Went in around noon on a Tuesday. Parking wasn't too bad, seems like tons of parking in the area. Walked in and we got instantly seated. Restaurant is clean and no nasty smell. Ordered 3 plates at a time. Started with the thick slices of pork, marinated bulgogi & brisket. All came out fairly quick considering there wasn't a lot of people. Kimchi is always a hit or miss at these places.. it's ether very bland with absolutely no flavor OR too soggy and not enough crunch. But this place has that awesome balance. Thank you Red House in Norwalk for taking care of us. Looking forward to our next stop.

Came here for some afternoon KBBQ and had a great experience! We were seated right away since it wasn't too busy, and our server was friendly and quick to take our order. For the price, there's a pretty decent selection of meats, and everything came out fast. The quality was surprisingly good too--not bad at all for the value! One of my favorite parts was the unlimited side dishes and salad. They kept them coming without us even asking, which is always a plus. Also, their miso soup comes in a metal cup, which I thought was super convenient. Service was solid, food was affordable, and there was a nice variety overall. Bonus points for the big parking lot--no hassle at all finding a spot. Would definitely come back!

Service/ Food/ Ambiance: Usually I don't write 1 star reviews because I am the type of person who gives businesses more than 3 chances to redeem themselves, but unfortunately the dinner was very disappointing. My reviews typically get sectioned off by its own category; Food, Service and Ambiance. But, the Service dictates how good the Ambiance is which makes the Food taste 10x better. When we usually come to this restaurant, it's always with my family since we're always here for the amount of food they give since it does the job of keeping us full. BUT THE SERVICE.... Listen before I start listing why the service was... not the best... I just want to say that I ALWAYS ALWAYS side with the food workers especially that two people in my family are part of the food industry. List of reasons of why I thought that the service was not up to par: - Our server was about to take our plate of raw meat ( that was already set on our table for maybe about 10 mins) BACK to the kitchen asking "You don't want this?" ... Babe, no one said that. The first thing you assumed was that we didn't want our meat because we weren't cooking it??? Mind you, all of our grills are FULL with other meats that are STILL cooking. Something about the meat almost being brought back just makes me question sanitary protocols. - Our server looked very upset whenever we asked for something. It came to the point where we felt like we didn't want to step on the servers toes and felt like MAYBE our food will be spat on because we wanted chopsticks and straws. Basically, we felt unwelcomed. -They charged us INCORRECTLY..Up-charging us by the way. - We also asked the server if they recalled if we added bulgogi to our order, since we weren't sure if we said bulgogi or not. They said "I only have 2 hands." Okay..... we weren't trying to rush you. We just didn't remember if we ordered bulgogi.... - We always have the same server and she usually asks for cash tip at the end.. which is fine... but just seems pushy for cash. She didn't ask for it this time, but usually she does. So maybe she changed her ways?????? Would I eat here again? Yes only if the service gets better..... Sad I had to write this review since it's one of the go-to spots.

Our KBBQ spot closed down so we are in search for a new one. Read some reviews and was a little iffy but still decided to stop by. It was a Wednesday and the place was empty. The music was good, just throwing it out there. The place itself was clean. The menu was very simple. 8 bucks more if you want some premium cuts or a steamed egg but it's not a lot. We stuck to the general meats which were all wonderful. The sides were pretty good as well. Service was good. They came to replace the grill every time we ordered a new meat. ( not sure if this was because the place was empty) they checked up on us multiple times asking if we needed anything else. Price was also decent for two people. Only thing is they dint have cold noodles. But other then that will go back.

Fairly new kbbq spot in Norwalk. It's in a small plaza and opens at 11am , the price is less than $25. They offer about 10 meat options, the sides are limited and the Banchan is ok. We went around 2pm so it was empty . The quality overall was good but obviously not the best. It's a good budget kbbq spot

We came in for late dinner and it wasnt crowded. Got seated immediately so that was nice. The server lady was quick and friendly, she checked in on us a lot n refill n all that. So service def get a 8.5/10 Tho it came to the food/ meat quality it could definitely be better. The brisket dont taste very fresh, the bulgogi marinated beef sauce was abit too sweet and it shows when u eat in. Pork belly/ beef belly is actually decent so thats good. I think the restaurant could control the meat/ sides portion bringing out a bit better cuz they bring out like A LOT per order of meat called, we couldnt finish one of em and it gives less room to try other meat types they offered. I like their macaroni salad and kimchi as sides. They don't have japchae as side tho :( Parking is easy in a complex. For $23 per person i think this is as good as it gets for ayce ( also they includes auto 18% service charge) , i wouldnt pay more for it. 7.5/10

Kind of new place. $23 per person. Brisket & bulgogi were good. Sides were good. Service was good very attentive. Pretty chill place lots of parking since its in a plaza. The brisket sauce was just a little too vinegary for me.

This Korean BBQ place just opened up in my neighborhood and it has been our go to when we are craving Korean BBQ. Usually, the wait is not too long. When you enter there is usually a worker there who will guide you to your seat. Generally, the workers here are pretty nice. Some can seem a bit standoffish or maybe even a little rude but honestly at these types of places it's not uncommon. The real reason you come here is for the food and the meats have all been of great quality. We are really basic and mainly get the Beef Bulgogi and Premium Brisket. We have always been able to get more meats pretty constantly, even if sometimes they walk right past you just get their attention and ask for what you want. One thing I must say that I don't like is that they automatically add the tip. To me this is not fair especially because as mentioned the service is not bad but for the amount of tip they add on I expect exceptional service. This almost made me consider giving this place 3 stars but honestly the quality of the food is its saving grace. For the price this will continue to be our go to Korean BBQ spot.

They charge tip without asking. Then they make you feel like your stealing when you don't want to leave such a large tip

Says 22.99 per person but it's really not tell me how $22.99 turned into $77 for two people we didn't order drinks and we didn't get anything extra they add the tip they think they deserve even tho the service was terrible and when I end up only leave $73 because I still tipped because I felt bad the lady chased us down demanding the $4 because it's store policy to rob people ... I won't be returning to this place ever again and I don't recommend it

Shared between 2 people Price: 43 w/ tax Overall: Owner/Pitmaster was very friendly and explained the different options as it was our first time here. He ran through the different meats and even showed up the different kielbasas that came out of the smoker. Coleslaw was amazing, personally added more pepper. Mac n Cheese was divine, nice and cheesey. Smoked beans were great but I personally would gone for two Mac n cheeses. Favorite thing was the beef ribs as it had a lot of meat :) Meal can with two small Hawaiian like buns, pickles, and BBQ sauce. Owner checked up on us which is always nice to have. If you have time come with your friends, family, or yourself for a nice meal.
