Half-Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger Seasoned French Fries
Kathleen A.

This is our local go-to spot after church. We were seated right away, which is always a plus. We ordered the French onion soup and the half-pound cheeseburger with fries. Our drinks were right on point, and so was our server. It was a nice, quiet experience

Renegade Sirloin "6oz"

Got a 6 oz steak for take out and opened the take out box and found it to be a little small. Decided to take the scale out and weigh it by ounces, turns out it's only 4 ounces so if you decide to get the 6 oz or the 8 oz subtract two from both and you'll know what you're getting, rest of the food was great little disappointed. If all their steaks are like this for the 6 oz renegade wouldn't this be false advertising???

Supposed to be the medium Filet.

Ordered 3 steaks and they were all wrong. Appetizers never came out. The filet was supposed to be MED came out well done on the second time around. Barely saw our server because everyone else was running the wrong food out.

My daughter and grandson outside Longhorn for graduation dinner

Typical longhorn decor. The graduate wanted a steak. A steak he gets. The food was good. The graduating celebration was fun and full of laughs. Staff was attention to the group of 14. They kept things flowing with everyone's request.

Longhorn Steakhouse is a casual dining restaurant founded in 1981 on Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia. The restaurant adopted a western theme to hide that it was once an antique store and before that an adult store. The restaurant became successful because patrons like to stop by for food after drinking at a popular pub across the street that had a limited food menu. In the 1990's Longhorn started franchises south before expanding to the Midwest, Southwest, and Puerto Rico. In 2007 Darden purchased Longhorn where it is part of their restaurant portfolio that includes Olive Garden, Cheddars, Yard House, and Bahama Breeze among others. My friend was in town and suggested we meet here for lunch. I haven't been to Longhorn's in years but I remembered their wonderful chicken salad well. This location was clean and welcoming with a cozy and rustic ambiance with Western-themed decor. The atmosphere is designed to evoke the American West. On a week day they had a fair number of people but it was not overly crowded. Shortly after sitting down we were brought a complimentary loaf of their warm bread. LongHorn Steakhouse is renowned for its selection of hand-cut, seasoned, and grilled steaks. They offer various cuts, such as sirloin, ribeye, filet, and New York strip, cooked to your preferred level of doneness. The steaks are seasoned with LongHorn's proprietary blend of spices. In addition to steaks LongHorn offers a diverse menu with options for chicken, seafood, salads, and appetizers. The restaurant has a full bar with selection of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to complement your meal. We couldn't resist ordering the Texas Tonion, one of their most popular dishes. It is a Texas sized portion of fried onion petals seasoned with Prairie Dust served with ranch and their famous Tonion sauce which gets its zip from horseradish. Longhorn has several budget friendly lunch specials. I ordered the 7-Pepper Sirloin Lunch Salad ($10.99) made with grilled sirloin with 7-pepper seasoning, diced tomatoes, croutons, and crumbled blue cheese. The perfectly grilled tender steak contrasted wonderfully with the crunch of the fresh, crisp vegetables. I love their honey mustard dressing which I drizzled on top. My salad came with a side, soup, or salad and I picked the rich French Onion Soup loaded with tender onions and topped with gooey cheese which made for a filling and hearty meal. We received a welcoming vibe and attentive service and from Jayln. Our lunch was both delicious and a good value. I recommend Longhorn Steakhouse for steak enthusiasts or anyone looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable atmosphere. .

Mixed Greens Salad

I'm impressed with their steak, their price is about the same as Outback but their quality is closer to real steakhouses. The salad is very fresh, good portion, their blue cheese dressing has real chunks blue cheese. Outback's lettuce in salad is brown sometimes. The steak was cooked to perfection. It also comes with good sized bread and butter. The only complaint was the small portion of the rice.

Spent 28 bucks on a full rack of ribs that look like they came off the kids menu. Salad and potato were good.

The filet is their best steak that I've had. The Caesar salad is very good. I would definitely recommend the shrimp and steak combo

They have a really nice outdoor seating area, complete with heaters when needed. We chose to dine inside. The vibe inside the restaurant was kind of a boho rustic feel, and I really liked it. Soft lighting and music really set the tone. We were immediately greeted by our server, Gustavo, and given our menus. We don't drink, but they had a nice selection of drinks, cocktails and spirits. We decided to start with the sweet and sour cauliflower. It was absolutely delicious! Cauliflower battered and fried and tossed in a sweet and sour sauce. For our entree we shared the 44oz Creekstone ribeye. It was served with charred broccolini and and a fried airy potato side dish that was out of this world! The steak came sliced and off the bone, so it was perfect for sharing. It was served with 3 toppings; a horseradish sauce, a balsamic glaze, and delicious mixture of sliced peppers. Our steak was cooked perfectly, and seasoned well. We did not have dessert there, as we had a birthday cake at home. And I feel remiss that I didn't even look to see what they had. Overall, it was the perfect place to have a romantic, celebratory dinner! Thanks Driftwood. *Just a Note ~ I found it odd they added a 20% tip on a 2 top table, and I was glad I noticed it on the bill before we double tipped.

A few of the things I liked.. - Fruit juice used for mixers is made in-house fresh daily. The drinks are creative and made well. - The sweet and sour cauliflower, the sliders, the chicken and dumplings. - Servers are always knowledgeable and attentive - indoor and outdoor seating with fans on a warm day. Upscale vibe with dim lighting. - plenty of parking A few I didn't.. - The fish dip was just ok - the fried part of the southern fried chicken while juicy on the inside, lacked flavor - the up charge for almond vanilla milk in the espresso martini without being told up front of the added cost -the steak tartare happy hour portion is 1 bite-sized piece. Just offer the normal sized portion for a reduced happy hour price as opposed to 1/4th the portion for 1/3rd the price. Overall I would say every experience is good but not great. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try and seeing if you agree with my review.

Don't sleep on Boynton Beach - cocktail bar vibe, hiding in plain site in a strip mall... this gem is chef inspired and simply amazing. We tried the wood fired asparagus served on toast with a gooey egg and then the pork belly grilled baby bok choy and both had me in the happy chair dance. Although steak definitely makes sense with a wood fire concept, instead we tried the lamb rack served with a mint sauce combo that has you cleaning the plate and local pompano served curry lite with wild mushroom (delish)! If you are a foodie make your way here. This was a spot where one (or is it just me) considers maybe we order everything to try? And we left the fun for another time. I have my eye on their spiced lamb bolognese and another amazing cocktail. The cocktails are mostly milk fat clarified which adds yet another fun twist to a new fav spot! Make a reservation and if you are in the area during the day it is a solid cafe. This is how I found it to begin with! Nom nom nom - enjoy

It's like sitting next to a warming fire. This time we tried the grilled asparagus, the grilled baby bok choy with pork belly and gorgonzola (our favorite), the luncheonette burger with crispy fries, the double cut pork chop with grilled cabbage and pickled mustard seed, and the waygu lamb (I know, a lot of food!). Everything was fantastic but the burger initially came out a bit undercooked (we ordered it medium) so they cooked it a bit more and quickly brought it back. I thought the lamb wagyu was a bit light on the meat, the pork chop was amble and laid out nicely on the plate. We also tried the watermelon tequila drink (very refreshing and not too sweet), an old fashioned, and they have a good list of wines. We love the big cube in cocktails. I don't know how they got them to be so clear. The bar tender was great and the cooks were working very hard. The owner always comes by to say hello and chat. Second Rodeo varies the menu.
