This biscoff cookie cake is to die for. Biscoff cookie on the bottom, half stuck in the top, and drizzled in cookie butter sauce. I got the bundtlet and it worked for the buy one get one free coupon I have but just know that they charge you the higher priced bundtlet like most BOGO offers are. Service was normal, nothing outstanding. Always love the decor in the storefront, they've got lots of cute seasonal stuff. read more

Ordered a "box" of 12 bundtlets to give to a group of people to show my appreciation for them. Cakes looked great and the young man who gave us our order was very kind and did a good job. My only problem was with the fact that the cakes did not come in nice box. They were in paper bags. Not a very nice presentation. When we called and asked about it we were told that they were out of boxes. Why wasn't that disclosed to us and something at least a little nicer offered to put the cakes in? We were in town visiting a friend and it landed on my birthday my fiance walked in and picked up a cake Lemon Raspberry...it was DIVINE!! They even gave me a free individual cake because we went in on my actual birthday Since carrot cake is his favorite o got him a mini of his own! We took it to the restaurant and gave the leftover to the wait staff who were incredibly happy about the treat!! We went back the next day for confetti cakes!! Great customer service!!! The vanilla bundt is pretty good. I like it better than the pumpkin flavored one. Although, people who like the flavor of pumpkin will like this bundt. I think the chocolate is really good. The bundt are soft and moist. They have different sizes and the smallest one is so cute! The icing on them look pretty too. There is a lot of frosting on all of the sizes. I went in this past weekend to pick up an online order and when the employee showed me the order with the toppers, they were not the ones I thought I had ordered. Instead of dinosaurs they were birthday gifts and when I said the toppers weren't the right ones another employee named Laura stepped in and said "that's what's on the order, does she want Christmas presents or what?" with an unpleasant look and attitude. We order for business and family occasions. My bunt cake was to be delivered to my house for my son's birthday they inputed the incorrect address and when I called to check on it they had said they had already delivered it just to find out that it was delivered to the wrong address. Something complete out of my control... I called and asked what could done (mind you my 9 year old son was waiting for his cake) they lady gave no 's and informed me that I could be made a new cake that would need to payed in full. Which I did and payed for. Moral of the story don't order from this location customer services is dragged through the doonies. She's an elder lady and gives no 's to let you know that she does not care. I'll drive my behind to Scottsdale if I must. I will not be ordering from this location any more. I have only had Nothing Bundt Cakes at parties before and those were the smaller buntinies and those were great. For an employees birthday we opted to order a Chocolate Chip cake from this location and it was not only beautiful to look at but it tasted amazing. There was just the right amount of sweet and it was so moist. I could see myself ordering more of these cakes in the future. I wish I could give this location zero stars. The staff are rude and unfriendly. Trying to get a pick up order seems to be an act of god. Why do I need to show ID and cc info to pick up a cake?? It's not the nuclear codes to the country or even a weapon! The corner store also has zero cell service so I had to walk in and out of the store multiple times until I got service to call my sister who placed the online order and had me pick up. Once I got my sister on FaceTime to show her ID, the girl didn't even glance at the screen longer than a second before she made me sign the receipt for pickup. Are you kidding me?! Overpriced cakes, while delicious, but this system is stupid. And why is a flower and cone hat $9?!?! 100% would not recommend. Make your own or order from a local bakery!!! read more

