Unbelievable food and service! We hired them to cater a birthday party. They arrived on time to setup a delicious buffet of ribs, chicken, pulled pork, potato salad, collard greens and baked beans. Everyone at the party raved about the food! Would absolutely use them again. Best BBQ.

    One way in & out.

I have heard about Bill Ceasar's BBQ for months & then I finally had a chance to stop in and try his famous jerk ribs. This is a takeout place with a unique setup. You just pull into the parking lot and you get on the line of the cars that are ahead of you. Simple and easy. You just wait in your car until a masked employee comes up to you to take your order. Then you wait as the cars ahead of you pay and pick up their food. There is only one way in and one way out. I was there on a busy Saturday afternoon and I wasn't there for more than fifteen minutes or so. They have a system in place and the staff is well organized, sharp and they are very friendly. I believe they started in a food truck selling their BBQ behind their church many years ago and now they have a growing business that does catering and they have worked with a few sports teams in addition to being an official vendor for the superbowl. I was looking forward to trying authentic jerk ribs. I love Jamaican food and I love BBQ, so I was really happy the day I went. It wasn't Jamaican at all but it was delicious. I didn't care for two of the sides I tried. The macaroni and cheese was dry and was missing the creaminess I was expecting. When I had a bite of the baked beans the first thing I tasted was an overload of maple syrup, at least that's what it tasted like to me. I could be wrong about the syrupy taste, maybe it was honey. I really have no clue, I just tasted syrup and couldn't eat them because they were just to sweet for me. You may love them but for me, it was a hard no. Now, the bread pudding had that same maple syrup flavor as the beans, but it worked well as a very sweet dessert. Even though this didn't seem like a traditional bread pudding, I did like it & would order it again. The famous jerk sauce was more like a mustard based BBQ sauce and it was yummy. It didn't taste anything like jerk, at least in my opinion anyway. The sauce is tasty with a slight kick to it. I actually liked it a lot. I went with the jerk rib tips which are cut up pieces of their regular ribs. Be careful eating them because they do have bones. The rib tips were freaking amazing! I asked for the sauce on the side because I wasn't sure if I would like it. Next time they can just dump the sauce on the ribs because it is that good. The meat was cooked perfectly and I wouldn't change a thing. I also ordered a chicken sandwich with the sauce on it. It was weird because what I thought would just be a piece of jerk chicken on a roll turned out to be one slice of white bread with huge pieces of chicken on top. Pieces of chicken on the bone. It was really not a sandwich but the chicken was moist and juicy and just delicious. The sauce was perfect with the chicken. If your a "saucy" person then I highly suggest asking for some extra sauce. I really couldn't believe how much I loved the chicken. I eat chicken all the time so for this to excite me speaks volumes. The rib tips and chicken were messy but so worth it! I used a ton of napkins and I enjoyed every single bite. Price points are reasonable and the portions are huge. Yeah, I didn't care for two of the side dishes but that won't stop me from coming back and next time I am hoping to try the pulled pork and maybe another side dish. I always try to support family owned and operated businesses and Bill and his wife have a great thing going on here. Check the hours before you go because when they sell out they close early and they are not open every day. Terrific ribs and chicken, gigantic portions, great prices and a very friendly staff. I definitely would recommend at least giving them a try. They say to follow the smoke and that's exactly what I did and I didn't get lost finding them either. I used my debit card and I was able to add a tip on the card which was convenient. I'll be back soon!

Popped in when I was in FLA few wks ago ... perfectly charming dive of a spot, no seating, a gentleman & two lovely ladies running the whole show. I got the ribs lunch special, $10 for ribs & seasoned fries. Both were delicious, the sauce was soooo good, different than what I'm used to at a bbq joint, but a super pleasant surprise! So tasty! I tried their mac&chs and their baked beans as well. Their bb's were sweet, which isn't how I like bb's, however that's just personal preference so they could be a huge win for the next person! I had wished they offered homemade coleslaw & cornbread, but perhaps they'll add these items sometime down the road!

