I cant believe the reviews for this place aren't higher. I was quickly greeted at lunch time and easily placed my order for firecracker chicken and fried rice. Bonus points for having coke zero! Plus there are always a bunch of other amazing places to to try every time we want to eat out. Employees do not have common sense or basic customer service when it comes to online orders, pick up or delivery. Half the time you order the potstickers, the sauce cup is completely upside down and leaks over all them leaving a congealed mass of whatever they fill them with to plop out into the sauce cup. Sometimes the cooks get the sauces and/or toppings mixed up and just send it out. If you notice your order is messed up, you have to go pick up your *CORRECTED* order from the restaurant yourself. They had never been to this chain before. Fortunately, we arrived at a good time, right before the lunch rush, and the cashier was very patient as she helped them order. We found the dining room to be clean; there was no problem getting a table, though within the ten minute wait for our food, the place started to fill up. I ordered one of their new items with riced cauliflower, their take on chicken fried rice. It's a rather monotone dish to the eye but it tasted good, with a nice amount of chicken that was not overcooked. My friends ordered teriyaki chicken on a salad and General Tso's bowl with a variety of three meats; they liked the food well, though General Tso delivered a little more heat than expected! In all, I enjoyed my visit here and hope to visit again. I feel like I was able to eat out in a healthy way, which is often a frustrating endeavor. read more

Poor poor management. We had to sit at a dirty table and clean it ourself. All the utensils and sauces were out. We waited over 25 minutes for our food, only to get cold dumplings and slightly warm noodles. We returned the dumplings, stating they would warm them. We finished our noodles, and had to walk up to get our dumplings back only to be handed cold dumplings yet again. We handed them back and at this point just wanted a refund. The nice chef in the back made a third round of dumplings and handed them to us himself. That is the only reason I'm giving two stars. Thanks chef, you're the only one trying there. read more

This location we drop in every once in a while when heading home from across town. It is a super super busy location and is going strong. Our last visit we were heading home from shopping and needed to get some food in my husband's belly before his 7pm bedtime. Their sister company P.F. Changs was an hour wait after waiting to place an order over 30 minutes. I called Pei Wei. 27 minutes estimate wait. I asked if they had anything like P.F.'s low mein. They offered low mein with steamed chicken, but they accommodated our crispy chicken request. Husband was super happy. I had ordered a teriyaki chicken dish with no sauce to share with the girls since we had recently eaten . Being so busy it was overlooked so we were credited back that dish. Oh I almost forgot to mention. They stopped carrying the sweet and spur dish about 2 1/2 weeks ago so more sweet and spur sauce. read more