Truly Horrible Service! Both my sister and I were celebrating our birthday by getting our personal bundts and a 8" bundt cake to share with the rest of our family and friends. We walked in and wanted to order a white chocolate raspberry in the 8" and the lady behind the counter said we only have a 10" currently. Instead of discounting because the 8" was not available she said you can wait 30 minutes. Then, when we went to order our "birthday" special ones she refused to give them to us with our IDs like they have done every year before! Nothing Bundt Cakes is great! My favorite flavor is the white chocolate raspberry, but really you can't miss with any of them. What I love about them most though is that online ordering is so easy and they make it very convenient to order ahead and just go in to pick up. The process is seamless. They have a many locations located all around the valley. This is a great option if you need a quick dessert to bring to a party. My daughter decided she wanted a birthday cake from here so we ordered online which was easy. She decided on the lemon cake which wouldn't of been my first choice but it was still good. When we arrived to pick up the cake we were greeted and offered some of there samples of the day which were a pumpkin and white . The product itself is good, although the quality has unfortunately diminished over the years. The service is what really brings this review a one star review. I order here frequently, a few times a month actually. The most recent order I unexpectedly became very ill and didn't pick up my order. I received a call the next day which I appreciate however the caller was extremely rude and informed me immediately my order would be donated if not picked up and no refund will be given. I didn't expect a refund nor did I say I wouldn't get the order it was just the immediate communication. I was so taken back by the harshness. Again I was not expecting anything I didn't have a chance to even respond. I sent my mom to pick my order since I was still very ill and she was given the run around when she got there even though I told them I was very sick. Established in 1997.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. I went back the second time and that's where the excitement began. Instead of going in to order quickly, I took a gander around and noticed there's a whole clean, spacious, aesthetic seating area! This coffee shop is a beautiful hidden gem and I am so grateful it's in Goodyear! The coffee? 1000% better than your favorite Starbucks or Dutch Bros drink (trust me, their coffee/tea literally sparkles if your request it; and I'm not being figurative here). I didn't know I wanted my coffee to be beautiful until I came here. The choices of drinks they offer are endless--nitro, cold foam, SO many types of flavors and delicious sweeteners. Don't enjoy your coffee sweet? Cool, they'll make it "half sweet," or none at all. Go ahead and customize your drink; they're experts. The atmosphere? Spacious and calm enough to bring your work from home materials to a table in the lobby / have a friendly conversation at one of the comfortable seating arrangements. The employees? Everyone from the back of the house staff (cooks, coffee gurus, etc.) to the customer service at the front desk are obviously happy to work there; they're friendly and great at their jobs. Lastly--not that this is even required at a coffee/tea shop--but, the food is delicious. Every detail of what Enroute offers is intentional and has been carefully curated. The turkey avocado sandwich with fries is my new favorite Friday lunch treat. You can order honey mustard, ranch, or red pepper aioli dip, which is all made from scratch. You won't get frozen foods or Hidden Valley Ranch packets at this coffee/tea shop location. Only the very best. If you can't tell, I highly recommend! I called and told him that I found this cafe and asked if he wanted anything - and he said he'd been there a couple of times before on the way to work. The bagels (though he told me that they were fresh and delicious) were a footnote to all the offerings. I honestly felt overwhelmed. The cashier said I could choose a fresh baked item - I selected a croissant - and they'd stuff it with sandwich ingredients. I chose chicken salad and it was epic. Generous shreds of chicken in a flavorful dressing that was creamy without tasting like greasy mayo. To top it off, you can choose a "free" bag of gourmet chips off a rack. That treat makes your $9 sandwich reasonably priced. I got it all to go, for lunch later, and picked up a green smoothie to get me through the store. When I walked in Safeway this lady asked, "Did you get that next door? It's so good isn't it?" All of my neighbors have been gatekeeping, while I have been relegated to Subway and Starbucks. Another time, I went to Oasis with my husband and got a breakfast burrito and fresh squeezed OJ, which were so good. We were anticipating an overnight guest from the east coast so we picked up a few black-and-white cookies for dessert and crumb cake to complement our home-cooked breakfast. I have been a loyal customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes, frequently purchasing their delightful Bundt cakes throughout the year, often outside of holidays. However, my recent experience at the Litchfield branch has left me disappointed. I placed an online order for a dozen individual Bundt cakes, but at the time, the chocolate chip flavor was out of stock. Upon picking up my order a day later, I noticed that the chocolate chip flavor had been restocked. I kindly requested the manager to swap two of my previously selected flavors for the now-available chocolate chip ones, acknowledging any potential price difference and expressing my willingness to cover it. The manager attempted to accommodate my request but ultimately stated that the system would not permit such a change. Given my regular patronage and the simplicity of the request, I believe a managerial decision could have been made to override the system limitations and fulfill my request. This experience has led me to consider exploring other locations for my future Bundt cake purchases. I hope this feedback encourages the management to adopt a more flexible and customer-centric approach in similar situations moving forward. read more

For that price, it would be nice to see the candy pieces fully covering the brownie rather than just two or three pieces. Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I immediately reached out and she let me know she can definitely make this happen, we messaged back and forth for a few days until I locked in my order on 09/07/2023 at 9:15am. I understand that this was short notice because I did need the cake for 09/11/2023 but she guaranteed it would be available and I sent the payment for $125.00. The morning of my sister was able to go to amber's place of residence to pick up the cake, Amber asked my sister if she was happy with the cake and of course my sister said yes because it was a gift from me to her daughter. My sister sent me pictures of the cake and I was not happy with what it looked like. Amber does have a strict policy which I completely understand (I signed the contract). I reached out to Amber and sent her pictures of the cake to show her that it was damaged without any error on our part (cake was picked up). She proceeded to let me know that she became ill on Thursday 09/07/2023 (when I ordered the cake) and she was unable to make/decorate the cake so she had her "assistant who is still learning" make it. She offered a partial refund of $25 and a discount on a future order or my sister could bring back the cake to her place of residence and I could receive a "full refund" minus the 50% retainer. I opted for the $25 refund because my sister lives 30 minutes away and was having a dinner party for my niece. I understood the terms of the contract but was upset that I didn't have an option prior to receiving the cake. If she would have sent me a message prior I would have definitely understood. A part of me feels she took advantage knowing I was in CA and the person picking up the cake was near her. My sister ending up taking the cake to Fry's so they can write "Virgo szn"on top of the cake and fix the frosting on the side of the cake. There was brownies, cake pops, chocolate covered pretzels, rice crispy treats, pretty much something for everyone. I knew I had to get a few cupcakes for family and the kids so we got 8 cupcakes which was $24 plus tax which came to $26 and change. We got vanilla, salted Carmel and cookie butter which we all shared and I didn't get a picture of. It was probably our favorite, then salted Carmel then vanilla. There was actual cookie butter mixed in and in the center. It was delicious and we haven't come across a cookie butter cupcake before which was cool to see a new flavor. The second favorite was salted Carmel. You tasted the salt and the sweet Carmel center and was delicious as well. The cupcakes were more dense than I like but the flavor was there. The vanilla which I got for the kids and parents was personally my least favorite. I could taste the flour or baking soda in it and it was dense like the others. I normally don't go with plain anything anyway but the kids seemed to enjoy it. Overall, there was a lot of variety and something for everyone. Love trying out new places and glad we were able to try Lizzy's treats!

Her cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and candied apples are the best we have ever had. When you give her a date and time you want your order she is there. Has never been late if anything early. If we still lived in Arizona we would still be using her services. We ordered from her probably 8-10 times after we found out about her in the 3 years before moving out of state.