Heard from word of mouth about this local bbq place in Delray that just recently opened and that they had jerk ribs. Went there on a Saturday, space next to the building is being used for a drive thru pick up setup. Parking is only available along the sides of the street which is pretty hard to find a spot during busy hours. The line was packed with many cars! Although you can't pre-order for pickup over the phone, the process of taking our order and waiting for it to be served took about 20 minutes, which is good timing and well worth it! Also all chicken was sold out by 2:00 pm! You can tell their food is great. The ribs were fall off the bone and has that real smoked and charred taste, not like the chain restaurants that claim to be smoked. Their house-made sauce reminded me of a southern carolina mustard bbq flavor, delicious! We will be back to try out more of their menu. You can tell their staff is working hard to keep up with the demand and especially in the hot sun outdoors, I hope they come up with a process that makes it easier on the staff and for a more organized pickup for customers. Please check this bbq joint out and support their local business!

This is the Trinity...Mac and cheese with collards and those dope sweet baked beans

This is a take out only place. But...OMG, the best Caribbean Jerk Ribs and Chicken anywhere in South Florida‼ Each one of their side dishes are outstanding, with the baked beans @ a sweet 10. And then dessert...the bread pudding was a to die for and probably a grandma recipe‼ I will be taking out food from here on a regular basis. I LOVE YOU CEASARS

You don't see places like this very often. Chef/owner Michael Salamo has had a successful career as…read morea serious chef and has now dedicated himself to doing chicken and fixings the right way -- and his small place is seriously impressive. More homey than slick, this spot hits exactly the right notes by combining satisfying food with genuinely good, personal service. The woman behind the counter holds court and seems to know just about everyone who walks in -- always a good sign, and a clear indication that people are happy and keep coming back. I placed my order and grabbed one of the few tables. Most orders are clearly for takeout, and those in the know call ahead to shorten the wait. This is not fast food. I wanted to try both the roast chicken and one of their popular sandwiches. I ordered the Half Chicken Meal, served with roasted garlic, grilled lemon, flatbread, and their signature green sauce, plus two sides -- Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. The chicken was excellent -- high quality and perfectly cooked. I tend to focus on the pure flavor of the chicken, so I didn't use the accompaniments much, but I did try the green sauce, which was really good -- super fresh and clean-tasting. The sides truly elevated the meal. Fantastic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach that could easily rival what you'd find at a top steakhouse. For me, the sides clinch the deal and really define the specialness of this place -- a pleasure to find quality like this at a local, casual spot. I also ordered the Grilled Charbird Sandwich (grilled chicken breast, crunchy slaw, sliced pickles, chipotle mayo, toasted bun), which comes with one side -- I chose Broccoli. The sandwich is very well conceived, with great flavor combinations built around an excellent chicken breast, and it's a generous size. The broccoli was very good, though I'd still give the edge to the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Based on this impressive first visit, I'm very much looking forward to returning to try other interesting menu items -- especially the Chinese Spareribs, Chicken Pot Pie, and homemade desserts. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The char grilled chicken is moist and delicious with crispy skin, and accompanied by a whole head of roasted garlic, a grilled lemon, fresh beaked bread, and a parsley dipping sauce. I was seriously craving some BBQ so after consulting with the oracle of goodness ( also known as my Yelp app) we ventured out. It is a very small place that screams authentic the moment you walk in the door. No frills. Repeat, no frills. This isn't a date night place oozing with ambiance. I could smell the pit as we walked across the parking lot and my Pavlovian response kicked in. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese, baked beans and hush puppies. I know what you're thinking, it's a lot of food but hey, don't judge me...LOL. I was amazed at the portion size. There was enough pulled pork to make three huge sandwiches. The brought out a roll in a zip lock sandwich bag and I promptly made and devoured some heavenly pork. So juicy, smoky and flavorful. The hush puppies were so good...crunchy brown on the outside, sweet and tender inside. I was popping these in my mouth and at frenetic and calorically unhealthy pace. They are delicious but moderation is advised. The baked beans were good but the mac and cheese was not on par with everything else. That's the only thing that didn't knock my socks off. My friend had the fried catfish. "Excellent" he exclaimed! Again, the portions were huge. He had fried okra and collard greens as his sides and he proclaimed them "the ultimate soul food" side dishes. The service was homey, polite and simple. Nothing fancy, just right. Needless to say it was more than we could eat and we got to-go containers to wrap up the rest for later. I only hope I can survive the oncoming food induced coma in time to rally for a big weekend. Highly recommended for serious "Q" lovers.
