We went to Red Lobster for their endless shrimp. It was so good. Our waiter was very attentive and refilled our shrimp before our plates were empty. She kept it coming our way all night. You can order 3 types of shrimp for your first round and then when you're running dry, if you'd like more just tell them your refill type. You can choose between the coconut shrimp ( my favorite), shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, Walt's favorite shrimp (like fried shrimp) and Mary Me shrimp. You also get one side. I upgraded to a Caesar salad which was yum! And you can't beat those cheddar bay biscuits. Not sure how long the endless shrimp deal is (it's $24.99 per person). WOW. Where do I begin. I have never tried Red Lobster before but I saw a commercial and decided to give it a try. What a mistake! We order lunch when they first opened via Uber Eats. We order the following which was so salty we couldn't eat it. Lobster Artichoke Dip Admirals Feast with hush puppies and mashed potatoes Biscuits Coleslaw Garden salad. Lunch was over $70.00. We called the restaurant 3 times and asked for a manager. We were transferred 3 times and it went to voice mail each time. Then calling back the 4th time a man answered (no name given) and had no care to listen to us. He said we can request a refund by Uber Eats. Well Red Lobster made the food and took NO accountability for the salty mess we got. NEVER EVER.....will I ever order from here again.Maybe train your staff better! More staff than customers. Noticed few staff members vaping by the kitchen server area. Waited 50 minutes for our order and nothing, we finally walked out. Staff member ran after us at the car and said the food just came out, told her they should eat it. Manager walking around clueless no idea what problems he has going on there. One and done. I do enjoy Red Lobster every now and then. I pretty much go there for the biscuits and the clam chowder. Those are just constant winners for me.... as for the service, it could use a bit of a help in that department. We had the pleasure of having a delicious meal at the Boynton Beach Red Lobster and had the best waiter in the world. Bertram was the most attentive waiter anyone could ask for. We even asked if the music over the loudspeakers could be lowered and the restaurant obliged. The portions were very substantial and everything was fresh. The biscuits are also outrageously good. I like this location as I've came many times before. Never had an issue. This time was different though as it was our first time sitting at the bar and ordering food on a Wednesday night. Place was not crowded, we were the only couple at the bar. Everything started off smoothly except for our mussel appetizer. It came, we ate, but 1/2 of the mussels weren't open. I told the the bartender and he said NOTHING! He just grabbed the plate and walked away. No sorry about that, no I'll bring out a fresh one, no let's take this off the bill, no nothing. Not sure what happened there. Our food quickly came out by a food runner. We ate and it was good. We were full. Bartender then brings out the mussels, same ones from before except it's open. The sauce seems already dried up. Did they just pop this in the microwave? It's seafood and we did not want to get sick so we did not touch the plate. Still was charged for the 1/2 appetizer. Lesson learned, running away from that server next time. The Lobersterita drink I had was very good. It's big and will fill you up. Does anyone work here? Entered at prime time (between 6 and 8pm) for dinner on a weekend night. No one at the host stand. Decided to sit at the bar for dinner with other patrons. No bar tender. Waited 10 minutes, someone delivered food for another person at the bar and says they'll be with us shortly. Another 5 minutes goes by, nothing. 15 minutes, no water, no drink order, no apology, nothing. No wonder this place is going out of business, and through bankruptcy. There's no one even around to take your money you're trying to give to them. The only two employees we saw the entire time, except the person who delivered the food at the bar, were sitting at a booth chatting. I can't believe this mid priced chain deserves 5 stars. I am still amazed !!! Four of us decided to have dinner at Red Lobster. It is located in an easily accessible location with very ample parking. The interior has an upscale decor , nice dim lighting and clean. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Drinks and their famous biscuits arrived quickly. We ordered the Surf and Turf and our friends ordered the Two Lobster Tails both from The Lobster Feast menu. Delicious is an understatement !! Quick to seat arriving around 5 pm on a Sar. We ordered quickly due to being hungry. Orders were out so fast! The cheesy biscuits were so good, we ate 2 each before getting our orders. Isn't that always the problem? I was full after my salad. Our only concern was that everything was highly salted, including the biscuits. So, that just made us drink more water, and so on... I went there for lunch at 1 PM to celebrate my birthday. The lobster bisque that we got was cold and had a different flavor. Not sure if they've changed their recipe. I ordered the endless shrimp as they had a special going on. It took an hour for us to get our food. I noticed that I was missing the dragon shrimp, which was one of the reasons why I wanted to try it. when The waiter came back I told him that I didn't receive the dragon shrimp. After a while when he came back, he said that we ran out today. After maybe 10- minutes, another waiter came up to us and said he would be taking over our table. I explain to him about if I would've known that the crispy dragon shrimp wasn't available I would've ordered something else he suggested I order the shrimp Rangoon. Then he came back and said they were out of that. The second waiter did try to make up my disappointment. He did bring out the cake with ice cream. Which I did have a reward for as it was a birthday reward. Then again, another 20 or so minutes went by and we are check. Then I think the manager came out asked how things going on. Did not hear one apology. I'm sorry for that experience nothing she asked me what I wanted and I said just give me the check. It is Red Lobster so you know what you are getting. A cold crisp salad, awesome cheddar bay biscuits, and decent shellfish ( I have never tried anything else here). The sides are not the greatest as far as quality or taste and it isn't cheap. I usually only come here for Endless Shrimp but we were all craving biscuits and I was too lazy to make them myself. We all ordered the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. A lobster tail, snow crabs, shrimp scampi, and a wood fire shrimp skewer were my choices. Lots of butter makes everything better. Our service was average. Our server did not check on us and my snow crabs required the shell cracker. I had to wait and eat them last and by then they were cold.
