Tried lunch here on a Monday. The sushi was being made when we walked in. It tastes fresh and delicious. We also sampled the beef broccoli, fried plantains and ice cream. Drinks were not included with the price of the buffet, but our bill came out to just under $23 for lunch and drinks for two. We will definitely be back. read more

OMG - I read the reviews prior to writing mine - good to know that there are people out there that know good food with the lower ratings - for one thing I am not fond of all you can eat places, I never go. It's typically LOW quality, full of fillers and in this case " greasy spoon ". However being invited out to lunch I had to go. Red Dragon Buffet offers a fair selection of entrees, however, I did not care for the taste or quality of the food. We're from Las Vegas visiting families close to this restaurant. We have not experienced the kind of customer service that we experienced during our visit to this horrible place. We came an hour before dinner time and so as customer, I asked this guy who claimed to be the manager, what is the menu for dinner? And he seemed to be irritated with my question or perhaps did not understand what I meant to ask. And he answed, "we don't have a menu!" ( In a rude manner), so I rephrased my question to "what is the difference between lunch and dinner?" Then another rude answer, we let it slide but when he started showing a racist like attitude when we started ordering drinks thats the time that I started answering back and as a customer I asked what kind of customer service we are receiving from this guy? He seemed to not like his fellow asian dissent, filipinos in particular. His server said sorry and apologized about his actions but that didn't stop us to leave because of how he treated his customers. Then he started to speak in Chinese language that we cannot understand. Some of us already left the place while my other companions already have taken some food and getting ready to eat but I asked them to leave it so we can go somewhere else to eat and do our business. They don't really want you to stay long here. They want you to eat and leave. Even if the restaurant is empty, they stop refilling your drinks or even clearing your plates just to hint to you that it's time to leave. My friend and I had just one plate of food each or so but we stayed on to chat and catch up. Stayed for 2+ hours. Freshly made food. Excellent temperature, cold items cold and hot items hot. Not heavily oiled, over spiced or drenched in sauce. I love how they display the buffet food in smaller amounts to keep it fresh. The food is cooked to perfection for a buffet! The service is excellent with personable, efficient staff. The food is always delicious here! This is one of our "go to" Chinese buffet restaurants. My kids love being able to pick out their own food. They even have ice cream for dessert. Prices were reasonable but a little more on the weekends because they serve crab legs. read more

I don't know what kind of Chinese food y'all are eating but this wasn't even satisfactory mall Chinese food. 90% of the desserts were pre packaged or canned fruits, the "crab" should say imitation in front of it and don't even get me stated on the sushi. Tonight I want to commend the workers that handled an aggressive customer and his party. Anyone that has ever been to this buffet or any buffet knows there's not a seating list and you wait in line. This man walked in demanding to be put on a seating list. He was informed there was none and he should wait in line. He bad mouthed the workers with that. He then proceeded to NOT wait in line and was not seated. He argued with the workers and thankfully they refused to serve him. His party then assaulted the manager by kicking over the podium. A typical Chinese buffet with limited choices but you get what you pay for. Some of the food was a little past it's prime on the line itself, the place had not reached peak lunch patronage. They are quick to pick up your plates and fill your drink. My server seemed to get overwhelmed when the place filled and she disappeared when it came to me getting my check. This is a top-notch Asian buffet. The place is immaculate. Cleanliness obviously matters here. The food is good, the lemon chicken is excellent, and they have crab rangoon on the buffet! Went here with family and I'll admit my first plate was decent, especially the tepanyaki. However I went up for a second plate and I went for the rice first and when I raised the spoon to my plate there was a long, stringy hair that pulled from the rice I couldn't finish my meal after that and I just settled for the ice cream. My grandfather loves to go to Chinese buffets, we tried here and it was pretty bad. There were maybe two things that tasted good.
