Upon speaking with his coworkers later, he came back and offered us all to enjoy our birthday. My husband tried to cocktail that even Mike and they were very quick to replace it with one that he unfortunately also didn't like they were very quick to make everything right and give us the experience that we didn't even come hunting for this is one of the best birthdays for me and years because we don't do anything out of the ordinary for my birthdays. This whole experience has been incredibly heartwarming and overall appreciate all of the effort staff went to just to give us a nice dinner! The food was also really incredible. We got the antipasto board which was amazing. You got the Caesar salad for two we split the lasagna. Like many mom and pops, there are times when quantities are limited. So ofc I had to buy some baked goods to go for my work team! Their muffins are HUGE - like 2 -3 servings per *singular* muffin. I didn't know what I was getting into when I bought 6... hello carb heaven for us. I noticed a lot of sweet and savory options - croissant sandwiches, cookies, you name it. They even offered to slice it for me--small detail, big win. And I have to say, coming from San Francisco, I do not say this lightly: this is hands-down some of the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco. Honestly worth the 45-minute drive just for that alone. I come from a background in the restaurant industry, and great service doesn't go unnoticed. No condiments other than some burger sauce and thick cut pickles. The fries needed more seasoning but overall it was a pretty tasty meal. The pizza was delicious and a huge portion for only $9 during happy hour. We took half of it home for another meal. I'm glad we did because it's now my benchmark for New York-style pizza in Arizona. The first thing that stood out was the crust.
