybody who placed pick up orders for an exact time? Some of us have been waiting here for almost an hour. The girl looked at me and said that they were doing the best that they could, and it's like this every year. If it's like this every year, why aren't you changing and adapting to better suit the needs of the customers who are coming to provide business to you? If it's the same every year, clearly something is not working and there needs to be changed. The girl did not apologize, there was no manager out there to help her at the counter, or reassure the customers that their food was coming. There was zero communication. I finally got my food after about an hour of being there waiting. I was very close to canceling, but it ended up coming out. Mind you, I had a homemade cake in my trunk that was melting. When I finally got to my destination where my family was, we didn't have barbecue sauce, and all of the food was room temperature at best. What a terrible experience and a waste of $100.

Our waitress was exceptional helpful. My wife got pulled pork sandwich. This is always a go to for her. She said her sandwich was good. I got a chicken sandwich. It was also very good. The place was clean and they have rearranged the tables some. The only down side was you no longer get two sides with a meal. I thought the extra you pay for the side was high. Yes I will go again.

This meal was a satisfying all-you-can-eat feast that balances quality meats, traditional Korean side dishes, and crowd-pleasing appetizers, topped by superior service from Jimmy. From the moment the food arrived, the presentation set the tone. The table was quickly filled with colorful banchan (Korean side dishes), including kimchi, cucumber salad, bean sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, and potato salad. While these sides may seem simple, they play an important role in Korean BBQ, providing contrast to the rich grilled meats. The kimchi was fresh and vibrant, with a bright red color with plenty of spice and fermentation. The appetizers looked like a strong start to the meal. The japchae (glass noodles) were well-seasoned, offering a slightly sweet and savory flavor profile. The gyoza had a crisp golden exterior, suggesting a satisfying crunch before giving way to a savory filling. One standout appetizer was the corn cheese--a bubbling skillet of sweet corn and melted cheese that looked indulgent, comforting, and impossible to resist. The fried chicken also deserves mention; the crispy coating was perfectly golden and paired with a vibrant dipping sauce that added a sweet-spicy kick. The real star, however, was the barbecue itself. The platters of raw meat has excellent variety, with beautifully marbled cuts that promised flavor before they even hit the grill. Steak, in particular, was thick-cut and rich, tender and well-marbled. Once grilled, the meat developed an appealing caramelized exterior with just the right amount of char. There is something uniquely enjoyable about cooking your own food, sharing dishes, and pacing the meal at your own speed. The tabletop grill becomes the center of the dining experience, encouraging conversation and making the meal feel more like an event than simply dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere appears casual, clean, and focused on the food. The grill setup was well-integrated into the tables, and the overall dining area looked comfortable without unnecessary distractions. The emphasis remained where it should be: on the endless flow of food. For the price point shown on the menu, the value appears excellent. The combination of unlimited appetizers, numerous beef and pork options, seafood selections, and traditional Korean side dishes offers plenty of variety. Diners can sample multiple proteins and flavors without feeling restricted to a single entrée. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned Korean BBQ enthusiast, this is a meal worth gathering friends and family around the grill for.

The waiter showed up looking like he was being held hostage for having to work. I figured everyone's had an off day so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let him know we had not been here before and asked if he could make sure to explain how it works. I got a mumbled answer about how many pieces you can order at a time. I asked how we will know what each meat is, is it labeled? He said no he'd tell me. The rest was frustrating. Not only did he set the meat down and literally dash away as fast as possible, if I asked what it was I was met with annoyance. When I asked for some forks, for a table of 9, he brought exactly two and then disappeared. When I got up and found someone to ask for forks, I was told I HAD to get those from my server. When I asked if they could just go grab some since he disappeared and wasn't coming back, I was told no. We had to ask him. I finally asked directly if the host could just let our waiter know. We got the forks and after that he seemed to come around more but we just felt like the entire time we were guessing on how it worked. I mean, it's not rocket science I get that but as a table full of people who worked in the restaurant industry (and some who currently still do, even one who's family owns a restaurant) we were scratching our heads at how BAD the service was. $400 later, not worth it even a little bit. It was fine for my daughter's birthday but we just felt like we were bothering the waiter the entire time. They add gratuity to large parties and now I see why. He didn't really need to try, because he was getting the tip regardless I guess.
