Meh, not bad. I would also say not great, but does have an advantage. When I feel like Chinese food, I want a variety. Red Dragon certainly has that. If I were to order the kind of variety that I felt like at a regular Chinese restaurant, I'd be looking at 100 bucks. Here I can have my fill of anything from sushi, Chinese dishes, desserts and more, much more affordably. I do wish they had those little round sausage dumplings though. More dumplings! Also some other mixed Asian would be nice like Korean Galbi. Last, the service was slow. There was no one up front and no one was in a hurry to show us a table. Our drink orders did come quickly, but when finished our meals, we still didn't have our ticket. We had to go up front to get ask for it. I do think it would be a better value if I were a bigger eater. I'm a one plate and I'm done kind of guy! They love me there! Still, it is nice to try something different and have the variety offered by Red Dragon.

How Much Is Lunch And Dinner Buffet Per Person?

I just had lunch today, a Monday, and I think it was $10.99 for the lunch buffet. With a drink, which I think was $2.99, a lunch buffet and drink for 1 was just under $15 after tax. It was worth it. They also offer "To Go", and you pay by the pound.… Read more

Do they have Crab Rangoon on the buffet?

And so found myself leaving the rig in the receivers yard, and I came out here to what many say is the best Buffett in Phoenix. So I'm going to agree on that statement. For 20.00 on a weekdays, you can have quality at almost every food hot bar in this joint. Their Cajun Shrimp and Corn are spot on. Not Boiling Crab level but far better than many Buffett places across the country. The Beef ribs is straight up Chinese influenced, sweet, sauce drenched in five spices, cinnamon, bay leaves, rock sugar and cloves--- a first in a Buffett setting 滷lu牛niu肉rou braised beef. And for a plate of on the spot hibachi pasta.......this is by far the best hibachi spaghetti Mongolian beef plate I've had in ages. I've almost completely forgotten Buffetts actually taste good and with the value here in Phoenix, you just can't find a spot like this in LA anymore. Not even sure Vegas has any of these Chinese Seafood Surviving Buffetts either. Definitely on my recommend list for price to quality to value for a super Buffett! Fast service, great location, huge indoor vibes.

GF always gets the sushi and is happy with it. Lots of sauces including chili paste, ponzu, chili garlic, soy sauce, etc. Hosts and servers are always friendly enough. The vibes aren't necessarily stellar unless you're seated in the booths around the edge of the man part of the restaurant, but it's a huge, low priced buffet with lots of options and a ton of seating. We sometimes travel 40 minutes to eat here. It's good.

When you walk in, the buffet is right there behind the front desk. Yes, it was mostly a chinese buffet but there's one item on the array of foods that I liked a lot. It was a bit too spicy for me and it was Cajun sauce with potatoes and I poured the sauce in a container and made my way and grabbed some snow crab legs and crawfish and made my own seafood boil lol Pros: They stack the crab legs and crawfish Although the Crawfish didn't have any flavor (I would suggest dumping it in the cajun sauce with potatoes) Cons: It was an hr drive to PHX and the traffic.. The parking situation: It was packed. Some people stood and secured their space.. which I think is unfair but do what you must. Just luckily we found parking in front of the entrance. Best to back up park, so you can easily get out of the complex

The waitress was attentive the whole time, bathrooms were clean, and I really appreciated how mindful the staff was with my deaf friend. That always stands out to me. The calamari was okay. I liked it, but my friend said she's definitely had better. I also had to ask for lemon with the calamari. Last time I came with a friend they were completely out of lemons, so I was glad that wasn't an issue this time. I'd probably try something different instead of the calamari next visit though. We got the Pier 88 combo crab boil with the "All of the Above" seasoning in mild. It came out super quick and was very well seasoned. I personally thought it leaned a little salty, but I also saw other tables adding extra salt to their food, so I guess it just depends on your taste. Portions were good and everything tasted delicious. Very kid-friendly spot, pretty loud and lively inside, and honestly a great place for hosting bigger groups, family get-togethers, or even just catching up with a friend over drinks and seafood. I've been here before and would definitely come back again.

We started with the clam chowder, which was extremely watered down and completely lacking in flavor. It tasted more like soup that had been diluted than a proper chowder. We also ordered shrimp with the Pier 88 seasoning, but the spices were barely noticeable--there was almost no seasoning at all, which is pretty disappointing for a place that markets itself around bold flavors. The service was just okay--nothing terrible, but nothing that made up for the food. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype, and we won't be returning.

I came here with a friend, to watch a Thursday night concert. My friend went to the Pink Floyd…read morecover band, and she and I were there last week to see a Bruno Mars cover band. We parked on the top floor of the parking garage and for whatever reason, the elevator took a while to show up and take us down to the casino floor. We almost used the stairs. But we did get there, and it was kind of close to the starting time of the concert too, but it was easy to get into the venue area with our rewards card. They had food for sale, but we skipped it (it smelled wonderful) and headed to the concert area, which was just an open area next to the 5 story parking garage, bordered by the service roads accessing the parking garage and laid down with short astroturf. The performance stage seemed kind of small, and the seating area seemed just adequate (many of us who showed up not-early had to stand), but it got the job done. The folding chairs were quite padded, which was nice (we did get a seat maybe 2/3 of the way through the concert, when a group of people left). Even for Bruno Mars (777 was the name of their tribute group), the average age of the audience seemed to skew pretty high, with a sea of white hair. But we all had a good time, even if we didn't get out of our seats or dance until the very last song. The only difficulty was this particular night had a very chilly wind blowing constantly and I didn't have a jacket with me, so I was quite cold. We jetted out of there just after the last song, and we were able to traverse the casino and parking garage and exit quickly and easily. I had wanted to roam around the casino after the concert, but I was so cold and tired from the wind (it felt like a whole bucket of dust had been wind-blown into my eyes), that I just wanted to go home after. Too bad a casino of this size can't do an indoor event, but I was still glad I went. Next time if the weather is better, I'll spend more time in the gaming area. :)
